摘    要:试验选用80只35日龄的加利福尼亚断奶仔兔,公母各半。试验兔随机分为4组,每组设5个重复,每个重复4只仔兔。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在基础日粮中分别添加0.1%、0.2%、0.3%葡萄糖氧化酶。结果表明,各组间的采食量均无显著差异(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的日增重和料肉比与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),但Ⅱ、Ⅲ组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验各组间的胸腺指数和脾脏指数差异均不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,葡萄糖氧化酶对断奶仔兔的生产性能有一定促进作用。

Effects of glucose oxidase on growth performance and immunity of weaned rabbits

Abstract:In this experiment,80 weaned California rabbits with 35 days of age were selected and were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates of 4 each,half males and half females.The control group were fed with basal diet.Diets of group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were added with 0.1 %,0.2 % and 0.3 % glucose oxidase respecrtively.The results showed that:the average daily intake of all groups had no significant effect(P > 0.05).The average daily gain and feed conversation of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ had significant difference to the control group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between group Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P > 0.05).The thymus and spleen index of all groups had no significant effect(P > 0.05).The results indicated that,glucose oxidase could improve production performance of weaned rabbits.
