小反刍兽疫(peste des petits ruminants,PPR)是由副黏病毒科麻疹病毒属小反刍兽疫病毒(peste des petits ruminants virus,PPRV)引起的一种急性、烈性、接触性传染病,目前已给中国养羊业造成巨大损失与威胁。作者对PPR的流行病学、诊断方法及疫苗研制进展等方面作一简要综述,以期为该病的防控提供有效的参考。  相似文献

It was possible to distinguish separate serological responses when experimental goats were inoculated with either rinderpest virus or peste des petits ruminants virus. Examination of field samples established that peste des petits ruminants occur commonly in Nigerian sheep and goats although some villages have escaped recent infection. There was no evidence of infection with rinderpest in these animals.  相似文献

Four isolates of peste des petits ruminants virus were obtained from sick Nigerian sheep and goats. One was identical antigenically with the prototype Senegalese strain. Virological and serological evidence was obtained to show that peste des petits ruminants virus was widely distributed in Omani sheep and goats. There was no evidence for the concomitant presence of rinderpest virus in these species. Two virus isolates were classified as peste des petits ruminants virus on the basis of their pathogenicity in experimental animals and their specific hybridisation with nucleic acid probes. However, neutralisation tests and polyacrylamide gel analysis of their nucleocapsid proteins showed that they were not identical to the highly conserved African strains of this virus.  相似文献

2007年小反刍兽疫(PPR)在我国西藏首次暴发,在西藏和新疆部分地区使用PPR Nigeria 75/1疫苗株制造的疫苗进行免疫接种。为明确疫苗的安全性,中国兽医药品监察所国家牛瘟参考实验室对其安全性能进行了系统评价。健康易感山羊、绵羊及怀孕山羊、怀孕绵羊按不同剂量接种疫苗后,均未观察到异常临床反应;怀孕母羊所产羔羊数量与对照组无明显差异。疫苗对小白鼠、豚鼠的非特异性安全试验表明,所有接种动物均健活。结果表明该疫苗安全性良好,可在田间大规模使用。  相似文献

In order to obtain purified peste des petits ruminants virus F protein, the F gene of peste des petits ruminants virus strain Tibet 07 was cloned into transfer vector pFastBac/CT-TOPO, plasmid pFastBacCT-PPRV-F was then transformed into DH10Bac complement cells. The recombinant bacmid DNA was isolated and transfected into sf9 insect cells to express F protein. The expressed F protein was identified by using SDS-PAGE, Western blotting and indirect immunofluorescence assay. The recombinant F protein was successfully expressed in insect cells with a relative molecular of 59 ku.The sf9 cells infected by Bacmid-PPRV-F can reacted with positive serum of peste des petits ruminants.Using the Bac-to-Bac baculovirus expression system expressed the F protein of peste des petits ruminants virus strain Tibet 07.This work provides basis for development of rapid test for detection of peste des petits ruminants antibody.  相似文献

One hundred and ninety-five goat and 67 sheep sera collected from various parts of southern Nigeria were screened for neutralising antibodies to both the peste des petits ruminants (PPR) and rinderpest viruses. Neutralising antibodies against both viruses were found in the sheep and goat sera examined. Parallel titration of samples which neutralised both viruses indicated a primary infection with the PPR virus (PPRV). However, some samples which failed to neutralise PPRV neutralised the rinderpest virus (RV) indicating RV activity in sheep and goats in Nigeria. These findings are discussed in relation to the diagnosis of PPRV infection and the recent reappearance of bovine rinderpest in Nigeria.  相似文献

为了解河南省长垣市奶山羊小反刍兽疫疫情流行情况和免疫抗体水平,2018—2020年,采用阻断酶联免疫吸附剂测定(ELISA)法和实时荧光聚合酶链式反应(PCR)法,对长垣市32 家奶山羊散养户采集羊血清和鼻拭子样品,进行羊小反刍兽疫免疫抗体及病原学检测。结果表明,2018年、2019年和2020年的血清抗体合格率分别为83.13%、85.64%和86.67%,平均85.17%,高于国家规定的70.00%。病原学监测全部样品为阴性。提示长垣市总体疫苗免疫效果良好,羊群具有抵抗小反刍兽疫侵袭的基本能力。为长垣市制定科学合理的防控措施、逐步消灭小反刍兽疫和退出小反刍兽疫免疫计划提供参考依据。  相似文献

