以山豆根种子为实验材料,采用TTC法测定生活力,分别通过正交试验、单因素试验和Central Composite Design响应面试验对测定条件进行优化,从TTC浓度、染色温度和染色时间为指标。结果显示,各因素对种子生活力测定的影响差异不显著;单因素试验的最佳测试条件为TTC浓度0.7%、染色温度40 ℃、染色时间4 h;Central Composite Design响应面试验优化后,最佳测试条件与单因素试验结果一致。表明用响应面分析法对TTC法测定山豆根种子生活力的条件进行优化是可靠的。  相似文献

研究羊肉胴体冲洗的工艺条件。采用单因素试验确定影响羊肉储藏后微生物菌落总数、pH和感官评分的各因素最佳水平,按照单因素试验结果,以羊肉常温储藏36 h 时的微生物菌落总数为考察指标,以溶液温度、冲洗时间、干燥时间为考察因素,进行3因素3水平的胴体冲洗工艺条件的正交试验,确定出最佳工艺条件。正交试验结果可知,最优胴体冲洗工艺条件为:溶液温度4℃,冲洗时间1 min,干燥时间5 min,通过此条件处理后,常温储藏36 h 时的羊肉微生物菌落总数为1.39×103 CFU/g。该研究方法操作简单,成本低,容易控制,可适用于大规模生产,该研究结果为今后鲜肉胴体冲洗工艺条件的研究提供试验基础。  相似文献

采用等电法从玉米浸泡液原料中提取蛋白质,再经碱溶酸沉的方法对蛋白质进行提纯。通过对试验条件的料液比、水浴温度和保温时间3个因素进行研究,利用正交试验获得蛋白质提取量最大的组合条件。最适提取条件为:料液比1∶25,水浴温度40℃,保温时间70 min。经验证试验得出,在最适合的条件下浸泡液中蛋白质的提取率为42%,蛋白质纯度81%。  相似文献

研究猪血免疫球蛋白提取液喷雾干燥工艺条件。在单因素试验基础上,选取提取液总固形物含量、进风温度和出风温度进行3因素3水平正交试验优化,得到喷雾干燥工艺的优化组合条件。确定最佳工艺条件为:提取液固形物质量分数为15%,进风温度160℃,出风温度70℃,在此条件下所得产品免疫球蛋白纯度为61.45%。  相似文献

对微波提取仙人掌中黄酮类物质的工艺条件进行试验研究。利用单因素试验确定影响黄酮提取效果的4个因素,即微波功率、提取时间、料液比和乙醇浓度的较优水平,然后用正交设计试验优化提取工艺条件。研究结果表明,最佳提取条件为微波功率320w、提取时间2.5min、液料比35:1、乙醇浓度95%,总黄酮提取率为0.837%。  相似文献

以Cr~(6+)的清除率为评价指标,研究不同时间、温度、配比条件下的生物炭吸附性能,优化玉米秸秆与甘蔗渣生物炭的制备过程。采用单因素试验和正交试验研究生物炭的吸附性能,单因素试验是研究炭化时间、炭化温度、生物炭配比对生物炭吸附性能的影响。正交试验是通过单因素试验选取比较优异的试验条件进行L9(34)的正交试验,通过分析比较得出最佳试验条件。单因素试验发现,混合生物炭对Cr~(6+)的清除率在炭化时间1.5 h,炭化温度500℃,生物炭配比0.50∶0.50时达到最高;正交试验极差分析和方差分析发现,炭化时间对Cr~(6+)的吸附性能影响比较显著,而炭化温度、生物炭配比对Cr~(6+)的吸附性能影响不显著,最佳吸附条件为炭化时间2.0 h,炭化温度450℃,生物炭配比0.50∶0.50,在此条件下制备的混合生物炭对Cr~(6+)的清除率可达88.74%。  相似文献

为优化酶法-超声波提取葛根中葛根素的工艺条件,以单因素试验为基础,采用Plackett-Burman试验得出液料比、乙醇体积分数、超声时间、超声温度为葛根素提取的4个影响显著的因素;利用最陡爬坡试验,使结果接近最大响应值;最后运用Box-Behnken试验对葛根素提取工艺进行响应面优化。结果表明,葛根中葛根素提取的最佳工艺条件为:纤维素酶添加量0.4%,酶解时间70 min,液料比30∶1(mL/g),乙醇体积分数52%,超声时间31 min,超声温度64℃;在此工艺条件下葛根素得率为8.78 mg/g。以上结果说明,Plackett-Burman试验联合Box-Behnken分析能较好地优化酶法-超声波提取葛根中葛根素的工艺条件。  相似文献

