摘 要: | 目的]筛选出防治鸟巢蕨、鸢尾和彩虹竹芋褐斑病的有效杀菌剂,为在生产实践中该病的有效防治提供参考.方法]以盆栽种植的鸟巢蕨、鸢尾和彩虹竹芋为材料,通过叶面喷洒的方式对防治褐斑病的4种杀菌剂配方进行筛选.结果]防治鸟巢蕨褐斑病的较佳配方为70%甲基托布津和20%叶枯唑1 000倍液、37%苯醚甲环唑和20%叶枯唑1 000倍液、70%甲基托布津和2 000万单位农用链霉素1 000倍液以及37%苯醚甲环唑和2 000万单位农用链霉素1 000倍液,其防效均在86%以上;防治鸢尾褐斑病的最佳配方是70%甲基托布津和2 000万单位农用链霉素1000倍液,防效为86.74%;防治彩虹竹芋褐斑病的最佳配方是70%甲基托布津和20%叶枯唑1 000倍液、37%苯醚甲环唑和2 000万单位农用链霉素1 000倍液,防效分别为81.30%和87.41%.结论]为鸟巢蕨、鸢尾和彩虹竹芋褐斑病的防治提供了理论依据.

Controlling Effect of Four Formula of Fungicides on Brown Spot of Asplenium nidus |

Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to screen better fungicides for controlling Brown spot ofAsplenium nidus,Iris tectorum and Calathea roseopicta,and provide a basis for the effective controlling of the disease in the production practice.Method] With potted Asplenium nidus,Iris tectorum and Calathea roseopicta as material,four kinds formula of fungicides on controlling of Asplenium nidus,Iris tectorum and Calathea roseopicta were observed by foliar spraying fungicides.Result] The results showed that the best formula is 70% Topsin-M and 20% Bismerthiazol with 1 000 times dilution,37% difenoconazole and 20% Bismerthiazol with 1 000 times dilution,70% Topsin-M and streptomycin 20 million units with 1 000 times dilution,37% difenoconazole and streptomycin 20 million units with 1 000 times dilution in preventing brown spot of Asplenium nidus,the control effect of which are above 86% ; In preventing brown spot of Iris tectorum,the best formula is 70% Topsin-M and 20% Bismerthiazol with 1 000 times dilution,and the control effect of which is 86.74% ; that of Calathea roseopicta is 70% Topsin-M and 20% Bismerthiazol with 1 000 times dilution,37% difenoconazole and streptomycin 20 million units with 1 000 times dilution,thecontrol effect is 81.30%,87.41% in preventing brown spot.Conclusion] The study can provide theoretical basis for controlling brown spot of Asplenium nidus,Iris tectorum and Calathea roseopicta. |
