用乳胶加洋红颜料对32例初生仔猪的腹主动脉进行灌注,然后测量其小肠、大肠的长度、口径以及动脉分枝数目,利用微机处理得出,小肠的一级分枝与终末分枝、小肠长度与一级分枝、小肠长度与末分枝有相关性,但小肠直径与动脉分枝无相关性。大肠的长度与终末枝、大肠的直径与终末枝有相关性。  相似文献

对一例漠猫消化系统进行了大体解剖学观察描述。漠猫硬腭有6条腭褶,舌上有丝状、菌状和轮廓乳头3种,齿式为2(3131/3121);胃呈“U”形,容积24ml;小肠长度为体长的1.81倍,大肠长度为体长的0.41倍,小肠和大肠总长度为体长的2.21倍;大肠和平均直径为小肠的1.8倍;盲肠极短,仅为体长的0.05倍。漠猫有腮腺、颌下腺、舌下腺、臼齿腺和眶下腺5对唾液腺;肝脏分叶明显,分为左中叶、左侧叶、  相似文献

用乳胶加颜料血管注射的方法,对32例初生仔猪的腹腔脏器的动脉分枝进行观察,其主要结果如下: 腹腔动脉有五个分枝类型,即两枝型(脾动脉、肝动脉)有25例(78.13%);三枝型(脾动脉、胃左动脉、肝动脉)有3例(9.36%);四枝型A(脾动脉、憩室动脉、胃左动脉、肝动脉)有1例(3.13%);四枝型B(两主枝是脾动脉和肝动脉,两侧枝是胃左动脉和憩室动脉)有1例(3.13%);一枝型(只有脾动脉,而肝动脉则来自肠系膜前动脉)有2例(6.25%)。 空肠动脉的分枝,依次形成初级弓、二级弓和网状丛,再由网状丛发出大量的、放射状的小枝分布到肠管上。这些小枝呈两两成对地并列(与同级静脉伴行),到肠管附近,两枝彼此分开,每枝分布到肠管的一个侧面。  相似文献

本研究观察表明,猞猁的胃为单室有腺胃,呈略扁而弯曲的囊状,大部分位于左侧腹前部和腹中部,小部在腹腔右侧。分布于胃的动脉来胃左动脉,胃右动脉、脾动脉、胃网膜左动脉和胃网膜右动脉。肠管分小肠和大肠,小肠分为十二指肠,空肠和回肠,大肠分为盲肠、结肠和直肠。肠管各段有明显的分界特生回肠短,盲肠不发达。分布于小肠的动脉来自胃右动脉、胰十二指肠前动脉、胰十二指肠后动脉、空肠动脉和回肠动脉,分布于大肠的动脉来自  相似文献

研究了生长在腾格里沙漠南缘油蒿与沙蒿两种固沙半灌木植物的枝构件特征。结果表明:油蒿与沙蒿大部分枝条分枝角度较大,为中等分枝角度类型(分枝角度50°~70°);油蒿与沙蒿枝条的伸展从3级枝到1级枝呈现减弱的趋势,即3级枝到1级枝的长度是逐渐变短的,且油蒿各级枝条长度均大于沙蒿的对应枝级的枝条长度;油蒿与沙蒿的枝径比和逐步分枝率均呈增加的趋势,油蒿的各级枝径比高于沙蒿,而逐步分枝率却比沙蒿的低。  相似文献

行距对“川草2号”老芒麦生殖枝及种子产量性状的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
试验对30,45,60,75,90 cm五个行距下,老芒麦枝条性状、花序性状、种子产量性状进行比较分析,结果表明,行距首先通过对分蘖数、生殖枝比例、生殖枝数/m2、生殖枝高度、生殖枝直径等有极显著影响,继而造成穗柄长、穗柄直径、穗轴长、小穗数/生殖枝、小花数/生殖枝等差异极显著,最终导致结实率、表现种子产量与实际种子产量的差异;单位面积小花总数、潜在种子产量受行距影响不大且趋于稳定;偏相关分析说明,在行距恒定时,株高是影响结实率的主要因素,花穗柄长度反映小穗数/生殖枝、种子数/生殖枝与实际种子产量,可通过株高与花穗柄长度预测结实率与种子产量;千粒重与其他参数相关性低,是相对稳定的种子性状;行距60 cm时,潜在种子产量、表现种子产量和实际种子产量最高,适宜在生产中推广。  相似文献

