摘    要:目的]分离并鉴定鱼嗜水气单胞菌,并构建系统发育分析.方法]从云南某鱼场采集发病鱼的病变组织进行细菌分离与培养,并对分离菌株进行初步鉴定、16S rDNA鉴定和系统发育分析.结果]分离培养到1株细菌,命名为Ah1305.经表型鉴定、生化试验及16S rDNA系统发育分析,鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌.结论]该研究可为快捷、准确检测鱼嗜水气单胞引起的疾病提供参考.

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to isolate and identify Aeromonas hydrophila and establish the phylogeny.Method] Lesion tissue of fish was collected from a certain farm in Yunnan Province,and then the isolated strain was identified by preliminary identification,16S rDNA identification and phylogenetic analysis.Result] The bacteria were isolated and named as Ah1305.Through the morphological identification,biochemical test and 16S rDNA phylogeny analysis,it was identified as Aeromonas hydrophila.Conclusion] The study can provide reference for quick and accurately test the disease caused by Aeromonas hydrophila.
