Two maize based diets containing 2.3 g phytic P and 38 mg Zn/kg (P+) or 1.3 g phytic P and 25 mg Zn/kg (P−) were formulated. A third diet (P+/Phytase) was P+ supplemented with 3-phytase (500 FTU/kg). Each of these three basal diets, supplemented or not with 15 mg Zn/kg, was given during 20 days to weaned piglets and to 1-day-old chicks. Chicks fed the P− diets were removed from the data set because of an abnormally low feed intake.

In piglets, added Zn increased bone (P < 0.05) and plasma Zn (P < 0.01) irrespective of the basal diet (basal diet × Zn, P > 0.05). Supplementing P+ with phytase was more efficient in improving these indicators of Zn status than replacing P+ by P−. In chicks, supplemental Zn improved Zn status in a higher extent when added to P+ than to P+/Phytase (basal diet × Zn, P < 0.05). Phytase increased Zn status in a lesser extent than 15 ppm supplemental Zn. More Zn was soluble in gizzard than in stomach which corresponded to the differences in pH (4.2 vs 5.0). Phytase increased soluble Zn in stomach (P < 0.05) but not in gizzard. These results suggest a higher availability of Zn in chicks than in piglets in the absence of phytase. This may explain the higher efficacy of phytase for improved Zn availability in piglets than in chicks.  相似文献

Increasing the dietary amount of fermentable carbohydrates (FC) may counteract the negative effects of protein fermentation in newly weaned piglets. To study this hypothesis, 272 newly weaned piglets were allotted to 4 dietary treatments in a 2 × 2 factorial arrangement with low and high FC (7.5 and 13.5%) and crude protein (CP, 15 and 22%) content as respective factors. Intestinal histology, enzyme activity, microbiota and fermentation products were determined in 8 pigs per treatment 7 days post-weaning.

In the 4 wk experimental period, interactions between dietary CP and FC content were found for feed intake (P = 0.022), daily gain (P = 0.001), and gain:feed (P = 0.033). The high-FC content reduced daily gain by 50 g/d in the low-CP diet, whereas the FC content did not affect growth performance in the high-CP diet. Over the 4 wk experimental period, daily gain (350 g/d) and feed intake (519 g/d) were highest for piglets on the low-CP low-FC diet. The high-FC content resulted in an increase in number of lactobacilli (P = 0.047) and a decrease of total coliforms (P = 0.06) in the small intestine. It increased the lactic acid content (P = 0.08) and reduced the ammonia content (P = 0.04) in the small intestine and increased the VFA content in the colon (P = 0.009). The reduction in CP content reduced ammonia concentration in the small intestine (P = 0.003). We concluded that dietary FC influenced microbial population and fermentation products in the gut. However, this was not reflected in an increased growth performance.  相似文献

Outdoor reared pigs are reported to be larger at weaning than indoor reared pigs and respond better to the weaning process. This may be due to enhanced gut development associated with increased size. Eighty sows were allocated to either indoor or outdoor farrowing on the basis of size, parity and past performance. Resulting litters were weaned at either 4 or 6 weeks of age. On days 26 and 40 of age, 40 (10/treatment) and 20 piglets (10/treatment still unweaned) were killed to measure intestinal morphology. Data were analysed as a 2 × 2 factorial using the GLM procedures of Minitab 12.2. Pigs reared outdoors were larger than those reared indoors at both weaning ages, pigs weaned at 6 weeks were heavier than those weaned at 4 weeks, 8.4 versus 7.4 kg at 4 weeks and 12.9 versus 10.5 kg at 6 weeks respectively (± 0.25, P ≤ 0.001). There were no differences in small intestine size relative to body weight due to rearing environment and no differences in gut morphology. When corrected for body weight, 6 week pigs had heavier small intestines than 4 week pigs, 0.39 (± 0.010) versus 0.34 (± 0.007) g/cm length, respectively (P ≤ 0.001). Six week unweaned pigs had similar villus heights to 4 week unweaned pigs but wider villi (P < 0.05) and deeper crypts, for example, at the 25% site crypt depths were 236 and 193 μm (± 7.7/5.5) respectively (P < 0.001). Hence increased piglet size due to outdoor rearing did not advance gut maturation whereas increased piglet size due to age did influence maturation of gut structure.  相似文献

