摘    要:将144只52周龄绿壳商品产蛋鸡随机分为6组,各组在相同日粮基础上分别添加0、20、40、60、80、100mg/kg叶黄素,探讨叶黄素在蛋黄中的沉积规律以及对蛋黄色泽和蛋鸡生产性能的影响。结果说明,蛋黄中叶黄素的含量随日粮中叶黄素添加水平的增加而提高,最大沉积量达1.09mg/60g,是对照组0.23mg/60g的近5倍;日粮中叶黄素能显著(P<0.05)提高蛋黄的罗氏等级(RCF),降低亮值(L),提高红值(a),对黄值(b)无显著影响(P>0.05);日粮中添加高水平叶黄素对蛋鸡生产性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to determine the effect of lutein on egg yolk color and growth performance in laying hens.144 layers at 52 weeks were allotted to 6 dietary treatments randomly. Laying hens were fed base diet supplemented with 0,20,40,60,80,100 mg/kg lutein respectively. The results showed that:1)It was possible to increase egg yolk lutein through regulating the concentration of diet lutein, and as the lutein content of diet increased ,there was an elevation in lutein content of the egg yolk.The lutein content of egg golk could reach 1.09 mg/60 g,5 times of control group 0.23 mg/60 g of egg yolk.2)Adding lutein to the laying hens diet resulted in a significant increase in Roche color score and a significant(P < 0.05)decrease in L value,increase(P < 0.05)in a value,but had no effect (P > 0.05) in b value of egg yolk. 3)Diet with high lutein level had no effect (P > 0.05) on growth performance in laying hens.
