| 摘 要： | 选择35日龄体重相近的二元杂交(长大)断奶去势公猪100头，随机分为5组，每组5个重复(栏)，每个重复4头，在相同条件下进行饲养试验和屠宰试验。预饲期7d，试验期40d。试验日粮分别在基础日粮中添加0、50mg/kg喹乙醇、25、50和100mg／kg喹赛多，研究喹赛多对断奶仔猪生长性能和胴体品质的影响。结果表明：在日粮中添加25、50、100mg/kg喹赛多可以提高仔猪的平均日增重，降低料肉比和腹泻率；其中，平均日增重分别比对照组提高5．4％、9．9％和24．3％，料肉比比对照组降低9．3％、13．5％和14．0％，腹泻率分别比对照组降低36．4％、72．7％和74．8％；在仔猪日粮中添加100mg／kg喹赛多可以提高仔猪屠宰率和瘦肉率，提高眼肌面积，降低胴体肥肉率。在断奶仔猪日粮中喹赛多的适宜添加量为50～100mg／k。

| Abstract: | To investigate the effects of cyadox on growth performance and carcass characteristics of growing pigs, one hundred of Landrace Large white barrows were weaned at 35 days of age and randomly allotted into five treatments with five pens per treatment. There are four pigs in each pen. Treatments consisted of a control applied no antimicrobials, an olaquindox treatment applied olaquindox at 50 mg/kg, and three cyadox treatments applied cyadox at 25, 50 and 100 mg/kg, respectively. The experiment comprised 7 d-adaptation and 40 d-test. The results showed that supplementation of 25, 50 and 100 mg/kg cyadox improved averaged daily gain (ADG), decreased feed: gain and diarrhoea frequency. Compared with the control, ADG of pigs in the three cyadox treatments were respectively improved by 5.4% , 9.9% and 24.3% . Feed: gain were decreased by 9.3%, 13.5% and 14.0%. Diarrhea frequencies were decreased by 36.4%, 72.7% and 74.8%,respectively. Supplementation of 100 mg/kg cyadox increased dressing percentage, lean percentage and lion-eye area with decreasing backfat thickness and carcass fat percentage. It is suggested that the optimum dose of cyadox for weaned pigs is 50 to 100 mg per kilogram. |