试验于2012-2013年在新疆昌吉阿什里乡进行,以新疆荒漠草地典型植物种伊犁绢蒿(Seriphidium transiliense)为研究对象,研究了不放(CK)、轻度放牧(LG)、中度放牧(MG)和重度放牧(HG)下伊犁绢蒿各级分枝数、营养枝和生殖枝的变化规律,通过在生长季内多次采样方法(每30d采样一次),比较不同放牧梯度下各级分枝数数目,营养枝与生殖枝的数目,以揭示伊犁绢蒿构件数目对放牧强度的响应机制。结果表明,各放牧梯度下伊犁绢蒿各级分枝数在CK区表现为二级分枝数一级分枝数,在LG、MG和HG区则表现为分枝级数越高,分枝数越低;营养枝数目也在LG区表现有最大值,占全株分枝数的20.5%以上,营养枝数目的变化趋势为LGCKMGHG;生殖枝数在各放牧处理间与不放牧条件下大部分差异显著(P0.05),变化趋势为CKLGMGHG。  相似文献

本研究利用灰色系统关联度分析方法,对山生柳(Salix oritrepha)硬枝5种不同扦插处理的关联度及其扦插繁殖中的8个观察指标值间的关联度大小进行了计算分析,结果表明:山生柳硬枝扦插繁殖观测指标间的关联度大小依次为:保存率主根长度茎粗株高一级分枝数地上生物量鲜质量侧根数量;硬枝扦插5种不同处理的关联度大小依次为:覆膜简易塑料大棚育苗袋育苗杯露地。主根长度、茎粗和株高3个观测指标是影响山生柳扦插繁殖成活率的主要指标因子,覆膜处理是山生柳在高寒区最适合的快繁技术。  相似文献

为找出桑树产果量和产叶量的主要影响因素,以育71-1桑树母枝直径的7个分组作研究对象,历经2年(2017—2018年)对其桑果成熟期的母枝留芽数量、结果枝长度、结果枝直径和结果枝节位数量等枝条指标,母枝结果芽数量、母枝花序数量、母枝结果数量、母枝产量、结果枝结果数量、桑果单果质量、结果枝产量和植株产量等结果指标及叶片长度、叶片宽度和叶片质量等叶片指标进行调查,并对各指标进行相关性分析。结果表明:桑树母枝直径与母枝座果率、结果枝长度和结果枝直径等指标之间差异极显著(P0.01),与结果枝节位数量之间差异显著(P0.05),与叶片长度等其它指标之间差异不显著(P≥0.05);植株产量与母枝花序数量、母枝结果数量、母枝产量和结果枝芽结果数量等指标之间差异极显著(P0.01),与母枝结果芽百分率和母枝芽结果数量等指标之间差异显著(P0.05)。叶片质量与叶片长度和叶片宽度指标之间差异极显著(P0.01),与母枝结果芽百分率和结果枝直径等指标之间差异显著(P0.05)。可见,桑树母枝直径是影响结果性状和叶片性状等相关指标的重要因素之一。  相似文献

为探究高原鼠兔(Ochotona curzoniae)与高原鼢鼠(Eospalax baileyi)胃肠道形态在高原恶劣环境中对食物资源和能量需求的适应对策,将捕获于青藏高原高寒草甸的高原鼠兔(8 ♀,7 ♂)和高原鼢鼠(9♀,6 ♂)解剖后,测定其胃肠道形态指标,采用独立样本t检验和协方差分析进行对比。结果显示,两种动物胃肠道形态在种内性别间差异表现为雄性高原鼠兔小肠长度、盲肠鲜重显著大于雌性(P<0.05),雄性高原鼢鼠小肠和盲肠长度、大肠鲜重及胃和大肠净鲜重显著高于雌性(P<0.05)。在种间水平上,高原鼠兔小肠和盲肠长度、盲肠净鲜重显著大于高原鼢鼠(P<0.05),而其胃和大肠长度、大肠鲜重显著小于高原鼢鼠(P<0.05)。研究表明,高原鼠兔和高原鼢鼠的前肠和后肠因其种间能量需求和食性的不同存在代偿性差异;同一物种雌、雄个体均通过改变小肠长度来适应性别间差异化的能量需求。  相似文献

