为了优化粪便固液分离工艺,用作者研制的固液分离机对鲜牛粪进行固液分离,以进料水料比、榨条间隙、螺旋转速作为影响因素,以分离后固形物料中总固体(TS)含量为主要考察指标,以处理牛粪生产率、液料中固体去除率为参考指标,采用3因素5水平进行二次正交旋转组合试验设计,探讨了螺旋压榨工艺参数对固液分离效果的影响,得到了优化的工艺参数:进料水料比为0.65,榨条间隙为1.5 mm,螺旋转速68 r/min时,分离后固形物料中总固体(TS)质量分数可以达到40%以上,研究结果可为牛粪固液分离提供参考依据。  相似文献

为满足我国现阶段高产水稻的收获要求,对自行研制的履带式斜置切纵流联合收获机进行了结构改进,构建了载荷测试系统,并在田间开展了三因素三水平的正交试验,分析了切纵流滚筒转速、切流滚筒凹板筛结构形式、斜置纵轴流螺旋喂入头与导流罩径向间隙等因素对脱粒分离性能的影响,使用极差分析法对斜置切纵流联合收获机脱粒分离装置的结构参数进行了优化。优化结果表明:切流滚筒转速和纵轴流滚筒转速分别为862、806 r/min,切流凹板筛过渡段为导向、分离孔式,螺旋喂入头与导流罩径向间隙为50 mm时,整机的脱粒分离性能较优。脱粒分离总损失率为0.62%,脱粒分离总功耗为40.42 k W。  相似文献

摆动分离筛薯土分离机理分析与参数优化试验   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
针对摆动分离筛薯土分离机理不明确,作业参数匹配不合理导致明薯率与马铃薯破皮率矛盾突出等问题,利用高速摄像机实时拍摄不同曲柄转速、筛面倾角和机器前进速度时摆动分离筛上薯土混合物的分布状态,统计并分析薯土混合物分布高度的变化规律,揭示薯土分离机理,并获得影响分离筛性能主要因素的取值范围。以明薯率和破皮率为评价指标,采用Box-Behnken响应面试验方法进行试验,建立各指标与因素间的回归数学模型,对影响摆动分离筛性能的结构与工作参数进行优化。结果表明,各因素对明薯率、破皮率影响由大到小为曲柄转速、筛面倾角、机器前进速度。摆动分离筛优化参数组合为:曲柄转速230 r/min,筛面倾角21.1°,机器前进速度2.03 km/h,优化后明薯率和破皮率分别为98.94%和0.21%,明薯率较优化前提高1.68个百分点,破皮率较优化前降低9.6个百分点,参数优化试验结果满足国家标准要求。  相似文献

油菜联合收获机滚筒筛式复清装置设计与试验   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对油菜联合收获机脱粒分离作业后脱出物组分杂,籽粒细小不易分离,导致清选作业清洁率低、人工复清劳动强度大等问题,设计了一种挂接在粮箱上的模块化滚筒筛式复清装置。基于运动学与动力学分析了物料提升螺旋输送器和筛分装置的结构参数与运行参数范围;以滚筒筛式复清装置的损失率、清洁率及筛分效率为评价指标,以滚筒筛转速、筛网内助流螺旋叶片螺距和筛孔直径为影响因素,基于EDEM开展了三因素三水平正交试验,确定了最佳参数组合,并利用收获关键部件试验台开展了验证试验。仿真结果表明:当喂入量为0.6kg/s时,滚筒筛式复清装置的较优参数组合为筛孔直径5mm、滚筒筛转速105r/min、筛网内助流螺旋叶片螺距250mm,此时滚筒筛式复清装置损失率为0.92%、清洁率为98.96%、筛分效率为95.12%。台架验证试验表明,带有滚筒筛式复清装置的清选系统工作顺畅,在最佳参数组合条件下,滚筒筛式复清装置的损失率为0.96%、清洁率为98.67%、筛分效率为95.36%,对比未增加滚筒筛式复清装置前清洁率提升了4.38个百分点。研究可为油菜联合收获机清选装置结构改进和优化提供参考。  相似文献