Peste des petits ruminants virus was suspected to be the cause of a disease outbreak in a zoological collection at Al Ain in the Arabian Gulf. Clinically the outbreak affected gazelles (Gazellinae), ibex and sheep (Caprinae) and gemsbok (Hippotraginae); subclinical involvement of Nilgai (Tragelaphinae) was suspected. A morbillivirus was isolated and using monoclonal antibodies and biological tests in cattle, sheep and goats the virus of peste des petits ruminants was identified.  相似文献

小反刍兽疫(Peste des petits ruminants,PPR)是由小反刍兽疫病毒(Peste des petits ruminants virus,PPRV)引起的一种主要感染小反刍动物的急性、接触性传染病,发病率、死亡率高.近年来,小反刍兽疫(PPR)呈扩散的趋势,成为重要的跨国动物传染病之一,我国周边国家频繁器发该病.2007年7月25日暴发于西藏自治区日土县的我国首例小反刍尊疫疫情,更是对我国如何做好该病的防控工作提出了新的要求和挑战.为了增强广大兽医工作者和相关人士对本病的认识,文中就小反刍兽疫的病原学、流行病学、临床症状、病理特征以及诊断方法等方面的研究现状进行了综述.  相似文献

目的将小反刍兽疫病毒M蛋白基因截短表达后用于特异性单抗制备及临床抗体水平检测。方法:用在线分析软件BepiPred分析小反刍兽疫病毒M蛋白潜在的B细胞线性表位,以本实验室构建的pCR2.1T-PPRV M质粒为模板,扩增三段截短的M基因,纯化后的PCR产物分别与克隆载体pCR2.1T连接,筛选出的阳性重组质粒经双酶切后,分别与表达载体pET-32a(+)及pGEX-6p-1连接,再将鉴定为阳性的重组质粒转化入E.coli BL21(DE3)菌株诱导表达,并用SDS-PAGE及Western blot验证。结果 PCR产物电泳,得到与预期大小相符的特异性片段。对连接克隆载体及表达载体的重组质粒双酶切后,均出现与预期一致的片段,DNA测序表明,插入片段序列与小反刍兽疫Nigeria75/1株M蛋白基因完全一致。重组蛋白经SDS-PAGE及Western blot鉴定,证明所构建的重组蛋白均获得高效表达,并均具有良好的反应原性。结论成功表达了小反刍兽疫截短M基因的蛋白,为制备特异性单抗及小反刍兽疫抗体检测奠定了一定基础。  相似文献

为查明湖南省某县3个养羊户饲养的羊出现大量发病和死亡的原因,对3个养羊户的发病羊进行临床及病理剖检诊断,并且采集16份血清和3份病料进行实验室检测,确诊为小反刍兽疫,这是湖南省首次发现该病。流行病学调查分析显示,以饲养为目的的活羊调运且活羊未经检疫是引发此次疫情的主要原因,建议动物卫生监督部门要加大对羊群调运的检疫监管力度。  相似文献

根据GenBank中公布的小反刍兽疫病毒的H基因或全基因序列,利用软件Primer Premier5.0设计引物,扩增片段长度为477bp,建立区分小反刍兽疫疫苗毒与基因4系野毒的RT-PCR检测方法,并用于临床检测。结果表明,建立的RT-PCR鉴别诊断方法能特异性区分疫苗株Nigeria75/1与基因4系PPRV,与基因3系、牛瘟病毒、犬瘟热病毒等同属病毒无交叉反应;最低可以检测到浓度为7.7×10-5ng/μL的RNA模板;该方法操作简单,耗时短,可以初步用于临床鉴别诊断。  相似文献

Mortality rates and the prevalence of disease were assessed in 115 flocks of traditionally managed sheep and goats in two Divisions of the North West Province of Cameroon by means of a questionnaire to the owners. The mortality rate was significantly higher in sheep than in goats and also higher in young stock than in adults. Tethering the animals during the day resulted in significantly lower mortality in both adult and young sheep and also in kids. Disease problems of small ruminants, identified on the basis of signs reported by their owners, included intestinal parasitism, especially helminthiasis, tick infestation and associated diseases, pneumonia, goat plague (peste des petits ruminants) and Oestrus ovis infestation. Treatment of sick animals was only practised on a very small scale, often by possibly ineffective traditional methods. The owners identified tick infestation and diarrhoea as common causes of death. Recommendations are made on control measures suitable for application in this area.  相似文献
