通过补充工业晶体氨基酸,低蛋白质饲粮可以在饲粮蛋白质水平降低的条件下准确满足猪的氨基酸营养需要。正确应用低蛋白质饲粮既能促进猪生长性能的发挥,又能减少其代谢负担,提高营养物质利用效率,促进肠道健康,节约生产成本与饲料资源,保护环境。本文从肠道微生物组成与代谢、非蛋白氮及N-氨甲酰谷氨酸的应用效果和淀粉组成对氨基酸吸收与肌肉合成的影响等方面综述了低蛋白质饲粮近年来的研究进展,以期为相关研究工作提供一定的参考和帮助。  相似文献

本研究旨在探讨饲粮粗蛋白质水平和氨基酸平衡性对肥育猪生长性能、胴体性状和肉品质的影响。选取平均初始体重为(69.3±3.6)kg的杜×长×大去势公猪125头,随机分为5个组,每组5个重复,每个重复5头猪。5个组分别为:高蛋白质饲粮组(粗蛋白质水平约为14%)、低蛋白质(粗蛋白质水平约为10%)-氨基酸平衡饲粮组以及3个低蛋白质(粗蛋白质水平约为10%)-氨基酸不平衡饲粮组(在低蛋白质-氨基酸平衡饲粮组的基础上分别将含硫氨基酸、苏氨酸和色氨酸与赖氨酸的比例降低10%)。所有饲粮的标准回肠可消化赖氨酸水平均设置为0.71%,低蛋白质-氨基酸平衡饲粮组中标准回肠可消化苏氨酸、标准回肠可消化含硫氨基酸和标准回肠可消化色氨酸与标准回肠可消化赖氨酸的比值分别为0.67、0.60和0.20。试验期为28 d。结果显示:与低蛋白质-氨基酸平衡饲粮组相比,高蛋白质饲粮组肥育猪的平均日采食量有下降趋势(P=0.05),低蛋白质-低色氨酸饲粮组肥育猪平均日增重和平均日采食量均显著下降(P0.05),低蛋白质-低苏氨酸饲粮组和低蛋白质-低含硫氨基酸饲粮组肥育猪的生长性能无显著差异(P0.05)。饲粮粗蛋白质水平和氨基酸平衡性对肥育猪的胴体性状和肉品质无显著影响(P0.05)。因此,低蛋白质-氨基酸平衡饲粮不影响育肥猪生长性能、胴体性状和肉品质,分别降低10%标准回肠可消化含硫氨基酸、标准回肠可消化色氨酸和标准回肠可消化苏氨酸对肥育猪胴体性状和肉品质无显著影响,但降低10%标准回肠可消化色氨酸显著降低肥育猪平均日增重和平均日采食量。  相似文献

试验旨在研究饲料中添加蛋白酶对黄羽肉鸡生产性能、粗蛋白及氨基酸表观消化率和血液生化指标的影响。480只1日龄黄羽肉鸡,随机分为5组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮的基础上分别添加100、200、400 mg/kg和800 mg/kg外源蛋白酶。结果显示,在黄羽肉鸡基础饲粮中添加适量蛋白酶,降低了肉鸡平均日采食量和料肉比,但对平均日增重无影响;提高了饲粮中蛋白质及氨基酸的消化利用率;有助于促进肉鸡对饲料中蛋白质、糖类物质的消化分解。由此可见,肉鸡饲粮中添加适量蛋白酶(最适添加量为200 mg/kg)能够在一定程度上提高饲粮蛋白质的消化率,从而改善其生长性能。  相似文献

羊毛主要由角蛋白构成,蛋白质营养特别是含硫氨基酸营养对羊毛的生长至关重要.Reis(1979)指出,氨基酸的供给量而不是能量采食量,是决定羊毛生长好坏的主要因素,羊毛生长量随小肠内吸收氨基酸(特别是含硫氨基酸)总量的增加而增加.邓凯东(1999)在研究绵羊补饲饼类饲料的效果时发现,补饲任何饼类都能提高羊毛的净产量,并且羊毛的直径趋于增大.Motyl-T等(1984)也观察到,用经过保护的蛋白质补充料取代部分非蛋白氮(NPN)可以改善羊毛生长和羊毛质量,他们认为少量的蛋白质补充料(大约占总蛋白质的6%)不仅是十二指肠的氨基酸来源,而且可能对动物的激素控制也有影响.  相似文献