In the weaning period, transition from sow's milk to the post-weaning diet causes the withdrawal of important nutrients as milk nucleotides, which are known to be determinant for the development of the gastrointestinal tract and immune function. The objective of these investigations was to study the effect of including these nucleotides in solid diets for piglets. Nucleotide composition of sow's milk was analyzed using 5 sows at 21 days of lactation. The average free nucleotide concentration was 102.8 ± 9.16 μmol/100 mL. Two experiments were performed to assess the effect of a product based on this composition (Nucleoforce Piglets®) on digestive adaptation and incidence of diarrhoea of nursery piglets. In Exp. 1, three groups of 6 piglets were weaned at 21 days of age and fed with a diet supplemented with 0 (control), 1000 or 2000 ppm of nucleotides, and a fourth group of 6 piglets was maintained in lactation. Seven days after weaning, piglets were euthanized and samples of jejunal mucosa were processed for histological measurements. Villus height decreased from 448 μm in un-weaned pigs to 275 μm in the control group 7 days after weaning. Although there were no differences in feed intake among groups, the reduction in villous height was less pronounced (P < 0.001) in nucleotide supplemented groups showing a villous height of 351 and 378 μm with the doses of 1000 or 2000 ppm respectively. In Exp. 2, 384 early weaned pigs were fed during 14 days with a diet supplemented with 0 (control), 750 and 1000 ppm of nucleotides. ADG and ADFI were not modified by the treatment, but nucleotide supplementation reduced the number of pigs treated with antibiotic as a result of diarrhoea (15.63% vs 3.13% and 1.56%; for control, 750 and 1000 ppm; P < 0.001). These results suggest that dietary supplementation with nucleotides from yeast might help to prevent post-weaning diarrhoea in piglets.  相似文献

An experiment was conducted to examine changes in VFA and ammonia concentrations at different time points using 4 fermentable carbohydrate-rich feed ingredients as substrates and feces of unweaned piglets as inoculum. Fecal inoculum was collected, pooled, and mixed from 9 specially raised (no creep feed or antibiotics) crossbred piglets at 3 wk of age. Inulin, lactulose, molasses-free sugar beet pulp, and wheat starch were used as substrates and were fermented in vitro for 72 h (3 replicates per substrate). Cumulative gas production was measured as an indicator of the kinetics of fermentation. In addition, 3 bottles of substrate per time point with similar contents (amounts of substrate, inoculum, and media) were incubated but were allowed to release their gas throughout incubation. For these latter bottles, fermentation fluid was sampled at incubation time points including every hour between 1 and 24 h and at 48 h, and fermentation end products (VFA, lactate, and ammonia) and OM disappearance were measured. Dry matter and ash were analyzed from the postfermentative samples. The pH of the contents from these bottles was also recorded. The correlation in time between fermentation end products and cumulative gas produced was determined. The results showed that the prolongation of fermentation to 72 h, especially in the case of fast-fermenting inulin and lactulose, may lead to a different end product profile (P < 0.001) compared with the profile observed at the time at which most of the substrate has disappeared. Therefore, we concluded that the fermentation product profile at the end of in vitro fermentation at a specific time point cannot be used to compare fermentability of carbohydrate sources with different fermentation kinetics in terms of gas production.  相似文献

Chloride secretion in the intestines of pigs of different age (32 days and 4 months) was examined using the Ussing chamber technique. After stimulating chloride secretion by carbachol and forskolin, alternative chloride channels and finally Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator (CFTR) channels were blocked. While basal short-circuit currents (Isc) were higher in the jejunum than in the colon of the piglets of 32 days, it was inverse for the 4-month-old fatteners. In the jejunum responses to stimulation and final levels of Isc were higher in the piglets than in the fatteners. The decrease in Isc after blocking CFTR channels was smaller in the fatteners than in the piglets in both intestinal segments. In conclusion, 32-day-old piglets show a higher basal chloride secretion as well as a higher response to stimulation in the jejunum than 4-month-old pigs.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究壳聚糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、粪便评分及血清激素和T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。选取28日龄断奶的杜×大×长三元杂交仔猪60头,随机分为5组(每组12头):对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加250、500、1 000和2 000 mg/kg壳聚糖的试验饲粮。试验期14 d。结果表明:1)饲粮添加250~2 000 mg/kg壳聚糖显著提高断奶仔猪的平均日增重(ADG)(P0.05),显著降低料重比(F/G)(P0.05);2)饲粮添加250~2 000 mg/kg壳聚糖显著降低试验第11天断奶仔猪的粪便评分(P0.05);3)饲粮添加适宜剂量的壳聚糖显著提高断奶仔猪的血清促生长激素释放激素(GHRH)(250~2 000 mg/kg)、生长激素(GH)(500~1 000 mg/kg)和瘦素(LP)(2 000 mg/kg)的浓度(P0.05),显著降低血清促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)(250~2 000 mg/kg)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)(500~1 000 mg/kg)、皮质醇(COR)(250~2 000 mg/kg)和可溶性CD8(sCD8)(500~2 000 mg/kg)的浓度(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加适宜剂量的壳聚糖能够促进断奶仔猪的生长,降低腹泻,缓解断奶应激。  相似文献