Monitoring the material decay make use of the technique of video, computer image processing and pattern identify to detect, process and manage the external material decay image. The color character of the external material decay image are analyzed. The statistics character of the material decay image is pick-up by color histogram, color coherence vector and color correlogram. The comparability of the material decay image is presented by Euclidean distance of the color character. 从萝卜外部形态、产量水平多项指标入手,通过指标筛选,提出萝卜耐热性田间鉴定有效指标为:苗期单位面积叶鲜重、热害指数、越夏死株率、有效根率。鉴定标准分别为:苗期单位面积叶鲜重(W/A)≥0.5g/cm2为强耐热,(W/A)介于0.2~0.5g/cm2为中等耐热,(W/A)≤0.2g/cm2为感热。叶片热害指数≤10%为强耐热,介于10%~30%为中等耐热,≥30%为感热。越夏死株率≤10%为耐热,介于10%~20%为中等耐热,≥20%为感热。有效根率≥90%为强耐热,80%~90%为中等耐热,≤80%为感热。其中越夏死株率和有效根率是萝卜田间鉴定较简便的操作方法,可广泛用于大批材料的初步鉴定筛选。  相似文献

The new material of graphite foam is a good thermal-conductivity material. With fractal theory, the fractal character of this novel porous material is discussed. Then a thermal-conductivity model of graphite foam is proposed. The relationship formula of effective thermal conductivity is presented by using thermal resistance method. 为探讨以肉桂作为栽培料的珍稀食用菌食药用价值,对基于肉桂木栽培料和普通栽培料的‘香魏蘑’、‘榆黄蘑’多糖分别进行提取和含量测定,采用ORAC法对食用菌多糖的抗氧化能力进行评价,并通过动物试验对肉桂食用菌多糖的降血糖作用进行分析。结果显示,不同品种间以及不同栽培料生产的食用菌之间多糖含量均存在较大差异,普通‘香魏蘑’和肉桂‘香魏蘑’的多糖含量分别为16.89%和14.44%,普通‘榆黄蘑’和肉桂‘榆黄蘑’的多糖含量分别为4.22%和5.95%。‘榆黄蘑’多糖的抗氧化能力显著高于‘香魏蘑’多糖,而2个品种肉桂食用菌多糖抗氧化能力均显著高于该品种普通食用菌多糖;肉桂‘香魏蘑’和肉桂‘榆黄蘑’多糖高剂量组均可显著改善小鼠的糖尿病症状,低剂量组对小鼠的糖尿病症状也有一定程度的改善作用,各实验组疗效随着剂量的加大而增强。在相同实验浓度下,肉桂‘榆黄蘑’多糖的降血糖效果优于肉桂‘香魏蘑’多糖。由此可知,肉桂‘香魏蘑’与肉桂‘榆黄蘑’多糖含量较高,且均具有较强的抗氧化与降血糖功效。本实验结果可为肉桂木资源、‘香魏蘑’和‘榆黄蘑’等珍稀食用菌的开发利用提供理论参考。  相似文献

A new type of inorganic anchoring material is developed as a substitution for anchoring adhesive to overcome some imperfections in the process of planting reinforcing steel bar.The mix proportion of the anchoring material is determined by experiments.The compressive strength,adhesive force to concrete,volume stability and anchoring force with steel bar are studied.The early strength of the anchoring inorganic material is quite high: for 1d up to 38.5MPa and 3d up to 60MPa.It is a good adhesive to concrete and the adhesive strength of 28d is about 2MPa.The anchoring material will have tiny volume expansion with the age,which is beneficial to enhancing the anchoring force.The essential component of the inorganic anchoring material is cement-based material,so some defects of the organic macromolecular material can be avoided,such as poor stability and requirement for vigorous construction conditions.Its characteristics in early strength,adhesive force to concrete and volume expansion can satisfy the requirement of the construction to the planting reinforcing steel bar and the loading force,thus it can be used as a substituting material for anchoring adhesive.  相似文献

以飞行救生饮用水的包装材料为研究对象,进行包装材料加速老化试验,根据阿列纽斯反应速率函数预测包装材料的寿命,在55℃下恒温存放飞行救生饮用水,并定期抽样测定其包装材料的相关性能指标(氧气透过率、水蒸气透过率、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、剥离强度、封合强度、残留溶剂)。研究结果表明,飞行救生饮用水在55℃存放39周,其相关性能均符合规定指标。推算出飞行救生饮用水包装材料在常温下的寿命相当于6年。  相似文献

以大豆粉末磷脂为壁材,以盐酸硫胺素(维生素B1)、核黄素(维生素B2)、盐酸吡哆醇(维生素B 6)、叶酸、烟酰胺的混合物为芯材,采用冷冻干燥-粉碎-筛分工艺,制备了复合维生素脂质体,考察了壁材/芯材比对脂质体中维生素荷载量及包埋率的影响。结果表明,随着壁材/芯材比的增加,维生素的包埋率增加而荷载量降低,比较合适的壁材/芯材比为15:1(w/w)。  相似文献

To remove the brittle material in ductile state can help to improve the machined surface quality.Experiments of material removal mechanism for NdFeB are conducted by using tangential ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding,axial ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding and normal ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding.Based on the critical condition of brittle-ductile transition,the effects of different ultrasonic vibration modes on material removal mechanism are analyzed.Results indicate that the material is mainly removed in the form of plastic shear in axial ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding.The material is mainly removed in the form of transgranular fracture,plastic shear and little intergranular fracture in tangential ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding.While in normal ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding,the material is mainly removed in the form of fracture crash and the cracks remain in the machined surface.So axial ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding is the best machining method to realize the ductile grinding on brittle materials.  相似文献