针对油莎豆机械化收获过程中块茎(果)与土壤草团(杂质)分离不彻底导致收获损失率与含杂率较高的问题,设计了一种双层滚筒筛式果杂分离装置,通过理论分析确定了该装置的主要结构参数与工作参数。建立了分离装置-收获物料互作的EDEM-MBD耦合仿真模型,以双层滚筒筛转速、分离螺旋输送器转速、柔性齿段长度为试验因素,以块茎分离率和含杂率为试验指标,依据Box-Behnken试验原理开展三因素三水平仿真试验。对试验结果进行方差分析,建立了分离率、含杂率与各显著因素之间的回归模型,利用回归模型进行参数寻优,结果表明:当双层滚筒筛转速为24.9 r/min、分离螺旋输送器转速为148.5 r/min、柔性齿段长度为1 277.8 mm时,分离率最大,为96.23%,含杂率最小,为25.55%。田间验证试验结果表明:最优参数组合下的果杂分离装置平均分离率为93.19%,平均含杂率为26.65%,与回归模型寻优结果基本一致;果杂分离装置与清选装置联合使用时,分离率增加1.05个百分点,含杂率降低9.97个百分点,可满足油莎豆收获生产需求。  相似文献

搓压式蓖麻脱壳机脱壳过程运动分析与试验   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为优化蓖麻蒴果柔性脱壳装置的脱壳过程参数,基于离散元粘结接触理论,构建蓖麻蒴果脱壳过程仿真模型,对物料在脱壳室内运动过程进行分析。结果表明,当滚筒转速为250r/min、脱壳间隙为7mm、填充率为40%时,脱壳率最高。滚筒转速对颗粒受到的最大压力和最大速度影响显著,随着转速的增加,颗粒间最大挤压力从68.78N减小到68.10N,颗粒最大速度从8.92m/s增加到12.99m/s,脱壳率从91.23%增加到91.28%,然后下粒最大压力从76.93N下降到58.69N,颗粒最大速度先由12.14m/s增加至12.99m/s,后减小至10.05 m/s;脱壳率先由92.50%减小至89.59%,后增加至91.41%。蓖麻蒴果在脱壳过程中,颗粒在X轴方向运动的平均速度从4.17m/s减小到3.26m/s;颗粒在Y轴方向运动的平均速度从8.26m/s减小到7.59m/s;颗粒在Z轴方向运动的平均速度从6.58m/s减小到6.24m/s。开始脱壳阶段,蓖麻蒴果集中分布在脱壳室中部,部分呈堆积现象,其运动轨迹为接触内滚筒后弹起一定高度后下落并随内滚筒转动,向出料口方向运动;稳定脱壳阶段,蓖麻蒴果集中均匀分布在脱壳室出料口附近,并随着内滚筒一起转动;脱壳结束阶段,物料集中分布在脱壳室出料口底部位置,并不断向底部位置移动,大部分蓖麻从脱壳室右侧排出。通过仿真得到脱壳过程最优参数组合为:转速350r/min、脱壳间隙5mm、填充率40%。试验结果为:转速350r/min、脱壳间隙5mm、填充率30%,因3个因素中转速和脱壳间隙为极显著因素,填充率为显著因素,故差异在合理范围内。  相似文献

在弹齿滚筒式捡拾器试验台上,以紫花苜蓿为捡拾对象,滚筒转速、机器前进速度和牧草含水率为试验因素,功率消耗与捡拾损失率作为性能检测指标,进行了正交试验和弹齿端部加速度试验,旨在探索弹齿滚筒式捡拾器的工作参数、结构参数与牧草收获条件对捡拾性能的影响。试验结果表明:凸轮廓线对捡拾器工作性能有较大影响;滚筒转速和牧草含水率均对捡拾器工作性能影响极显著,机器前进速度对工作性能影响显著;捡拾器工作性能的影响因素主次顺序为滚筒转速、牧草含水率、机器前进速度,最佳性能参数组合为滚筒转速42 r/min、机器前进速度4.0 km/h、牧草含水率15.1%。弹齿端部加速度频谱分析表明:在滚筒转速、机器前进速度保持一定的情况下,随着牧草含水率的增加,弹齿端部加速度呈上升趋势,捡拾器功率消耗增加,捡拾效率下降。  相似文献