The effect of xylo-oligosaccharides (XOS), a probiotic culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (SC) and the combined administration of XOS and SC on the piglet intestinal microbiota was investigated. Twenty four weaned piglets were fed during 4 weeks with one of the following diets: (BD) basal diet; (BD + XOS) basal diet supplemented with xylo-oligosaccharides (20 g kg− 1); (BD + SC) basal diet supplemented with S. cerevisiae (6 × 109 CFU kg− 1); and (BD + XOS + SC) basal diet supplemented with xylo-oligosaccharides and S. cerevisiae. Samples from the ileum, caecum and colon were collected and analysed for total anaerobes growing in XOS or glucose, xylose and arabinose (GXA) containing media. Specific primers were used to evaluate differences in Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus populations and ERIC PCR to fingerprint the intestinal microbiota.

The lowest number of culturable bacteria was obtained from the ileum of animals fed BD + XOS. The highest PCR titres with Lactobacillus group-specific primers in BD and BD + SC were obtained in the caecal contents. In XOS-supplemented diets the PCR titres were increased or maintained, from the caecum to the colon. Bifidobacteria were not detected in any samples using genus-specific primers. In the dendrogram from ERIC PCR, the piglets fed with XOS diets presented the highest similarity between samples and probiotic reference strains.  相似文献

本试验旨在探究酿酒酵母(S.cerevisiae)发酵液对断奶仔猪生长性能、小肠发育及小肠黏膜免疫功能的影响。选取平均体重为(6.57±0.13)kg的26日龄"长白×杜洛克"断奶仔猪60头(公母各占1/2),按体重和性别随机分为3个组,每组4个重复,每个重复5头仔猪。3个组分别为:对照组(基础饲粮+300 m L/kg空白培养液)、酿酒酵母发酵液组(基础饲粮+300 m L/kg酿酒酵母发酵液)和抗生素组(基础饲粮+20 mg/kg硫酸黏杆菌素+40 mg/kg杆菌肽锌)。试验期21 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,酿酒酵母发酵液组和抗生素组的平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)显著或极显著升高(P0.05或P0.01),料重比极显著降低(P0.01);但酿酒酵母发酵液组与抗生素组的以上生长性能指标均无显著差异(P0.05)。2)与对照组相比,酿酒酵母发酵液组和抗生素组的十二指肠、空肠和回肠黏膜总蛋白、DNA和RNA含量显著或极显著升高(P0.05或P0.01);但酿酒酵母发酵液组与抗生素组的以上指标均无显著差异(P0.05)。3)与对照组相比,酿酒酵母发酵液组和抗生素组的十二指肠和回肠绒毛高度显著升高(P0.05),十二指肠、空肠和回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)显著或极显著升高(P0.05或P0.01);但酿酒酵母发酵液组与抗生素组的以上指标均无显著差异(P0.05)。4)与对照组相比,酿酒酵母发酵液组和抗生素组的十二指肠、空肠和回肠黏膜免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G和免疫球蛋白M含量均显著或极显著升高(除空肠黏膜免疫球蛋白G外)(P0.05或P0.01);但酿酒酵母发酵液组和抗生素组的以上指标均无显著差异(P0.05)。结果显示,饲粮中添加酿酒酵母发酵液能够提高断奶仔猪的生长性能,促进小肠发育,提高小肠黏膜免疫功能,达到与抗生素相当的效果。提示酿酒酵母发酵液可有效缓解断奶应激,减少或者替代抗生素在断奶仔猪饲粮中的使用,这为研发无抗饲粮提供了有力的理论依据和数据支持。  相似文献

