本试验分别对60周龄文昌鸡和新扬州鸡进行了蛋品质的测定,测定了8个性状为:蛋重、蛋壳重、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、哈氏单位、蛋形指数、蛋黄重、蛋黄颜色。通过统计软件,对各蛋品质性状进行了相关分析,并通过选用20对微卫星标记,筛选出了与哈氏单位、蛋重有关的分子遗传标记。结果表明:与60周龄新扬州鸡的哈氏单位有关的标记为2号染色体上MCW239和4号染色体上的ADL260,与60周龄新扬州鸡的蛋重有关的标记为2号染色体上的ADL176和MCW239,与60周龄新扬州鸡蛋壳强度有关的标记Z染色体上的LEI229;而与60周龄文昌鸡哈氏单位相关的有2号染色体的的ADL176、MCW239和4号染色体的MCW240,与60周龄文昌鸡蛋重相关的是4号染色体上的标记LEI119,与60周龄蛋壳强度相关的标记为Z染色体上的MCW246和LEI229。 相似文献

应用融合变换对四川西昌地区紫茎泽兰遥感图像ASTER数据进行处理,结果表明:对ASTER三种传感器生成的三种分辨率的影像数据进行Gram-Schmidt融合处理,可以将具有较高光谱分辨率的多光谱遥感波段的空间分辨率从30m×30m提高到15m×15m,增加更多的地表地物组分信息,有助于识别各种不同地物类型,同时使同一地物的光谱信息变换前后保持不变,确保了后续图像分类的可靠性。应用ENVI中对融合后的图像进行马氏距离分类,分类结果总体精度为73.6983%,Kappa系数等于0.6936。 相似文献

Reported is a microprocess of enzyme immune assay in which slipformed air pockets of polyvinylchloride (PVC), as used in the pharmaceutical industry, are used as carriers of antigens or antibody. Two methods, the anti-globulin and the double-antibody methods, are based on antibody which had been coupled with alkaline phosphatase. Two Aujeszky's disease virus glycoprotein genes, gX and g1, have been used to produce deletion mutants which have then been developed into vaccines. These deletions then allow differentiation between pigs infected with wild type virus and those given the vaccine. It is not clear whether the glycoproteins encoded for by these genes are needed to induce a full protective immune response, in which case deletion mutants would suffer from lack of potency. To test this, commercially available Aujeszky's virus vaccines which lacked either gX or g1 were compared and isogenic constructs were made which differed only in the absence or presence of gX and, or, g1. These constructs and vaccines were used to vaccinate the natural host of Aujeszky's disease, the pig, and potency was measured using challenge with wild type virus. In all cases vaccines which lacked g1 performed significantly less well than those in which g1 was present, whereas deletions of gX had no significant effect on vaccine performance. 相似文献

The collection of the immature stages of Dermacentor rhinocerinus from host animals is described for the first time. These are the bushveld gerbil (Tatera leucogaster, from which larvae and nymphs were collected, the red veld rat (Aethomys crysophilus), from which a larva was collected, and the Natal multimammate rat (Mastomys natalensis), from which a nymph was collected.The rodents were examined in a nature reserve in which there are white rhinoceroses (Ceratotherium simum). 相似文献

为探讨6-二甲基氨基嘌呤（6-DMAP）在延边黄牛末期去核的体细胞克隆中的作用,本试验主要研究了单独使用离子霉素处理与离子霉素联合添加6-DMAP处理对体外成熟的老化延边黄牛卵母细胞的激活率的不同影响;以及不同时期添加6-DMAP对重构胚后期发育能力的影响。试验结果显示,体外成熟的老化卵母细胞,使用离子霉素单独处理后91%被激活,而在离子霉素联合添加6-DMAP处理后却没有细胞被激活,也就是没有第二极体的排出。另外,融合后使用6-DMAP处理,所得重构胚的囊胚发育率最低,而激活后的卵母细胞立即用6-DMAP处理,所得重构胚的发育能力与无6-DMAP处理的相近。综上所述,离子霉素联合添加6-DMAP可抑制老化的延边黄牛卵母细胞的激活,阻止第二极体的排出,但对重构胚的后期发育没有影响。而融合使用添加6-DMAP的培养液,抑制了重构胚的后期发育。 相似文献

