| 摘 要： | 目的]研究湖南西部地区鸡大肠杆菌的血清型分布及其耐药性。方法]从湖南西部地区12县市12个养鸡场分离出147株鸡源大肠杆菌,进行血清型鉴定,并测定分离率高的血清型对抗菌药物的敏感性。结果]在分离到的18个血清型中,O_6、O(22)、O_8和O_4血清型分离率最高,分别为17.7%、12.2%、11.6%和10.2%,为优势型。按NCCLS推荐的纸片扩散法测定了其对14种抗菌药物的敏感性。结果表明,细菌耐药性严重,以多药耐药为主,分离菌对四环素和萘啶酸的耐药率最高,分别为96.6%和85.0%,细菌对头孢噻肟、头孢噻吩、头孢曲松较为敏感,其耐药率在2.0%～8.2%。结论]为有效防治湖南西部地区鸡大肠杆菌病提供了有价值的参考资料。