本文旨在研究低蛋白质平衡氨基酸饲粮对生长猪生长性能、胴体品质、肌肉品质和肠道健康的影响。试验采用单因素完全随机设计,选择初始体重为(17.02±1.40)kg的健康"杜×长×大"三元杂交去势公猪16头,随机分为正常蛋白质组(饲粮粗蛋白质水平为18%,标准回肠可消化赖氨酸含量为0.93%)和低蛋白质组(饲粮粗蛋白质水平为14%,标准回肠可消化赖氨酸含量为1.03%)2个组,每组8个重复,每个重复1头猪。试验期共39 d。在试验结束当天对生长猪进行称重、结料和采血,并屠宰所有生长猪用于测定胴体品质、肌肉品质、肠道形态及消化酶活性。结果表明:与正常蛋白质饲粮相比,低蛋白质平衡氨基酸饲粮显著提高了生长猪背最长肌的亮度值(P<0.01)和黄度值(P<0.05);对小肠各肠段的绒毛形态无显著影响(P>0.05),但有提高空肠绒毛高度和隐窝深度比值的趋势(P=0.09);对生长猪的生长性能、胴体品质和肌肉品质无显著影响(P>0.05)。本试验结果表明,与正常蛋白质饲粮相比,标准回肠可消化赖氨酸含量为1.03%的低蛋白质平衡氨基酸饲粮能够维持生长猪正常生长性能,并有改善肠道健康状况的趋势。  相似文献

本研究分2个试验,旨在探讨低蛋白质补充合成氨基酸饲粮对肉仔鸡生长性能、氮排泄和胴体品质的影响.试验1选用600只1日龄爱拔益加肉仔鸡(公母各占1/2),分1~21 d,22~42 d和43~49 d 3个阶段饲养,饲粮共设5个处理,粗蛋白质水平分别为:生长前期(1~21 d):22.8%、21.9%、21.0%、19.5%和19.0%;生长中期(22~42 d):20.1%、18.8%、17.8%、16.5%和16.0%;生长后期(43~49 d):18.0%、16.9%、15.9%、15.0%和13.8%.各个处理蛋氨酸、赖氨酸和苏氨酸水平均满足NRC(1994)肉仔鸡营养需要.试验2的5组肉鸡饲粮的蛋白质水平与试验1的生长前期和生长中期饲粮相同,同时补充了足够的合成氨基酸以满足肉仔鸡对所有可消化必需氨基酸的需要量.结果表明:降低饲粮粗蛋白质水平同时补充合成氨基酸不影响试验1各个阶段肉仔鸡的生长性能(P>0.05).当以可消化氨基酸为基础配制饲粮时(试验2),生长前期肉仔鸡的日增重和饲料转化效率得到显著改善(P<0.01),但生长中期和生长全期肉仔鸡日增重和饲料转化效率差异不显著(P>0.05).降低饲粮粗蛋白质水平线性增加了试验1中肉仔鸡的脂肪沉积率(P<0.05),但对其他胴体指标没有显著影响(P>0.05).氮排泄随饲粮粗蛋白质水平的降低而线性减少(P<0.01).此外,降低饲粮粗蛋白质水平还降低了试验2中肉仔鸡血浆甘氨酸和苯丙氨酸的含量(P<0.05).综上所述,降低肉仔鸡饲粮粗蛋白质水平同时补充合成氨基酸可获得使用高蛋白质饲粮时的生长性能和胴体品质.  相似文献

The limiting amino acids for lactating sows were determined using 28 primiparous sows that were intentionally underfed both energy and protein during a 21-d lactation. Groups of four sows were allotted to litter-size treatments of 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12 by cross-fostering as needed within 48 h postpartum. Sows were killed on d 21 of lactation. The carcass, liver, gastrointestinal tract, reproductive tract, mammary gland, and other viscera were separated, weighed, ground, and analyzed for dry matter, crude protein, and amino acids. Simple linear equations were obtained for each amino acid within tissues as a function of litter size. The mobilization of amino acids from carcass, liver, gastrointestinal tract, reproductive tract, and other viscera increased as litter size increased. Amino acids were accreted to mammary glands as litter size increased (2.65 g lysine/21 d for each one-pig increase in litter size). Milk production needs were estimated (49.9 g lysine/21 d for each one-pig increase in litter size). The quantity of each amino acid required additionally as litter size increased was obtained from the difference between amino acid needs for milk production and mammary gland growth and those provided from tissue mobilization. The relative ratio among amino acids that are required additionally (ideal amino acid pattern) was compared with the relative ratio of amino acids that can be provided from a corn-soybean meal lactation diet. From the comparison, it was shown that threonine and lysine are the first-limiting amino acids, followed by valine, when tissue mobilization occurs during lactation. Lysine is the first-limiting amino acid, and valine becomes second-limiting followed by threonine, when sows do not mobilize body tissues during lactation. Thus, the limiting order of essential amino acids changes depending on feed intake and tissue mobilization of sows during lactation. Proper feeding of lactating sows should consider the expected degree of tissue mobilization during lactation.  相似文献