小肠是猪的主要消化吸收器官,对个体的生长发育非常重要,但到目前为止,国内外对猪小肠的研究还很少。为探讨其长度与生长发育性状之间的关系,本试验测定了白色杜洛克×二花脸资源家系F2和F3群体共计1 508头个体的240日龄小肠长度、出生重、21日龄体重、46日龄体重、0~46日龄平均日增重、46~240日龄平均日增重、240日龄平均日增重、240日龄宰前活重及屠宰后胴体直长、胴体斜长等10项生长性状指标,并对其与小肠长度的相关性进行了分析。结果显示猪240日龄小肠长度与这些生长性状都存在极显著相关(P0.001),表明小肠可能通过影响个体对营养成分的消化吸收而影响个体的生长发育。据我们所知,本试验是首次在大规模样本群体中研究猪小肠长度与生长发育性状的相关性,其结果为小肠和个体发育研究提供了重要参考。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To identify apoptosis in equine intestines and determine whether apoptosis is associated with gastrointestinal tract disease or a specific tissue layer of intestine. ANIMALS: 38 horses that underwent surgery or were euthanatized for small or large intestine obstruction, strangulation, or distension and 9 control horses euthanatized for reasons other than gastrointestinal tract disease or systemic disease. PROCEDURE: Specimens were collected at surgery from intestine involved in the primary lesion and distant to the primary lesion site or at necropsy from several sites including the primary lesion site. Histologic tissue sections were stained with H&E, and apoptosis was detected by use of the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling technique. The number of apoptotic cells per hpf was counted in the mucosa, circular muscle, longitudinal muscle, and serosa. RESULTS: Apoptotic nuclei were seen in all layers of intestine. An increased number of apoptotic cells was found in the circular muscle of the intestine from horses with simple obstruction, compared with strangulating obstruction or healthy intestine. Intestine distant from a primary strangulating lesion had higher numbers of apoptotic cells than did intestine distant from a simple obstructive lesion or intestine taken at the site of a strangulating or simple obstructive lesion. CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Intestine from horses with obstructing or strangulating lesions in the small intestine and large colon had high numbers of apoptotic cells possibly because of ischemic cell injury and subsequent inflammation. Whether substantial apoptosis affects intestinal function is not yet known.  相似文献

The vascular organisation of the hind limb claws from clinically normal cattle was studied using plastic corrosion casts. The proper digital artery ran dorsodistally within the interdigital space and gave off a bulbar branch to the bulb, a plantar branch to the axial aspect of the wall and sole, and a coronary artery to the coronary margin and proximal wall. The artery entered the distal phalanx at the axial foramen, coursed through the nutrient canal as the terminal arch, and emerged at the abaxial foramen to anastomose with branches of the bulbar artery. During its interosseous course, the terminal branch gave off 6-8 primary branches which provided the arterial supply to the coronary margin, axial and abaxial wall, white zone and sole. The dorsal proper digital vein and axial and abaxial proper plantar digital veins drained all venous blood from the claw. Each of these large veins arose from numerous smaller veins which joined to form the venous networks of the coronary margin, wall, sole and bulb. A large arched vein passed through the coronary cushion and formed a connection between the superficial coronary venous plexus and the intra-osseous plexus of the distal phalanx. The axial and abaxial proper plantar digital veins were connected by a vessel through the bulbar cushion. At the same level, the axial proper plantar digital veins of the lateral and medial claw were connected to each other by a large vessel through the interdigital space, situated just proximal to the distal interdigital ligaments. This resulted in the presence of a complete distal venous arch along the plantar aspects of both claws. The parietal collecting veins drained most of the venous blood from the sole, white zone and wall, and connected directly to the venous plexuses of the coronary margin and bulb. Valves occurred commonly in medium and larger calibre veins throughout the claw.  相似文献

