以国产三氯苯咪唑对自然感染肝片形吸虫的山羊进行了驱虫试验,并以硝氯酚为药物对照。结果表明,三氯本咪唑5mg/kg体重的剂量对肝片形吸虫成虫和童虫的驱虫率分别为99.3%和92.9%,驱净率为75%;三氯苯咪唑10mg/kg体重的剂量对肝片形吸虫成虫和童虫的驱虫率均为100%,驱净率为100%;硝氯酚5mg/kg体重剂量对肝片形吸虫成虫驱虫率为100%,但对童虫的仅为74.3%,而驱净率仅为60%。在整个试验期间试验羊均无不良反应。  相似文献

为了筛选出疗效最佳的治疗羊肝片吸虫的药物,选用36只患有羊肝片吸虫病的病羊,随机分为4组,分别为对照组、阿苯达唑组、三氯苯达唑组和硝氯酚组,每组9只,分3个平行,每个平行3只。对照组不做治疗处理,阿苯达唑组灌服12.0mg/kg·bw阿苯达唑,三氯苯达唑组灌服12.0mg/kg·bw三氯苯达唑,硝氯酚组灌服3.2mg/kg·bw的硝氯酚,整个试验期为14d,试验前后记录患病羊虫卵数和治愈情况。驱虫处理后:三氯苯达唑组虫卵个数显著低于硝氯酚组和阿苯达唑组(p<0.05),三氯苯达唑组虫卵减少率显著高于阿苯达唑和硝氯酚组,三氯苯达唑组显效只数和治愈率显著高于阿苯达唑组和硝氯酚组(p<0.05),三氯苯达唑组无效只数显著低于阿苯达唑组和硝氯酚组(p<0.05);表明三氯苯达唑治疗羊肝片吸虫的效果最好。  相似文献

应用三氯苯咪唑混悬剂,选择自然感染肝片吸虫的牦牛60头进行了驱虫试验。结果表明:①三氯苯咪唑混悬剂5mg/kg体重剂量对肝片吸虫的虫卵转阴率、减少率分别为83.3%、90.0%,对成虫的驱净率和驱虫率分别为91.7%、93.8%,对童虫的驱净率和驱虫率分别为83.3%、90.1%;10、15mg/kg剂量对肝片吸虫虫卵转阴率、减少率及成虫、童虫的驱净率和驱虫率均达100%;②三氯苯咪唑混悬剂10mg/kg剂量与同剂量三氯苯咪唑片剂的驱虫效果无明显差异;③三氯苯咪唑混悬剂3个剂量组试验牛未见异常反应。试验证明三氯苯咪唑混悬剂10、15mg/kg剂量驱除牦牛肝片吸虫高效安全,临床使用以10mg/kg剂量为宜。  相似文献

应用硝氯粉和肝蛭净两种药物,采取口服投药方式,分不同剂量,在绵羊肝片吸虫驱虫方面做了对比试验。结果表明:硝氯粉按5mg/kg体重驱虫,肝片吸虫虫卵减少率96.85%;肝蛭净按12mg/kg体重驱虫,虫卵减少率96.74%;二者的驱虫效果差异不大,但在实际操作中,硝氯粉剂量稍大会出现中毒反应,剂量过小则效果不佳,硝氯粉剂量较难控制。建议养畜户在绵羊肝片吸虫驱虫时最好用肝蛭净。  相似文献

作者应用4组不同药物对放牧的浏阳黑山羊进行了驱虫试验,结果表明:应用硝碘酚腈 左旋味唑组(Ⅰ组),以及硫双二氯酚 左旋咪唑组(Ⅱ组)肝片吸虫和线虫减卵率均为100%,剖检查虫肝片吸虫和线虫均为阴性。应用硝氯酚 驱虫精组(Ⅲ组)肝片吸虫和线虫减卵率分别为90.5%和81.0%,剖检查虫肝片吸虫为阴性,线虫18条。应用肝蛭净 驱虫精组(Ⅳ组)肝片吸虫和线虫减卵率分别为59.1%和91.6%,剖检查虫肝片吸虫和线虫分别为12条和6条。因而认为Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组的药物组合对驱除山羊肝片吸虫及消化道线虫效果较好。  相似文献

