为了提高拜城油鸡的饲养效益,兼顾拜城油鸡与良凤花麻鸡品种优势,利用拜城油鸡的公鸡与良凤花母鸡进行第1次杂交,得到杂交一代(F1),再利用杂交一代(F1)青脚母鸡与拜城油鸡的公鸡进行回交,得到F2代,选取F2代青脚母鸡与良凤花青脚公鸡进行回交,得到油麻鸡F3 B型,测定分析了F3 B型公鸡和母鸡的屠宰性能指标和肉品质指标。结果表明:油麻鸡F3 B型活重、屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率等指标显著(P0.05)或极显著(P0.01)优于拜城油鸡,胸肌肉色值油麻鸡F3 B型公鸡比良凤花公鸡提高7.31(P0.01),油麻鸡F3 B型母鸡比良凤花母鸡提高11.08(P0.01);腿肌肉色值油麻鸡F3 B型公鸡比良凤花公鸡提高21.23(P0.01),油麻鸡F3 B型母鸡比良凤花母鸡提高16.88(P0.01);滴水损失油麻鸡F3 B型公鸡比良凤花公鸡提高1.26百分点(P0.01),油麻鸡F3 B型母鸡比良凤花母鸡提高4.73百分点(P0.01)。说明拜城油鸡通过与良凤花麻鸡杂交后,其F3 B型后代屠宰性能与肉品质有明显改善。  相似文献

为了提高拜城油鸡的生产性能与良凤花鸡的肌肉品质,取得杂交优势,本研究利用拜城油鸡与良凤花鸡进行杂交、回交和本交,得到杂交三代油麻鸡F3A型,并测定其屠宰性能和体尺性状。结果表明,母鸡的屠宰率、半净膛率和全净膛率分别为87.88%、79.17%和60.10%,公鸡分别为88.96%、81.15%和61.94%;体尺性状包括体斜长、龙骨长、胸宽、胸深、胸围、胫长、胫围和背宽,母鸡平均分别为22.40 cm、13.00 cm、6.20 cm、6.24 cm、26.00 cm、10.54 cm、4.60 cm和71.50 cm,公鸡平均分别为25.20 cm、14.40 cm、7.48 cm、6.99 cm、30.10 cm、13.32 cm、5.40 cm和86.00 cm。研究表明,油麻鸡F3 A型屠宰性能与体尺性状都有明显的变化,高脚和体长的特性得到表现且屠宰性能有所提高,杂交有利于拜城油鸡品种资源的开发利用。  相似文献

贵妃鸡与麒麟鸡杂交F1代体尺、屠宰性能和肉品质测定   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了研究贵妃鸡的肉用开发价值,本试验以贵妃鸡为父本,麒麟鸡(卷羽鸡)为母本进行杂交探索,同时对12周龄F1代杂交鸡进行体尺性状,屠宰性能和肉品质测定。结果表明:(1)12周龄F1代杂交公鸡体斜长、龙骨长、胫长均显著高于母鸡(P0.05)。(2)屠宰性能:12周龄公母鸡体重分别达到1 236.67 g和1 063.00 g,差异极显著(P0.01);屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率、腹脂率、肌间脂肪宽和皮脂厚,公鸡分别为91.09%、83.44%、61.58%、15.33%、22.95%、3.71%、7.95 mm、3.96 mm,母鸡分别为89.36%、81.10%、61.75%、13.15%、19.08%、3.94%、7.53 mm、5.66mm,活体重、屠体重、半净膛重、半净膛率、全净膛重、胸肌重、腿肌重和心脏重极显著高于母鸡(P0.01),腿肌率、翅膀重显著高于母鸡(P0.05),而皮脂厚却极显著低于母鸡(P0.01),其余指标公、母差异不显著(P0.05)。(3)肉品质:在胸肌方面,12周F1代杂交母鸡的失水率显著高于公鸡(P0.05),其他指标没有显著性差异(P0.05);在腿肌方面,12周F1代杂交母鸡的肉色L值和失水率极显著高于公鸡(P0.01),但是杂交母鸡的肉色a值极显著低于公鸡(P0.01),其他指标没有显著性差异(P0.05)。  相似文献

为了培育出适合在新疆地区饲养的优质土鸡品种,试验采用拜城油鸡公鸡与良凤花鸡母鸡(麻羽)进行杂交,得到杂交一代(油麻鸡F1代),选取油麻鸡F1代青脚母鸡与拜城油鸡公鸡回交得到杂交二代(油麻鸡F2代),再选用性状突出的油麻鸡F2代母鸡与F2代高脚公鸡本交得到杂交三代A(油麻鸡F3 A)型,用油麻鸡F2代母鸡与良凤花公鸡杂交得到杂交三代B(油麻鸡F3 B)型,分别测定油麻鸡F3 A型和B型的体尺性状并进行比较。结果表明:油麻鸡F3 A型和B型具有特殊体型外貌、抗病力强、耐粗饲、饲料转化率较高的特点。说明油麻鸡F3 A型和B型总体性状优于拜城油鸡和良凤花鸡,适合在新疆和田等地区推广。  相似文献

