介绍一种基于LabVIEW的分布式农业大棚，在大棚不同区域设置终端节点，负责光照度、空气温湿度、CO2浓度和土壤湿度数据的采集和上传，同时接收集中器转发的指令，根据指令控制不同区域喷淋头、加热器、排风扇和遮阳板的动作，实现对各区域不同作物生长环境的分布精准调节。通过多点分布式监控，为大棚分区种植的每种作物提供最适合的生长环境，以满足职业院校农业类专业学生的实践需求。   相似文献   

Energy metabolism and apoptotic effect of microwave radiation on rat myocardial cells

AIM: To investigate the effect of microwave radiation at different intensities on the rat myocardium and its possible mechanism.METHODS: The rats were radiated by the intensity of 500, 1 000, 1 500 and 2 000 W/m² with 2 450 MHz microwave for 6 min. The heart tissue was collected 6 h after microwave radiation. ATP and mitochondria complex Ⅳ and Ⅴ were measured. The changes of the tissue structures were observed under transmission electron microscope. The apoptosis of the myocardial cells was detected by a cell analyzer. The protein level of cleaved caspase-3 was determined by Western blotting.RESULTS: The concentration of ATP and activity of mitochondria complex Ⅳand Ⅴ signi-ficantly decreased compared with control group in the cardiac tissues. The decreased number, morphological abnormalities such as dissolved cavitation, matrix and obvious tumefaction of mitochondria were observed under transmission electron microscope. The microwave radiation induced the apoptosis of myocardial cells in the rats. The cell apoptotic rate and the protein level of cleaved caspase-3 increased with increasing intensity of microwave radiation(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Microwave radiation has obvious injury effect on the rat heart, which can cause cardiac energy metabolism dysregulation and cardiac myocyte apoptosis.  相似文献   

副猪嗜血杆菌单克隆抗体的制备及其B细胞抗原表位的鉴定

为筛选具有临床诊断价值的副猪嗜血杆菌(H.parasuis)单克隆抗体(MAb),本研究采用H.parasuis 5型强毒株(HPS-5)免疫BALB/c小鼠,利用常规细胞融合技术制备了一株稳定分泌MAb的杂交瘤细胞株。Western blot结果表明该MAb能够特异性识别所有H.parasuis标准菌株;免疫共沉淀技术与蛋白质谱分析显示该MAb所识别的蛋白为ATP结合盒转运蛋白(ABCT)家族的寡肽透过酶(OppA);利用MAb对噬菌体12肽库进行淘选,8个阳性噬菌体克隆展示有"KTPAE-R"保守序列,对应于H.parasuis SH29755株和SH0165株的469位~475位的氨基酸残基。对OppA氨基酸序列比对结果表明H.parasuis与其它10种猪常见细菌病病原序列一致性为9.1%~74.5%,本研究结果为进一步研究H.parasuis感染的病原学诊断建立了良好的基础。  相似文献

Quality control and screening of active substances in traditional Chinese medicines have been performed using fingerprint analysis. The spectrum-effect relationship between chromatography fingerprints and efficacy of herbal drugs is considered as a potentially useful method for determining active ingredients in complex mixtures. The study was designed to develop a method for determining the bioactive components of a compound Chinese medicine called Tiefeng based on spectrum-effect relationships between high-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） fingerprints and anticoccidial activities. Four peaks of the established HPLC fingerprint indicate the main bioactive components of this medicine. In addition, pharrnacodynamic atlas was defined and used to assess the anticoccidial activity of Tiefeng from different sources for the first time. We found that the level of anticoccidial activity of Tiefeng was consistent with the degree of similarity between the pharmacodynamic atlas and chromatogram of any sample. Furthermore, effect of this medicine was related with the main active constituents, along with the origin and the harvesting time.  相似文献

为了解全生物降解膜的特性,为本地区推广应用全生物降解膜提供依据,以降解膜3为对照(CK),对普通地膜以及不同厚度、宽度全生物降解膜进行比较试验.试验结果表明,试验中所使用(厚度0.004～0.008 mm)的生物降解膜配套双层大棚覆盖栽培,可保证秋延后芸豆正常生产;生物降解膜前期具有较好的保温效果,但不同规格生物降解膜后期因裂解保温、控湿效果有不同程度下降;部分规格降解地膜自然裂解时间早、裂解速度快,但在田完全降解时间较长,难以满足保墒、控草、节本等要求.  相似文献

传染性法氏囊病病毒(infectious bursal disease virus,IBDV)新型变异株正在我国广泛蔓延,给商品肉鸡群和蛋鸡群带来了新的威胁。本研究对一个疑似发生非典型传染性法氏囊病的地方品种雪山草鸡群进行了RT-PCR检测,并对分离的3株毒株进行了基因测序及序列分析。结果显示,引起该鸡群发病的病原是IBDV新型变异株,属于A2dB1基因型;这3个毒株的VP2高变区编码蛋白上含有IBDV变异株的特征性氨基酸,也具有IBDV新型变异株的独特氨基酸。结果提示,我国地方品种鸡群中也有IBDV新型变异株的流行,现有的部分商品化IBDV疫苗已不能有效预防IBDV新型变异株的流行。  相似文献