本文对2018年和2019年于南京市艾贝尔宠物医院龙江店就诊的2249例宠物猫病例进行调查与统计分析,以评估近年来南京地区宠物猫疾病的发生情况,同时补充国内猫疾病发生情况调查的相关资料。统计结果显示:内科疾病641例,占总病例数的28.50%,其中最常见的为消化系统疾病;外科疾病749例,占总病例数的33.30%,其中最常见的为软组织外科手术;产科疾病64例,占总病例数的2.85%,最常见的为难产;传染病322例,占总病例数的14.32%,最常见的为上呼吸道感染;寄生虫病190例,占总病例数的8.45%,最常见的为体外寄生虫感染;皮肤病283例,占总病例数的12.58%,最常见的为真菌性皮肤病。本次调查结果可在一定程度上提示近年来南京地区宠物猫疾病发生情况,并为宠物医生制定防控临床猫病的方案提供参考资料。 相似文献

This study used 22 tench of 25-30 cm in length and weighing roughly 200 g. After sacrifice, the gill arch was extracted and fixed in 5% glutaraldehyde for structural, ultrastructural and morphometrical study. Tench gills consist of primary lamellae which are perpendicular to numerous secondary lamellae in which the respiratory barrier is located. A study was made of the structures which make up that barrier and of the multi-layered epithelium situated in the interlamellar space, which is closely linked to maintaining of internal balance in the fish. 相似文献

A malignant catarrhal fever (MCF)-like syndrome was experimentally induced in three steers, which were under immunization trials with a herpesvirus previously isolated from a case of MCF in a cow in Minnesota USA. The clinical signs observed in the three steers, and the pathological and histological lesions observed in two of these steers which succumbed to the disease syndrome were indistinguishable from those described for MCF. Although seroconversion was readily demonstrated in the three animals, virus was not re-isolated from the blood leucocytes, secretions and tissues obtained from the two animals which succumbed to the syndrome during the course of the disease and after death. However, a herpesvirus which showed cell rounding cytopathic effects (cpe) in bovine thyroid cells (Bth), was re-isolated from the one steer which survived the disease. 相似文献

The deaths on nine farms of lambs which had been fed cow colostrum as a substitute for ewe colostrum were investigated. Of 105 lambs which received cow colostrum, 65 (61.9 per cent) showed clinical signs of anaemia and 42 (40 per cent) died. The signs of anaemia usually appeared when the lambs were between eight and 12 days old. The most significant post mortem finding was the appearance of the bone marrow which was cream or grey rather than the normal bright red. The types of treatment which were given are summarised. Whey from samples of the colostrum fed to the lambs was tested for its effect on sheep red blood cells. Haemolysis or agglutination of the red cells occurred with some, though not all, of the samples which caused anaemia. 相似文献

Groups of newborn piglets were vaccinated orally with a modified live transmissible gastroenteritis (TGE) virus vaccine at 3 days and 13 days of age, and treated with the synthetic interferon (IFN) inducer polyinosinic:polycytidylic acid (poly ICLC) at 2, 3 or 4 days of age. Control groups consisted of piglets which were vaccinated but not treated with poly ICLC, as well as piglets which were treated with poly ICLC but not vaccinated. Significantly higher mean IFN titres were produced in response to induction at 3 or 4 days of age than at 2 days, and the mean IFN titre of the vaccinated piglets treated with poly ICLC at 3 days of age was significantly higher than in the unvaccinated piglets which were treated at the same time. The mean TGE virus neutralizing antibody titres in the vaccinated piglets which were treated with poly ICLC on the day before vaccination were significantly lower than the mean titres in the untreated vaccinated piglets 10 and 14 days after the first dose of vaccine. The mean titres in the vaccinated piglets which were treated with poly ICLC at 3 or 4 days of age did not differ significantly from those in the untreated vaccinated piglets. The piglets which were treated with poly ICLC on the day after vaccination developed severe diarrhoea which persisted for 5-7 days. 相似文献

Listeria monocytogenes was isolated from the brain of a goat, which was euthanized due to listeriosis. A few weeks later a similar subtype of L. monocytogenes was isolated from an on-farm manufactured fresh cheese which did not contain any milk from the goat which had suffered from listeriosis. A similar subtype was also found on 1 of the shelves in the refrigerator where cheeses were stored. Prior to the onset of listeriosis, 1 fresh cheese had been made of milk from the actual goat, which may have excreted L. monocytogenes in her milk. Thus, the cheese made of this milk may have contaminated the shelves in the refrigerator which then has served as a Listeria reservoir for new cheeses during several weeks. 相似文献