This study investigated the feasibility of replacing antibiotic as growth promoter for weaned piglets with the Chinese traditional herbal medicine Bazhen. Thirty-six weaned piglets (average initial body weight 8.92 ± 1.18 kg) were used in this study. Pigs were blocked according to weight, sex and litter origin, and then randomly assigned to control (basal diet), antibiotics (100 ppm chlortetracycline and 100 ppm oxytetracycline) and Bazhen (1%) groups, with three pens per group. Piglets had free access to water and feed during this 8-week study period. Experimental results indicated that average daily gain of the Bazhen group was higher than that of the control group, but lower than that of the antibiotics group. However, feed intake was reduced while feed to gain ratio was improved in the Bazhen group compared to the control and antibiotics groups. The Bazhen group showed higher neutrophil activity and IgG levels than the control group. The increase in white blood cell counts of the Bazhen group when challenged with Escherichia coli lipopolysaccharide was higher than that in the control and antibiotics groups. Moreover, IL-6 and TNF- (tumor necrosis factor-) levels were higher in the Bazhen group than in the antibiotics group. Red blood cells and γ-globulin levels were higher in the Bazhen group than in the antibiotics group and in the control group, respectively. On the other hand, the antibiotics group displayed the highest amount of SRBC (sheep red blood cell) antibody titers, and differed significantly from the control group. Some immune responses such as white and red blood cells, IL-6 and TNF- levels were greater at weaning in the piglets of the Bazhen supplemented group than in those of the antibiotics group. Thus, Bazhen could be a potential substitute for antibiotics (chlorotetracycline and oxytetracycline) in weaned piglets feed.  相似文献

本研究以深层发酵灵芝为原料,评估灵芝发酵产物对感染猪圆环病毒-2(PCV-2)断奶仔猪生长发育及免疫功能的影响。试验1:选择160头21 d断奶的仔猪,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头猪。各组分别在基础日粮中添加0、50、100和150 mg/kg灵芝发酵产物。试验2:将120头21 d断奶的仔猪随机分为2组(4个重复,每个重复15头),分别饲喂基础日粮和基础日粮+50 mg/kg的灵芝发酵产物。两组仔猪在试验当天通过肌肉注射105/mL感染剂量的PCV-2病毒。结果:日粮添加50 mg/kg灵芝发酵产物2周和4周后显著改善了平均日增重(P<0.05),在第4周时150 mg/kg较50 mg/kg灵芝发酵产物组显著降低了平均日增重(P<0.05)。150 mg/kg灵芝发酵产物组平均日采食量较其他组显著降低了8.11%、6.85%和8.11%(P<0.05),日粮添加50 mg/kg灵芝发酵产物显著改善了断奶仔猪的料重比(P<0.05)。日粮添加50~150 mg/kg灵芝发酵产物可显著提高肺泡巨噬细胞的趋化性指数(P<0.05),同时对照组显著提高了28 d伪狂犬病抗体滴度(P<0.05),显著降低了血清葡萄糖水平(P<0.05)。灵芝发酵产物日粮组较对照组显著提高了IL-2、INF-γ和TNF-α相对强度(P<0.05)。结论:日粮添加50 mg/kg灵芝发酵产物可以显著改善断奶仔猪生长性能,在接种伪狂犬病疫苗时可提高肺泡巨噬细胞的趋化能力和抗体滴度。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加八角和杜仲叶提取物对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清酶活性及肝脏肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)分布和表达的影响。采用单因子试验设计,选择健康的"杜×长×大"断奶仔猪48头,随机分为4个组,每组3个重复,每个重复4头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮的基础上分别添加八角提取物(500 mg/kg)、杜仲叶提取物(250 mg/kg)和金霉素(50 mg/kg)。预试期7 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加八角提取物、杜仲叶提取物和金霉素显著提高了断奶仔猪平均日增重(P0.05),饲粮中添加八角和杜仲叶提取物显著降低了血清谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶活性和肝脏TNF-αmRNA相对表达量(P0.05)。TNF-α免疫阳性结果主要见于肝脏的肝小叶间及肝血窦。由此可见,在饲粮中添加八角、杜仲叶提取物可提高断奶仔猪生长性能,并具有抵抗肝脏炎症反应及氧化应激的能力。  相似文献