对4LZ -1.0Q型稻麦联合收获机脱粒清选部件进行了正交试验,采用模糊综合评价法对小麦田间试验结果进行分析,得出脱粒清选环节中钉齿脱粒滚筒、栅条凹板筛、上盖板、振动筛、离心风机部件的优化组合参数.试验结果表明,影响脱粒性能的因素主次顺序为:滚筒齿顶线速度、脱离间隙、上盖板导向次数、凹板筛筛分包角、凹板筛筛孔大小和脱粒间隙,优选参数组合为滚筒齿顶线速度25 m/s、脱离间隙55 mm、上盖板导向4次、凹板筛筛分包角204°、凹板筛筛孔尺寸36 mm×15 mm、脱粒间隙15 mm;影响清选性能的因素主次顺序为:振动筛曲柄转速、筛面结构形式、离心风机转速、振动筛振幅,优选参数组合为振动筛曲柄转速404 r/min、筛面16 mm方孔编织筛、离心风机转速1787 r/min、振动筛振幅30 mm.可控制含杂率小于3%、破碎率小于1%、脱粒清选籽粒损失率小于1.5%.  相似文献

为得到高品质的核桃油,利用新疆“新新2”品种核桃进行核桃破壳、壳仁分离和低温螺旋冷榨工艺中试试验。对比研究了物料粒度对出油率的影响以及低温螺旋冷榨机压榨的主要工艺参数(出饼口直径和榨轴转速)对核桃油饼粕残油率和压榨效率的影响,得出核桃油冷榨关键技术的最佳工艺条件:核桃仁粒径10 mm、压榨温度35 ℃、入榨水分8%、榨轴转速60 r/min及出饼口直径6 mm,在此工艺条件下核桃油出油率可达40%。将冷榨装置与核桃破壳及壳仁分离生产线进行集成配套,形成低温冷榨核桃油生产线,为冷榨核桃油工业化生产提供坚实基础。   相似文献

根据Box-Behnken试验设计原理,以喂入量、脱粒轴转速、板齿螺旋角和排芯口压板压力为自变量,籽粒破碎率为响应值,采用四因素三水平响应面分析方法,并利用Design-Expert软件建立数学模型,对各因素及其交互作用进行分析.建立了各因素与籽粒破碎率之间的数学模型.试验数据分析表明:建立的回归方程显著;4个因素对籽粒破碎率影响的主次顺序为板齿螺旋角、脱粒轴转速、喂入量和排芯口压板压力;最佳工作参数为:喂入量2.8 kg/s、脱粒轴转速241 r/min、板齿螺旋角9°和排芯口压板压力40 N,此时籽粒破碎率为0.366%,较参数优化前的破碎率减小了0.084% ~0.274%.  相似文献

