赤霉素和低温打破牡丹上胚轴休眠技术研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用化学和物理手段处理已生根“凤丹白”牡丹种子,均能打破牡丹种子的上胚轴休眠。200mg/LGA,浸泡已生根牡丹种子2h,其发芽率达90.1%,发芽时间缩短为45d;4℃低温处理已生根牡丹种子20d,发芽率可达70.0%,发芽时间缩短为70d。而大田对照牡丹种子发芽率仅为52.0%,发芽时间长达190d。  相似文献

为了破除花榈木种子的休眠,对花榈木种子进行药剂处理、混沙湿藏处理以及激素十混沙湿藏处理,对处理后的种子进行发芽试验,测定种子的发芽指标,并测定混沙湿藏不同阶段种子内部脱落酸、赤霉素、酸性磷酸酯酶、淀粉酶、蛋白酶、ATP等指标的变化.结果表明:激素十混沙湿藏处理的种子萌发效果优于混沙湿藏和药剂处理.用500 mg/L赤霉素浸泡花榈木种子12 h,再低温(4℃)混沙湿藏45 d是破除花榈木种子休眠的最佳方法,其发芽开始时间、结束时间和高峰期分别比不处理的种子提早10,17d和14d,发芽率、发芽势分别比对照提高36.6%、32.7%.混沙湿藏处理的花榈木种子的酸性磷酸酯酶、淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性、GA3和ATP含量随着混沙湿藏的时间延长而增加,ABA含量则随着混沙湿藏时间的延长而减小,混沙湿藏对破除花榈木种子休眠起关键作用.  相似文献

研究了低温层积及低温层积与GA3、H2SO4相结合的组合处理对决明子种子发芽及幼苗早期生长的影响.结果表明:用80%浓硫酸溶液处理20 min后层积7d,对决明子种子的发芽率和发芽指数有显著的提高作用,但对幼苗的早期生长没有促进作用;单一的低温层积处理可提高决明子种子的发芽率,但发芽率的提高幅度只有3.4%;而GA3与低温层积相结合的组合处理对决明子种子发芽没有明显的效果.  相似文献

通过GA、乙烯利和温水等不同措施对普通油茶种子进行预处理.测定普通油茶种子发芽率和平均发芽时间.结果表明:GA和温水处理能提高种子发芽率和缩短平均发芽时间.其中以0.1%GA处理种子2h发芽率最高。达到72%;始温60℃温水处理种子48h平均发芽时间最短.为17.9d;乙烯利处理会降低种子发芽率和延长平均发芽时间。  相似文献

采用层积、赤霉素及微波辐射对榕叶冬青种子进行处理,研究各处理对榕叶冬青种子萌发的影响.结果表明:榕叶冬青不存在隔年萌发现象,但种子于第1年发芽极少,主要集中在第2年萌发.层积、微波辐射及赤霉素处理对解除种子休眠、提高发芽率均具有显著的促进作用.赤霉素处理种子发芽最快,第80天开始发芽,低温层积90 d处理种子发芽率最高,达74%,对照组于第180天开始发芽,发芽率为28%.  相似文献

野蔷薇种子休眠深,发芽极不整齐,给育苗带来很大麻烦。以野蔷薇的3个无刺品系No.3、No.4、No.11和野蔷薇变种荷花蔷薇为试材,研究在无菌条件下,冷藏时间、GA3浓度和不同基质对野蔷薇种子发芽的影响,探索快速得到无菌实生苗的条件。结果表明:(1)影响野蔷薇种子萌发最主要的因素是冷藏时间;(2)3个无刺品系种子在冷藏10~15d、GA30.05~0.1mg/L处理时发芽率均在90%~100%,而荷花蔷薇种子在冷藏15d、GA30.05 mg/L处理时最高发芽率为73%;(3)选用沙子作基质比蛭石更适合种子发芽。  相似文献

采用98%的浓硫酸对苦楝树种子进行酸蚀处理,暴晒2 d后再用赤霉素浸种,研究上述处理对苦楝树种子萌发的影响。结果表明:苦楝树种子有坚硬种皮阻碍水分吸收和氧气进入,98%浓硫酸酸蚀可增加种子的透气性和吸水力,促进种子萌发;赤霉素浸种对种子萌发也具有促进作用。用98%浓硫酸酸蚀50 min,再用400 mg/L赤霉素浸种效果最好,可使发芽天数缩短27 d,发芽率达60%。  相似文献

通过研究北枳椇种子的吸水特性、光照、温度、硫酸、赤霉素、低温层积等条件处理对北枳椇种子萌发的影响;测定不同保藏时间北枳椇种子的活力及发芽率和不同覆土厚度对北枳椇种子萌发的作用,探讨了北枳椇种子的萌发特性及其贮藏特性.结果表明:刚采收的北枳犋种子不存在生理休眠,生活力高达86%;北枳椇种皮坚韧,对胚具有机械限制作用,发芽周期超过100d,且发芽不整齐;光照对胚发芽无显著影响;45 d低温砂藏促进其种子萌发;0.5~4 g/L.浓度GA,的处理对其种子萌发促进作用不显著;用浓硫酸处理12 min后,在25℃温度下北枳椇种子30 d发芽势由不处理的21.67%提高到75.4%;北枳椇种子活力在常温下可以保存数年,保藏1年后的种子可能由于老化的原因,萌发时需要改进处理方法以提高发芽率;北枳椇为子叶出土型种子,育苗覆土小于0.5 cm为好.  相似文献