为研究发酵中药渣作为饲料添加剂替代饲用抗生素的可行性,选取21日龄三元杂交断奶仔猪120头,随机分为对照组、中药渣组、发酵中药渣组和抗生素(硫酸黏菌素)组,每组设6个重复,每个重复5头仔猪,试验期28 d。试验第28天晨饲前,从每个重复中随机选取1头体重接近组内平均值的试验猪进行前腔静脉采血,分离血清,测定其生化指标、抗氧化指标及免疫相关指标。结果表明:发酵中药渣组仔猪的料重比(F/G)显著低于对照组和抗生素组(P<0.05);发酵中药渣组血液总蛋白和白蛋白含量均显著高于抗生素组(P<0.05),发酵中药渣组的甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);发酵中药渣组的谷胱甘肽含量及过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);中药渣组和发酵中药渣组血液免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、IgA、IgM含量均显著高于对照组和抗生素组(P<0.05)。综合上述结果,发酵中药渣在调节断奶仔猪血脂浓度方面可发挥一定的作用,同时可提高断奶仔猪的生长性能、抗氧化能力和免疫力,效果优于抗生素,可作为饲料添加剂代替抗生素。  相似文献

本试验以表达猪乳铁蛋白肽的重组屎肠球菌(pNZ8112-PLFcin/Ef)饲喂断奶仔猪,研究其对仔猪生长性能的影响和抗产肠毒素大肠杆菌(enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli,ETEC)感染的效果。选取28日龄体重相近的健康断奶仔猪36头,随机分为3组(重组屎肠球菌组、空载体组和培养基组),每组3个重复,每个重复4头仔猪。重组屎肠球菌组和空载体组分别饲喂添加pNZ8112-PLFcin/Ef (6×1012 CFU/kg)和pNZ8112/Ef (6×1012 CFU/kg)的基础日粮,而培养基组饲喂含有相同体积的GM17液体培养基的基础日粮。试验期26 d。结果显示,与培养基组相比,重组屎肠球菌组断奶仔猪的平均日增重极显著提高(P<0.01);料重比显著降低(P<0.05);腹泻率明显降低,肠道菌群的均匀度和多样性指数均下降。为进一步探究表达猪乳铁蛋白肽的重组屎肠球菌对断奶仔猪抵抗ETEC感染的保护作用,在连续饲喂21 d后,每个重复中随机挑选1头体况相近的断奶仔猪灌服ETEC。结果发现,与培养基组相比,攻菌后重组屎肠球菌组断奶仔猪血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量、肠黏液中分泌型免疫球蛋白A (sIgA)水平均显著升高(P<0.05);脾脏指数显著提高(P<0.05),但胸腺指数、肠段长度及重量则均无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,表达猪乳铁蛋白肽的重组屎肠球菌能够起到促进断奶仔猪生长及抗ETEC感染的保护作用。  相似文献

At weaning, low feed intake level is a major factor responsible for gut disorders. However, less is known on adaptation of the antibacterial activity of pancreatic juice in response to variations in feed intake level. Moreover bovine colostrum has been demonstrated to decrease coliform counts in duodenal digesta and to improve health status of weaned piglets. Aims of the present study were to evaluate effects of feed intake level and of a bovine colostrum-supplemented diet on the pancreatic secretion of antibacterial activity in piglets at weaning. At 33 days of age, twenty-eight piglets fitted with two permanent catheters (for pancreatic juice collection and reintroduction) were weaned and allocated to one of the following three dietary treatments for 5 days: low feed allocation with a starter diet (L), gradually increased feed allocation with a starter diet (Ctrl), or gradually increased feed allocation with a starter diet supplemented with bovine colostrum (Col). In Ctrl piglets, the post-weaning secretion of antibacterial activity did not significantly differed from pre-weaning values. The pancreatic secretion of antibacterial activity in L piglets was higher than that in Ctrl piglets at day 5 (+ 300%; P < 0.05). Moreover in Col piglets the secretion of the antibacterial activity tended to increase by 55% (P = 0.08) compared to Ctrl piglets. Variations in the pancreatic secretion of antibacterial activity could constitute an adaptive phenomenon to maintain bacterial homeostasis in the upper small intestine during the early post-weaning period.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究不同形式氧化锌对断奶仔猪生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、血清抗氧化能力及肠道形态的影响。采用完全随机区组试验设计,将144头健康三元(杜×长×大)杂交断奶仔猪[(6.42±0.51) kg]分为3个组,每组6个重复,每个重复8头猪。试验期28 d,分为前期(第1~14天)和后期(第15~28天)2个阶段。各组分别为:普通氧化锌组(在前期基础饲粮中添加1 600 mg/kg普通氧化锌,后期添加110 mg/kg,以锌元素计);钝化氧化锌组(在前期基础饲粮中添加1 600 mg/kg钝化氧化锌,后期添加110 mg/kg,以锌元素计);纳米氧化锌组(在前期基础饲粮中添加1 600 mg/kg纳米氧化锌,后期添加110 mg/kg,以锌元素计)。基础饲粮为玉米-豆粕型。结果表明:1)试验前期,与普通氧化锌组相比,钝化氧化锌组断奶仔猪第14天体重和平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);钝化氧化锌组和纳米氧化锌组腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05)。试验全期(第1~28天),与普通氧化锌组相比,钝化氧化锌组和纳米氧化锌组断奶仔猪腹泻率显著降低...  相似文献

