对虾弧菌病的同工酶分析

摘    要:本文通过肌肉注射感染方法,分别对感染非01群霍乱弧菌、溶藻弧菌和副溶学弧菌的病虾组织进行了同工酶电泳分析。结果表明:乳酸脱氢同工酶(LDH)和苹果酸脱氢同工酶(MOH)在健康虾与病虾间无明显差异。脂酶(EST)在肝胰腺中表达最明显,病虾酶活性下降。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)在肌肉组织显示较明显,病虾该酶活性显著提高,是对虾体内免疫系统应激反应的表现。

Abstract:This paper reports the results of electrophoretic analyses on isozyme of vibrio diseased shrimps infected by intramuscular injection with three species of vibrio ( Vibrio cholerae Non -01, V. alginolyticus and V. parahaemolyticus ). There were no distinct difference between the healthy and infected shrimps in lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and malate dehydrogenase (MDH) .Esterase (EST) in hepatopancreas appered to be the strongest among examined tissues, while activity of EST decreased in diseased shrimps.Superoxide dismatase (SOD) showed clearer in muscular tissues than in other tissues, and activity of SOD increased obviously in diseased shrimps. It indicated that the immune system in shrimps made a response for stress.
