| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯胺凝胶电泳方法，对２７尾黄鳝的血清蛋白进行了分析。（１）血清蛋白区带雌鳝卵巢Ⅱ￣Ⅳ期为８￣１１条，雄鳝精巢Ⅰ￣Ⅳ期为１１￣１４条，雌雄间体鳝为１７￣２０条。经ＣＳ－９３０岛津双波长色谱扫描发现处于性逆转期的雌雄间体鳝有较多的吸收峰。（２）雄经雌鳝多的血清蛋白是大分子的糖脂蛋白，黄鳝性逆转可能与这种蛋白的增加有关。
