石香薷挥发油体外抗病毒作用研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
采用有机溶剂法提取了石香薷挥发油,采用体外细胞培养的方法研究石香薷挥发油对新城疫病毒(NDV)感染的拮抗作用,测定其对鸡胚成纤维细胞的最大无毒浓度(TDo)、半数细胞中毒浓度(TD50)、抑制50%细胞病变的药物浓度(IC50)、治疗指数(TI)及体外抗NDV效果。试验结果表明:石香薷挥发油的TDo、TD50、IC50、TI分别为1.56g/l、3.13g/l、0.20g/l、15.65,石香薷挥发油0.79g/l对NDV所致的CPE有明显的抑制作用,证明石香薷挥发油具有明显的抗NDV作用,提示石香薷挥发油可以作为一种新的抗NDV感染的药物。 相似文献

本试验提取32味中草药水煎液,采用微量肉汤稀释法测定对标准大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌活性.筛选出对金黄色葡萄球菌具有较好体外抑菌活性的中草药11味,并对3株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)进行了最低抑菌浓度(MIC)的测定。结果显示:有24味中草药水煎液具有体外抑菌活性.且对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效力大于大肠杆菌.以黄连和黄柏对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果最好:3株MRSA对筛选的11味中草药中的10味均产生了不同程度的耐药,MIC增加2—4倍,仅香薷对MRSA的MIC减少2—4倍。 相似文献

This paper documents the medicinal plants used to treat endoparasites and stomach problems in dogs, cats and pigs in British Columbia, Canada. Ethnoveterinary data was collected over a 6-month period in 2003. The majority of the information on pets came from 2 naturopaths, 10 herbalists, 5 dog trainers, breeders and pet shop owners, 9 holistic veterinarians and 6 of 27 organic farmers. Two pig farmers joined the study in the final stages. The following plants were used as anthelmintics: Artemisia cina O. Berg and C.F. Schmidt, Artemisia vulgaris L., Artemisia annua, Calendula officinalis L., Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench (all Asteraceae), Mentha piperita L. and Salvia officinalis L. (Lamiaceae) (Allium sativum L. (Alliaceae), Cucurbita pepo L. (Cucurbitaceae), Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb (Myrtaceae), Gentiana lutea L. (Gentianaceae), Hydrastis canadensis L. (Ranunculaceae), Juglans nigra L. (Juglandaceae), Olea europaea L. (Oleaceae) and Ruta graveolens L. (Rutaceae)). Stomach problems were treated with: Achillea millefolium L. (Asteraceae), Aloe vera (L.) Burm. f. (Asphodelaceae), Elytrigia repens (L.) Desv. ex Nevski (Poaceae), Frangula purshiana (DC.) Cooper (Rhamnaceae), Juniperus communis L. (Cupressaceae), Melissa officinalis L. and M. piperita L. (Lamiaceae), Petroselinum crispum L. (Apiaceae), Plantago major L. and Plantago ovata Forssk. (Plantaginaceae) Rumex crispus L. and Rumex obtusifolius L. (Polygonaceae), Ulmus fulva Michx. (Ulmaceae) and Zingiber officinalis Roscoe (Zingiberaceae). There is insufficient information available to assess the anthelmintic efficacies of C. officinalis, Salvia officinalis, Eugenia caryophyllata and O. europaea; the other plants have mid- to high-level validity for their ethnoveterinary uses. 相似文献

为红茂草药物的进一步开发和利用,本试验以甘肃平凉地区野生药用植物红茂草为研究对象,采用水蒸气提取、蒸馏萃取(SDE)提取、超临界CO2萃取等3种方法,分别提取红茂草中的精油成分;以GC-MS对其精油进行化学成分分析,并将超临界CO2萃取的红茂草精油采用平板菌落计数法对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和绿脓杆菌进行抑菌活性测定。结果显示,三种提取方法中,水蒸气提取法和蒸馏萃取提取法所得精油为橙黄色,有浑浊,超临界CO2萃取法所得精油为淡黄色,澄清液体。3种方法所得精油均含有24种共同成分,以超临界CO2萃取法最优,其提取率为2.1220%,水蒸气提取法最低,提取率为1.7870%;将超临界CO2萃取的红茂草精油作用于3种供试菌,测定其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为:金黄色葡萄球菌0.2500 g/mL、大肠杆菌0.3000 g/mL,绿脓杆菌0.2600 g/mL,抑菌效果显著。研究结果表明,超临界CO2萃取是提取红茂草精油的最佳方法,通过超临界CO2萃取法提取的红茂草精油对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和绿脓杆菌具有良好的抑菌效果。 相似文献