羊肝片吸虫病是草原畜牧中危害肉羊最为严重的寄生虫病之一,常常造成肉羊黄疸、贫血、慢性营养消耗等对畜牧业经济产生严重影响,为了做好肝片吸虫病的防治,选取自然感染肝片吸虫的绵羊采用不同药物进行驱虫试验,结合沉淀法确定驱虫效果,结果表明:氯氰碘柳胺钠虫卵减少率100%;硝氯酚虫卵减少率91.4%,转阴率84.6%;丙硫苯咪唑虫卵减少率86.6%,虫卵转阴率76.9%;中药肝蛭散虫卵减少率53.2%,虫卵转阴率7.6%。通过试验氯氰碘柳胺钠注射液对肝片吸虫祛除率高,是首选药物。丙硫苯咪唑驱虫需反复灌服为宜,硝氯酚在秋季驱虫效果好但需要联合用药,肝蛭净散驱虫要和广谱抗虫药联合用药,通过筛选为临床寄生虫提供科学依据,为今后研究最佳的驱虫模式奠定了基础。  相似文献

应用三氯苯咪唑片剂和氯氰碘柳胺钠注射液,选择6~8月龄自然感染肝片吸虫的绵羊80只进行驱虫试验。结果:(1)三氯苯咪唑片剂5、10、15 mg/kg体重剂量对肝片吸虫的虫卵转阴率、减少率和成虫的驱虫率均达100.0%,对肝片吸虫幼虫的驱虫率分别为93.9%、100.0%和100.0%;(2)氯氰碘柳胺钠注射液5、10、15 mg/kg体重剂量对肝片吸虫的虫卵转阴率分别为60.0%、80.0%和100.0%,减少率分别为89.2%、98.2%和100.0%,对成虫驱虫率均分别为97.9%、100.0%和100.0%,幼虫驱虫率分别为90.7%、94.3%和100.0%;(3)三氯苯咪唑片剂10 mg/kg体重剂量与同剂量对照药物三氯苯咪唑混悬剂的驱虫效果无差异;(4)三氯苯咪唑片剂和氯氰碘柳胺钠注射液3个剂量组试验羊未见异常反应。试验证明,三氯苯咪唑片剂5、10、15 mg/kg体重和氯氰碘柳胺钠注射液10、15 mg/kg体重剂量驱除绵羊肝片吸虫安全高效。驱除绵羊肝片吸虫两种药物的使用剂量,三氯苯咪唑片剂不低于5 mg/kg,氯氰碘柳胺钠注射液不低于10 mg/kg体重。  相似文献

为了解潮霉素B预混剂临床驱除绦虫线虫的有效性和给药时间的合理性,依据兽药临床试验规范,试验选择了蠕虫自然感染皖西麻黄鸡824只,按要求随机分为3组,分别为潮霉素B预混剂治疗组284只,芬苯哒唑粉对照药物组284只,不治疗的感染对照组256只,试验周期根据临床治疗效果确定。结果显示,潮霉素B预混剂,推荐剂量10 mg/kg混饲,连续饲喂21 d,对鸡蛔虫和绦虫的粗计驱虫率分别为63%和26%,表现明显的驱除蛔虫作用(P0.05),连续饲喂42 d,对鸡蛔虫和绦虫的粗计驱虫率分别为100%和-13%,驱蛔虫效果极显著(P0.01);对照药物芬苯哒唑粉,50 mg/kg混饲,连续饲喂6 d,对鸡蛔虫和绦虫的粗计驱虫率分别为100%和44%,同样具有极显著的驱除蛔虫作用(P0.01),本试验中2种药物的驱蛔虫效果相当,对绦虫的驱除作用不明显(P0.05)。潮霉素B预混剂10 mg/kg混饲,连续饲喂42 d,可以驱净鸡蛔虫的感染,但对鸡绦虫感染无明显的驱除作用。  相似文献

