添加微生物菌剂对油枯堆肥理化性状的影响

摘    要:为了加快油枯堆肥化进程,以充分利用油枯资源,减少环境风险,本研究以油枯为基本原料,通过添加2种不同种类的微生物菌剂,采用强制通风的方法,研究了在油枯堆肥过程中,堆体的外观、pH、水溶性NO3--N、NH4+-N含量、C/N比的动态变化规律及菌剂对堆肥腐熟进程的影响。结果表明:添加微生物菌剂能加快物料水溶性NH4+-N和C/N比的降低速度,特别是添加榕风的处理在45~50天水溶性NH4+-N和C/N比已趋于稳定,不再下降, 添加腐杆剂的处理略有下降,对照处理水溶性NH4+-N和C/N依然在下降。pH和水溶性NO3--N含量升高速度的顺序是榕风>腐杆剂>对照,加快了油枯堆肥腐熟化进程,有助于提高堆肥腐熟化程度。从堆肥理化性状综合分析,添加榕风菌剂的处理各指标均优于添加腐杆剂的处理,腐熟程度也比菌剂腐杆剂的效果好,说明添加榕风菌剂有利于加快油枯堆肥化进程,提高油枯堆肥质量。