An experiment was conducted to compare apparent total tract protein digestibilities and apparent ileal digestibilities of protein and amino acids in growing pigs and adult pregnant and lactating sows. Twelve growing pigs and 12 sows were used and surgically fitted with simple T-cannulas at the distal ileum. Six experimental diets based on corn, barley, wheat, soybean meal, canola meal, or meat and bone meal were formulated, and each diet was fed to growing pigs, gestating sows, and lactating sows for 7 d. Chromium oxide was included in all diets as an indigestible marker (.25%) for calculating nutrient digestibilities. Fecal material was collected on d 5 of each feeding period by grab sampling, and ileal samples were collected for 12 h/d during the last 2 d of each feeding period. Apparent fecal protein digestibilities for all feed ingredients were higher (P < .05) in gestating and lactating sows compared to growing pigs, but no differences between the two groups of sows were observed (P > .05). At the distal ileum, no differences (P > .05) in protein digestibilities were detected between sows and growing pigs regardless of feed ingredient. For all feed ingredients tested, lactating sows had apparent ileal digestibilities of most amino acids that were two to six percentage units higher than those obtained in growing pigs, but not all of the differences were significant. Gestating sows had digestibilities of most amino acids that were intermediate between those of growing pigs and lactating sows. The combined results from the six feed ingredients showed that lactating sows had higher (P < .05) digestibilities of all indispensable amino acids except arginine, and gestating sows had higher (P < .05) digestibilities of five of the indispensable amino acids than did growing pigs. The results of this experiment indicate that apparent fecal protein and apparent ileal amino acid digestibilities obtained in growing pigs are not always representative of digestibilities in either gestating or lactating sows.  相似文献

Experiments were conducted to determine the effect of the physiological condition of swine on standardized ileal digestibility coefficients (SID). The apparent ileal digestibility coefficients were determined for crude protein and amino acids in six feed ingredients (corn, barley, wheat, soybean meal, canola meal, and meat and bone meal) in growing pigs and in gestating and lactating sows. Growing pigs and lactating sows were given free access to their diets, whereas gestating sows were allowed to consume only 2 kg of feed daily. The nonspecific (basal) endogenous losses of protein and amino acids were determined under similar feeding regimens after feeding a protein-free diet. The SID for crude protein and amino acids were calculated by correcting the apparent ileal digestibility coefficients for the nonspecific endogenous losses of protein and amino acids. With a few exceptions, there were no differences (P > 0.05) in the SID for crude protein and amino acids between growing pigs and lactating sows. Overall, gestating sows had higher (P < 0.05) SID for crude protein and all amino acids, except for tryptophan and aspartate, compared with growing pigs. Likewise, the SID of most amino acids obtained by gestating sows were higher (P < 0.05) than those obtained by lactating sows. Interactions (P < 0.05) between animals and diets were observed for gestating sows compared with growing pigs as well as gestating sows compared with lactating sows. As a consequence, it is not possible to extrapolate data from one feed ingredient to another. On most occasions, the lowest SID among the indispensable amino acids was calculated for threonine, valine, and lysine. It is concluded that gestating sows fed 2 kg of feed per day have higher standardized digestibility coefficients than do growing pigs and lactating sows given free access to their diets. This difference may be due to differences in daily feed intake rather than to the physiological status of the animals.  相似文献

An experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of BW, feed intake, and the physiological condition of the animal on the loss and amino acid composition of endogenous protein in swine. Ten growing barrows and five multiparous sows were equipped with a T-cannula in the distal ileum for digesta collection. A protein-free diet was fed to all animals. The barrows were given free access to the experimental diet. The sows also were allowed to consume the diet on an ad libitum basis, and digesta were collected during lactation and in the following gestation period. In addition, digesta from the gravid sows were collected after restricting the sows to 2 kg of feed per day. For each animal group, the endogenous losses of protein and amino acids were calculated in relation to DMI, and the amino acid composition of endogenous protein was calculated. The total endogenous gut protein loss at the distal ileum of growing pigs, lactating sows, and gestating sows, given free access to feed, was 12.4, 9.4, and 11.2 g/kg DMI, respectively. These values were not different (P > .10). However, when gestating sows were fed only 2 kg/d, 17.8 g of endogenous protein was lost per kilogram of DMI, which was higher (P < .05) than for any of the other groups. This difference was mainly caused by higher (P < .05) losses of glycine, proline, and serine. There were no differences (P > .05) in amino acid composition of endogenous protein between growing pigs, lactating sows, and gestating sows given free access to feed, but restricted-fed gestating sows had an amino acid composition of endogenous protein that was significantly different from that of the other groups. The results from the experiment showed that age, BW, and the physiological condition of the animal have little or no effect on the amount of endogenous protein and amino acids lost at the distal ileum of hogs if calculated in relation to DMI. Likewise, the amino acid composition was not affected by the BW or physiological condition of the animal. However, DMI had a significant effect on endogenous protein losses in sows as well as on amino acid composition of endogenous protein.  相似文献