以江夏扁穗雀麦种子为试验材料,研究了扁穗雀麦种子发芽和休眠特征.结果表明,不同时期新收获的扁穗雀麦种子几乎不发芽,风干种子发芽率最高为4%,存在严重的休眠现象.随着种子干燥贮藏时间的延长,发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数逐渐增加,发芽开始时间提前.贮藏63d种子萌发出现急剧变化,发芽率达51.33%,与前期处理差异显著(p<0.05);78~81d发芽率超过85%,休眠解除,发芽开始时间提前至第6天.不同成熟期收获的扁穗雀麦种子在解除休眠后发芽特性略有差异,但总的来说,成熟度高的种子在贮藏3个月后发芽率和发芽指数均较高.  相似文献

Summary The high-lysine gene in Risø mutant 1508 conditions an increased lysine content in the endosperm via a changed protein composition, a decreased seed size, and several other characters of the seed. The designation lys3a, lys3b, and lys3c, is proposed for the allelic high-lysine genes in three Risø mutants, nos 1508, 18, and 19. Linkage studies with translocations locate the lys3 locus in the centromere region of chromosome 7. A linkage study involving the loci lys3 and ddt (resistance to DDT) together with the marker loci fs (fragile stem), s (short rachilla hairs), and r (smooth awn) show that the order of the five loci on chromosome 7 from the long to the short chromosome arm is r, s, fs, lys3, ddt. The distance from locus r to locus ddt is about 100 centimorgans.  相似文献

Summary Avoidance of rust fungi that was based on poor appressorium induction was previously found in Hordeum chilense. In the present study 95 accessions of Triticeae were screened for avoidance of Puccinia hordei. The percentage of appressorium formation per germinated spore ranged from 6 to 90%. On none of the 41 accessions of Aegilops, Agropyron, Elymus, Secale, Thinopyrum or Triticum studied was the rate of appressorium formation lower than 25%. Lower rates of appressorium formation were, however, found on accessions of wild barley species Hordeum brachyantherum, H. marinum, H. parodii and H. secalinum. Its implications in cereal breeding are discussed.  相似文献

Progress is being made, mainly by ICARDA but also elsewhere, in breeding for resistance to Botrytis, AScochyta, Uromyces, and Orobanche; and some lines have resistance to more than one pathogen. The strategy is to extend multiple resistance but also to seek new and durable forms of resistance. Internationally coordinated programs are needed to maintain the momentum of this work.Tolerance of abiotic stresses leads to types suited to dry or cold environments rather than broad adaptability, but in this cross-pollinated species, the more hybrid vigor expressed by a cultivar, the more it is likely to tolerate various stresses.  相似文献

Sorghum shoot fly, Atherigona soccata, is one of the important pests of postrainy season sorghums. Of the 90 sorghum genotypes evaluated for resistance to this pest, RHRB 12, ICSV 713, 25026, 93046 and 25027, IS 33844‐5, Giddi Maldandi and RVRT 3 exhibited resistance in postrainy season, while ICSB 463, Phule Anuradha, RHRB 19, Parbhani Moti, ICSV 705, PS 35805, IS 5480, 5622, 17726, 18368 and 34722, RVRT 1, ICSR 93031 and Dagidi Solapur showed resistance in rainy season, suggesting season‐specific expression of resistance to A. soccata. ICSB 461, ICSB 463, Phule Yasodha, M 35‐1, ICSV 700, 711, 25010, 25019 and 93089, IS 18662, Phule Vasudha, IS 18551 and 33844‐5 and Barsizoot had fewer deadhearts than plants with eggs across seasons, suggesting antibiosis as one of the resistance mechanism. Five genotypes exhibited resistance with high grain yield across seasons. Correlation, path and stepwise regression analyses indicated that leaf glossiness, seedling vigour, trichome density, oviposition and leaf sheath pigmentation were associated with the expression of resistance/susceptibility to shoot fly, and these can be used as marker traits to select and develop shoot fly‐resistant sorghums.  相似文献

Summary Cytoplasmic male sterility (cms) is described in the F1 hybrids Ribes × carrierei (R. glutinosum albidum × R. nigrum) and R. sanguineum × R. nigrum. In backcrosses to R. nigrum, progenies with R. glutinosum cytoplasm were either all male sterile, or segregated for full male fertility (F) and complete (S) and partial (I) male sterility. Ratios of F:I+S suggested that two linked genes controlled cms, F plants being dominant for one (Rf 1) and recessive for the other (Rf 2).Segregation for cms in relation to three linded genes, Ce (resistance to the gall mite, Cecidophyopsis ribes), Sph 3(resistance to American gooseberry mildew, Sphaerotheca mors-uvae) and Lf 1(one of two dominant additive genes controlling early season leafing out) indicated that Rf 1and Rf 2were in this linkage group. Summary Apple and pear pollen was irradiated with doses of 0, 50, 100, 250 and 500 krad (gamma rays) and stored at 4°C and 0–10% r.h. From the in-vitro germination percentages an average LD 50 dose of about 220 krad was estimated. For both irradiated and untreated pollen a close and corresponding lineair relationship existed between germination percentage and pollen tube growth.Irradiated pollen was much more sensitive to dry storage conditions than untreated pollen, resulting in less germination and more bursting. Apparently, irradiation caused the pollen cell membrane to lose its flexibility faster than normal. Rehydration of dry-stored, irradiated pollen in water-saturated air restored germination percentages up to their initial levels. The importance of this procedure in germination trials is stressed.  相似文献