对20只繁殖期前和20只繁殖期麻雀进行体尺测量和消化道各组织器官长度及重量测定,观察其胃、小肠、大肠在繁殖期前和繁殖期的长度、鲜重及干重变化情况。试验结果表明:繁殖期麻雀与繁殖期前相比,麻雀胃的长度、含内容物重、不含内容物重分别增加了12.66%、10.42%和4.76%,差异极显著(P<0.01);干重比繁殖期前增加了8.33%,差异显著(P<0.05)。小肠的长度、含内容物重、不含内容物重、干重分别增加了9.43%、68.18%、75.00%和83.33%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。大肠长度增加了2.48%,差异不显著(P>0.05);含内容物重、不含内容物重分别增加了23.53%和47.62%,差异极显著(P<0.01);干重增加了16.67%,差异显著(P<0.05)。  相似文献

The small intestine is a vital organ in animal gastrointestinal system, in which a large variety of nutrients are absorbed. To identify quantitative trait loci (QTL) for the length of porcine small intestine, phenotypic values were measured in 1034 individuals at 240 d from a White Duroc × Chinese Erhualian intercross F2 population. The length of small intestine showed strong correlation with growth traits and carcass length in the F2 population. A whole‐genome scan was performed based on 183 microsatellites covering the pig genome in the F2 population. A total of 10 QTL for this trait were identified on 8 pig chromosomes (SSC), including four 1% genome‐wide significant QTL on SSC2, 4, 7 and 8, one 5% genome‐wide significant QTL on SSC12, and five 5% chromosome‐wide significant QTL on SSC5, 7, 13 and 14. The Erhualian alleles were generally associated with shorter length of the small intestine except the alleles on SSC7 and 13. The QTL on SSC4 overlapped with the previously reported QTL for the length of small intestine. Several significant QTL on SSC2, 8, and 12 were consistent with previous reports. The significant QTL detected on SSC7 was reported for the first time. All QTL identified in this study corresponded to the known region significantly associated with growth traits, supporting the important role of the length of small intestine in pig growth.  相似文献

The number and distribution of Peyers patches in the small intestine of 461 Chinchilla rabbits and 19 Russian bred rabbits were determined during surgery and at a subsequent necropsy. The Peyers patches were located within the jejunum and ileum where they were evenly distributed along the antimesenteric portion of the intestine. No correlation was found between length of the intestine and numbers of Peyers patches.  相似文献

There was an increase in the length of the small intestine, caeca and colon when Japanese quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica)were fed on a diet diluted with fibre. No differences were found in the length of the villi and the thicknesses of the submucosal layers throught the large and most of the small intestine between birds fed on the normal diet compared with those fed on the diluted diet. The birds fed on the normal diet appeared to have more mucous goblet cells and lymph nodes in the caeca than those fed on the diluted diet.  相似文献

以三元杂种猪为对照,研究了东北民猪在3种NDF水平(0、10、20%)下消化道形态及后肠内容物鲜重的变化。试验从活重30千克开始,80千克结束时,每组在最后一次给食后的2、4、8、12或16小时随机屠宰2头。电击晕死后立即开膛取出内脏,分为胃、小肠、盲肠和结肠4段进行测量。结果表明猪对饲粮纤维含量的增加从胃肠道形态上发生明显的适应性变化,消化道长度、鲜重增加,尤其结肠长度增加明显,胃、小肠和结肠的鲜重显著地高于基础饲粮组。民猪胃重和结肠鲜重及长度的增加比对照杂种猪明显,消化道总鲜重及其占空体重的比例显著地高于对照杂种猪。随NDF水平的提高,大肠内容物鲜重明显增加,其中民猪更为突出,后肠是吸收水分的主要场所。  相似文献

This study describes the results of computed tomography (CT) of the liver, spleen, abomasum, small intestine and large intestine in 30 healthy Saanen goats. CT examination and anatomical slice preparation postmortem were performed as described in the first communication. After subjective evaluation of the CT images, various variables including the length/size, volume and density of the liver, spleen and gallbladder, the wall thickness of the abomasum, small intestine and large intestine and the diameter of the intestine were measured. The liver, spleen, abomasum, small intestine and large intestine could be accurately visualised using CT.  相似文献