选择胎次、预产期、体重相近的妊娠母猪24头,采用单因子试验设计,随机分为3个处理,每个处理设8个重复。对照组饲喂常规饲料,粗蛋白质(CP)水平为14.5%,试验组Ⅰ和Ⅱ为低CP补充氨基酸日粮,其CP水平分别为12.5%和10.5%。各处理氨基酸水平相同。试验期为从配种后20 d左右确定受孕后开始,直到产仔结束。试验结果表明:①与对照组相比,妊娠母猪采食低CP日粮,对其繁殖性能如总产仔数、活仔数、初生重及背膘厚无显著影响(P>0.05)。②对照组血清尿素氮的含量与试验组Ⅰ差异不显著(P>0.05),而显著高于试验组Ⅱ(P<0.05)。试验组Ⅰ的血清尿素氮的含量与试验组Ⅱ差异显著(P<0.05)。血糖含量随CP水平的降低有下降的趋势,对照组血糖含量与试验组Ⅰ差异不显著(P>0.05),而与试验组Ⅱ差异显著(P<0.05);试验组Ⅰ和Ⅱ血糖含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。③饲料CP的表观消化率随着CP的降低有上升的趋势,试验组Ⅰ与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),而试验组Ⅱ显著高于试验组Ⅰ和对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,妊娠母猪采食低CP补充氨基酸日粮,对其繁殖性能及背膘厚无显著影响。  相似文献

In order to study the effect of low crude protein (CP) diet supplemented with amino acids on the reproductive performance and protein metabolism in pregnant sows, a single-factor experimental design was used and twenty-four pregnant sows were randomly divided into three treatments with 8 replicas each according to parity,due date and body weight of sows. The pregnant sows in control group were fed conventional feed with CP level of 14.5%, and the pigs in experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were fed 12.5% and 10.5% of CP diets supplemented with amino acids,respectively. All diets contain similar amino acid concentration. The experiment began at 20 days after breeding and finished after farrowing. The results showed that:① Low CP diets supplemented with amino acids had no significant effect on the reproductive performance of sows,including the total litter size,number of live litter size,weight at birth and backfat thickness of sows (P>0.05).② The serum urea nitrogen of sows in the control group had no significant difference with experimental group Ⅰ (P>0.05),while significantly higher than experimental group Ⅱ (P<0.05).And there was no significant difference between experimental group Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P>0.05). Serum glucose content also had a downward trend with the decrease of CP level,and that of the control group had no significant difference with experimental group Ⅰ (P>0.05),while significantly higher than experimental group Ⅱ (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between experimental group Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P>0.05). ③ Apparent digestibility of CP showed a trend of increase with the decrease of dietary CP levels. CP apparent digestibility of experimental group Ⅰ had no significant difference with control group (P>0.05),while that of experimental groupⅡ was significant higher than other two group (P<0.05).In conclusion,the low CP diet supplemented with amino acids had no significant effects on the reproductive performance and backfat thickness in pregnant sows.  相似文献

Knowledge about the amino acid requirements and the response of pigs to the amino acid supply is essential in feed formulation. A deficient AA supply results in a reduction in performance while an oversupply is costly and leads to excessive nitrogen excretion with a potentially negative environmental impact. Amino acid requirements are determined to a large extent by the protein deposition in the body and, for lactating sows, by the protein exported in the milk. The concept of ideal protein was developed more than 50 years ago and refers to a protein with an amino acid profile that exactly meets the animal’s requirement so that all amino acids are equally limiting for performance. Because Lys typically is the first-limiting amino acid, the ideal amino acid profile is often expressed relative to Lys. Although the ideal protein profile is often assumed to be constant for a given production stage, (small) changes in the ideal protein profile can occur within a production stage. This can be caused by changes in the relative contribution of the different components of amino acid requirements during the productive life on the animal (e.g. changes in the relative contribution of growth and maintenance). Amino acids requirements can be determined experimentally using dose–response studies. The design of the study, the chosen response criterion, and the statistical model affect the requirement estimate. Although considerable experimental work has been carried out to determine the requirements for Lys, Met, Thr, and Trp in growing pigs (and to a lesser extent in sows), little is known about the requirements for the other essential amino acids. Experimental dose–response studies generally focus on the requirement and less on the overall response (i.e. what are the consequences of an amino acid deficiency?). This latter aspect is, to some extent, accounted for in modelling approaches that quantify the response of the animal to the amino acid supply in a dynamic way. The paper describes the origin of ideal protein and illustrates how fundamental concepts of amino acid nutrition have been integrated in practical modeling approaches for the nutrition of growing pigs and sows.  相似文献