The toxic effects of the extracts of Allium sativum (Garlic) were evaluated against adults of Hyalomma marginatum rufipes and Rhipicephalus pulchellus using three types (Types A, B and C) of contact toxicity bioassays. A. sativum bulbs were extracted with acetone, ethanol and dichloromethane (DCM) solvents. Among these three solvents, it is the DCM extract of A. sativum that appears to have anti-tick activity. In the Type A contact toxicity bioassay, DCM extracts of A. sativum demonstrated a high acaricidal bioactivity against H. m. rufipes with 100% of ticks killed in less than an hour, and toxicity persisted to the second day. A weak acaricidal activity of aqueous extracts of A. sativum was observed in the Type B contact toxicity bioassay. In the Type C contact toxicity bioassay, a concentration of 24% w/v of DCM extracts of garlic in sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus) had killed 100% of H. m. rufipes (LC50 = 5.9% w/v) and R. pulchellus (LC50 = 10.3% w/v) by 24 hours post-treatment of ticks. The results obtained from this study suggest that DCM extract of A. sativum is a potential source of novel acaricidal agents. 相似文献

以沟叶结缕草(Zoysia matrella(L.)Merr.)、大穗结缕草(Z.macrostachya Franch.et Sav.)、普通狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon(L.)Pers.)、青岛结缕草(Z.japonicacv QingDao)和高羊茅品种翠碧(Festuca arundinacea cv Triplet)为材料,对其在水涝胁迫下草坪草形态、生理指标变化进行了研究,并采用隶属函数法对其耐涝性进行评价,以期为江南中下游地区草坪草的栽培提供试验依据。结果表明:随水涝时间的延长,叶片枯黄率逐渐增加,叶片相对电导率(REC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性以及游离脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性总糖(TSC)含量5个生理指标在水胁迫15 d时均比对照明显增加;以REC,SOD和POD活性以及Pro和TSC含量为指标,对5个草种的耐涝隶属函数值进行计算,并对其耐涝适应性进行综合评价,得出5个草种的耐涝性顺序为大穗结缕草>普通狗牙根>翠碧>青岛结缕草>沟叶结缕草。 相似文献

在内蒙古太仆寺旗的天然草地上,于2007年5月至2008年9月连续2年研究了不同氮肥施用量对草地建群种羊草(Leymus chinensis(Trin.)Tzvel.)的个体生长特征、种群密度及种群地上生物量的影响.结果表明,施用氮肥可显著促进羊草的生长,但施肥效果并未随氮肥用量的增加呈直线上升,而是在50 kg尿素/hm2时达到最高水平,施用效果最为显著(P<0.05),与对照相比叶宽两年增幅分别为17.0%和10.3%、株高分别增加74.0%和46.5%,茎节总长分别增加361.6%和81.6%,种群密度分别增加155.6%和54.3%,种群地上生物量分别增加633%和229%.对照区羊草个体和种群特征受降水量波动影响出现显著的年际变化. 相似文献

A 4-year-old, intact male miniature schnauzer was presented with anorexia. The dog had ingested some Chinese steamed dumplings 2 days before, which contained Chinese chive (Allium tuberosum) and garlic (Allium sativum). Hematological examinations revealed severe Heinz body hemolytic anemia with eccentrocytosis and an increased concentration of methemoglobin, which was thought to result from oxidative damage to erythrocytes by constituents in these Allium plants. In this case, eccentrocytosis was a hallmark finding and could be detected easily, suggesting that this hematological abnormality is useful in diagnosing Allium plant-induced hemolysis. 相似文献