An in vitro gas production trial was conducted using 10 Hyla rabbits to evaluate the use of caecal and faecal inocula in fermentability studies. Caecal content (CI) and hard faeces (FI) were used as inocula. Six legume and six cereal concentrates were used as substrates. Gas production was recorded 19 times at 2–24 h intervals throughout fermentation (120 h). The fermentation characteristics (degraded organic matter, OMd; potential gas production, A; volatile fatty acid, VFA; ammonia, NH3) were measured by testing the inoculum and substrate (legumes vs. cereals). The inocula were different (p < 0.01) in OMd (818.2 vs. 799.4 g/kg OM for CI and FI respectively), A (255.0 vs. 267.1 ml/g OM), total VFA (67.3 vs. 53.2 mmol/g OM) and NH3 content (21.2 vs. 19.8 mmol/l). Moreover, the significant differences in the (acetate + propionate)/butyrate ratio (5.02 vs. 4.09 for CI and FI respectively, p < 0.01) and in the branched chain proportion (isobutyrate + isovaleriate)/total VFA (0.044 vs. 0.031, p < 0.01) indicate that the inocula differed in fermenting legumes or cereals, but the equations for estimating caecal fermentation characteristics from those of faeces showed R2 values from 0.673 to 0.975 (p ≤ 0.01). Four groups of six 21 days-old piglets were used to evaluate the effect of a prebiotic or probiotic on the intestinal fermentative activity. In each group, piglets received one of the following diets: basal diet (C); basal diet supplemented with xylo-oligosaccharide (C-XOS); basal diet supplemented with Saccharomyces cerevisiae (C-SC); and basal diet supplemented with xylo-oligosaccharide and S. cerevisiae (C-XOS + SC).

The short chain fatty acids in the colon of piglets were decreased with the inclusion of S. cerevisiae in the diet (P < 0.01). The xylanolytic activity was higher (P < 0.05) in the small intestine of piglets fed C-XOS + SC diet, but no significant differences were found in the caecum and colon. In the caecum contents, the cellulolytic activity was increased (P < 0.05) by the C-XOS and C-SC diets, but remained similar when the diet was supplemented with the two additives combined.  相似文献

【目的】 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加复方中药发酵粉对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率、抗氧化功能以及免疫功能的影响。【方法】 试验选取48头体重为(8.290±0.140)kg、健康状况良好的28日龄三元(杜×长×大)杂交去势断奶仔猪,按照体重随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复4头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂基础饲粮+3%复方中药发酵粉,其中复方中药发酵粉由山楂、陈皮、鸡内金、山药、茯苓等原料发酵而成,其主要活性物质包括有机酸、黄酮类物质、多糖类及三萜类物质等。试验为期28 d,试验结束前3 d采集饲粮样和粪样,试验结束后每个重复选取1头接近平均体重的断奶仔猪进行屠宰,采集血浆和肝脏,测定生长性能、养分表观消化率、血浆和肝脏抗氧化指标、血浆免疫指标等。【结果】 与对照组相比,复方中药发酵粉组断奶仔猪平均日采食量(ADFI)和料重比(F/G)均无显著差异(P>0.05),但其平均日增重(ADG)显著提高(P<0.05),腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05);粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(Ash)和钙(Ca)的表观消化率均极显著或显著提高(P<0.01;P<0.05);血浆过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均显著或极显著提高(P<0.05;P<0.01),肝脏总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05);血浆免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量均显著提高(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。【结论】 在饲粮中添加3%复方中药发酵粉可提高断奶仔猪对粗脂肪、粗灰分和钙的表观消化率,提高断奶仔猪机体的抗氧化功能和免疫功能,从而降低断奶仔猪腹泻率,提高其生长性能。  相似文献