Cultivation of paddy rice in semiarid areas of the world faces problems related to water scarcity. This paper aims at characterizing water use in a set of paddies located in the central Ebro basin of Spain using experimentation and computer simulation. A commercial field with six interconnected paddies, with a total area of 5.31 ha, was instrumented to measure discharge and water quality at the inflow and at the runoff outlet. The soil was classified as a Typic Calcixerept, and was characterized by a mild salinity (2.5 dS m−1) and an infiltration rate of 5.8 mm day−1. The evolution of flow depth at all paddies was recorded. Data from the 2002 rice-growing season was elaborated using a mass balance approach to estimate the infiltration rate and the evolution of discharge between paddies. Seasonal crop evapotranspiration, estimated with the surface renewal method, was 731 mm (5.1 mm day−1), very similar to that of other summer cereals grown in the area, like corn. The irrigation input was 1874 mm, deep percolation was 830 mm and surface runoff was 372 mm. Irrigation efficiency was estimated as 41%. The quality of surface runoff water was slightly degraded due to evapoconcentration and to the contact with the soil. During the period 2001–2003, the electrical conductivity of surface runoff water was 54% higher than that of irrigation water. However, the runoff water was suitable for irrigation. A mechanistic mass balance model of inter-paddy water flow permitted to conclude that improvements in irrigation efficiency cannot be easily obtained in the experimental conditions. Since deep percolation losses more than double surface runoff losses, a reduction in irrigation discharge would not have much room for efficiency improvement. Simulations also showed that rice irrigation performance was not negatively affected by the fluctuating inflow hydrograph. These hydrographs are typical of turnouts located at the tail end of tertiary irrigation ditches. In fact, these are the sites where rice has been historically cultivated in the study area, since local soils are often saline-sodic and can only grow paddy rice taking advantage of the low salinity of the irrigation water. The low infiltration rate characteristic of these saline-sodic soils (an experimental value of 3.2 mm day−1 was obtained) combined with a reduced irrigation discharge resulted in a simulated irrigation efficiency of 60%. Paddy rice irrigation efficiency can attain reasonable values in the local saline-sodic soils, where the infiltration rate is clearly smaller than the average daily rice evapotranspiration.  相似文献

对引进的谷子新品种金谷子耐旱TG118进行品种比较试验和多点试种。结果表明:该品种抗旱、耐瘠、适应性强,稳产、高产、抗病抗风抗倒伏强,品质优良,粮草兼用,种植简单,省工易管;一般产量在6000kg/hm2以上,比当地主栽品种增产20%以上。最高产量达9450kg/hm2,适于在辽西北地区推广应用。  相似文献

About 30 years have passed since the Government of Egypt embarked on implementing a series of large scale drainage projects. At present, about 3.8 million acres have been provided with drainage systems on the basis of systematic pre-drainage investigations and designs. The target is to provide drains in approximately 6.4 million acres in the Nile Valley and Delta.The implementation of the subsurface drainage system is carried out by the public sector and private contractors under direct supervision of governmental regional departments. The implementation process depends on many factors related to the drainage material, machinery, manpower, site requirements, farmers and organizations involved. Problems and constraints are sometimes challenging, however, the annual rate of implementation has gradually increased to 170,000 acre/year.This paper discusses the different aspects involved in the implementation process of drainage systems. The development in materials, machinery and construction technologies will be reviewed. Institutional and management factors are going to be also considered.  相似文献

We present a pan-European irrigation map based on regional European statistics, a European land use map and a global irrigation map. The map provides spatial information on the distribution of irrigated areas per crop type which allows determining irrigated areas at the level of spatial modelling units. The map is a requirement for a European scale assessment of the impacts of irrigated agriculture on water resources based on spatially distributed modelling of crop growth and water balance. The irrigation map was compiled in a two step procedure. First, irrigated areas were distributed to potentially irrigated crops at a regional level (European statistical regions NUTS3), combining Farm Structure Survey (FSS) data on irrigated area, crop-specific irrigated area for crops whenever available, and total crop area. Second, crop-specific irrigated area was distributed within each statistical region based on the crop distribution given in our land use map. A global map of irrigated areas with a 5′ resolution was used to further constrain the distribution within each NUTS3 based on the density of irrigated areas. The constrained distribution of irrigated areas as taken from statistics to a high resolution dataset enables us to estimate irrigated areas for various spatial entities, including administrative, natural and artificial units, providing a reasonable input scenario for large-scale distributed modelling applications. The dataset bridges a gap between global datasets and detailed regional data on the distribution of irrigated areas and provides information for various assessments and modelling applications.  相似文献