选择自然感染羊狂蝇蛆绵羊131只,分别按体重0.1,0.2和0.3mg/kg剂量口服伊维菌素干混悬剂,进行驱除效果观察,同时设空白对照组。结果表明,口服伊维菌素干混悬剂0.2,0.3mg/kg剂量组绵羊的羊狂蝇蛆驱净率和驱虫率均达100%。口服0.1mg/kg剂量组绵羊的羊狂蝇蛆驱净率93.9%、驱虫率98.6%。试验证明伊维菌素干混悬剂对羊狂蝇蛆驱虫效果明显,临床使用0.2mg/kg体重剂量高效安全。  相似文献

SUMMARY The efficiency of a new benzimidazole anthelmintic, triclabendazole, was tested against cumulative infections with Fasciola hepatica aged 1 to 12 weeks in sheep and compared with that of rafoxanide. At 10 mg/kg, triclabendazole was 99% effective in eliminating both immature and adult flukes. At a lower dose rate of 5 mg/kg, triclabendazole was highly effective against adults and significantly reduced the number of early immature flukes with an 87% overall reduction of fluke burden. Rafoxanide at 7.5 mg/kg showed high efficiency against adult fluke, but its effect on immatures was not significant, and overall efficiency was 64%.  相似文献

In two trials the fasciolicidal activities of triclabendazole, nitroxynil and rafoxanide were assessed in cattle naturally infected with predominantly immature stages of Fasciola hepatica. Tablets containing 900 mg triclabendazole were administered orally at a dose rate of 12 mg/kg bodyweight. Rafoxanide and nitroxynil were used at a dose rate of 10 mg/kg, rafoxanide being given orally and nitroxynil by subcutaneous injection. Based on faecal egg counts nine weeks after treatment the efficacies were calculated to be 100 per cent for triclabendazole and 95.0 per cent for nitroxynil in the first trial and 98.4 per cent for triclabendazole and 52.9 per cent for rafoxanide 15 weeks after treatment in the second trial. In the first trial five animals from each of the three groups were slaughtered and their fluke burdens counted. Compared with the untreated control group the reductions in the fluke burdens were 96.9 per cent in triclabendazole treated cattle and 76.4 per cent in the nitroxynil treated group.  相似文献

A fenbendazole and triclabendazole combination was tested against experimentally induced 6-and 14-week-old infections of Fasciola hepatica and naturally acquired infections of gastrointestinal nematodes in sheep. Forty-eight sheep were divided randomly into six treatment groups of eight animals each. At 7.5 and 10.0 mg kg-1 body weight (BW) (3.75 and 5.0 mg kg-1 BW of each drug), the drug combination was 98.3 and 99.7% effective against 6-week-old F. hepatica infections, and 100 and 99.9% effective against 14-week-old infections. At the same drug dosages, the drug combination was effective against naturally acquired adult Ostertagia spp. (97.3-100%) and adult Nematodirus spp. (90.3-99.9%). No adverse effects associated with treatment were noted.  相似文献

We have evaluated the efficacy in sheep of a combination drench formulation at the recommended dose rate of 0.2 mg moxidectin/kg bodyweight and 10 mg triclabendazole/kg bodyweight against an experimental infection with Fasciola hepatica and a natural infection with gastrointestinal nematodes. We confirmed that the efficacy of reducing fecal egg output was 98.3% for trichostrongyle eggs and 100% for F. hepatica eggs. Based on adult worm and fluke recovery, the efficacy varied according to the target species. A reduction was found in the number of Teladorsagia circumcincta, Trichostrongylus spp., Nematodirus spp., and Trichuris spp. greater than 95%, but the efficacy for Oesophagostomum spp. varied, with values below 90%. The reduction in F. hepatica was higher than 95% for all stages. The effectiveness of the formulation was also confirmed by an increase in total proteins and albumin following treatment.  相似文献