在乌鲁木齐近郊某养鸡场养殖拜城油鸡、良凤花鸡、油麻鸡各200只,饲养环境和条件相同,定期测量其体重,记录产蛋性能指标,120日龄时测量体尺性状、屠宰性能、肌肉品质,比较3个品种的生长性能、产蛋性能、体尺性状和屠宰性能。试验结果显示:120日龄时良凤花鸡公母鸡体重最重,但成活率较低,油麻鸡成活率和体重介于良凤花鸡和拜城油鸡之间;油麻鸡开产日龄、50%产蛋率周龄、高峰产蛋率、单产等产蛋性能均优于拜城油鸡和良凤花鸡;油麻鸡公、母鸡体斜长、龙骨长、胫长和胫围均优于拜城油鸡和良凤花鸡;油麻鸡屠宰性能比拜城油鸡高,比良凤花鸡略低。油麻鸡保留了拜城油鸡成活率高、抗逆性强、耐粗饲的特点,其屠宰性能、外貌特性、生长速度等又表现出优良的特性,兼顾了拜城油鸡和良凤花鸡2个品种的优势,适合在新疆地区饲养。  相似文献

为促进武定鸡的选育,选取武定鸡和狄高鸡进行杂交,分析其杂交F1代的体尺性状与屠体性能,并进行相关性分析和多元回归分析。结果:F1代公鸡体尺性状表型值均高于母鸡,且体斜长、胸宽、龙骨长、髋骨宽、胫长、胫围差异极显著(P<0.01);F1代公鸡除了胸肌率极显著低于母鸡外(P<0.01),其余屠体性能均极显著高于母鸡(P<0.01)。F1代公、母鸡的体斜长、胸宽、胸深、龙骨长、髋骨宽、胫围均高于武定鸡;F1代公鸡屠体性能均高于武定鸡公鸡,其中半净膛率差异显著(P<0.05),活重、屠体重、屠宰率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率差异极显著(P<0.01);F1代母鸡的活重、屠体重极显著高于武定鸡母鸡(P<0.01),胸肌率、腿肌率显著高于武定鸡母鸡(P<0.05)。F1代屠宰性能间有21个极显著正相关(P<0.01),体尺性状间有14个极显著正相关(P<0.01),体尺性状与屠宰性能间有45个极显著正相关(P<0.01)。同时根据F1代体尺性状建立了预测活重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、胸肌重、腿肌重、翅重的回归方程。  相似文献

通过测定仙居鸡体重、体尺、屠宰和肉品质性状,研究其肉用特性。试验用12个公鸡家系的720只健康雏鸡(公、母各半),进行为期12周的饲养。每周测定个体重,12周龄时每个家系取5只公鸡、5只母鸡测定其体尺、屠宰性能和肉品质。结果表明:2周龄后公鸡体重均极显著大于母鸡(P<0.01),12周龄公、母体重分别为858.9g和719.5g;12周龄公鸡的体斜长、龙骨长、胫长、胫围都显著大于母鸡(P<0.05);公鸡的屠体率、半净膛率、胸肌率、头率、爪率、心率、肝率等指标均极显著大于母鸡(P<0.01),而肌、腺胃率则是母鸡极显著大于公鸡(P<0.01);公鸡胸肌剪切力显著大于母鸡(P<0.05)。  相似文献

利用拜城油鸡公鸡与良凤花母鸡进行杂交得到油麻鸡F1代,再利用油麻鸡F1代母鸡与拜城油鸡公鸡回交得到油麻鸡F2代,在圈养环境下将油麻鸡F2代与父母代良凤花鸡产蛋性能进行比较,结果表明油麻鸡F2代18周龄(120日龄)开产,最高产蛋率为87.94%,70%以上产蛋率维持16周,35周龄蛋平均重为53g,到44周龄每只平均产蛋量为119.48枚,F2代母鸡平均体重为2183g,公鸡平均体重为2935g;父母代良凤花鸡26周龄(182日龄)开产,最高产蛋率为79.01%,70%以上产蛋率维持4周;35周龄蛋平均重为59g,到44周龄每只平均产蛋量为78.29枚,母鸡平均体重为3 394g。通过比较可知,油麻鸡F2代除蛋重和体重比父母代良凤花鸡轻外,其他性能均高于父母代良凤花鸡,同时将油麻鸡F2代产蛋性能与纯种拜城油鸡产蛋性能比较,油麻鸡F2代比纯种拜城油鸡体重、产蛋性能均高。  相似文献

兴义矮脚鸡屠宰性能、肌肉品质及LPL基因表达的研究   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
为了研究兴义矮脚鸡的屠宰性能、肌肉品质、肌肉氨基酸含量及LPL基因mRNA的表达情况。屠宰了14周龄同批孵出的兴义矮脚鸡100只(公、母各半)。结果表明:公、母鸡屠宰率分别为87.40%、87.97%,公鸡的活重、半净膛率、全净膛率等均极显著(P<0.01)地高于母鸡;腹脂率极显著(P<0.01)低于母鸡。公鸡肌肉的脂肪含量(1.99%)、干物质含量(26.24%)显著低于母鸡的2.37%、27.31%(P<0.05),公鸡的蛋氨酸、缬氨酸含量显著低于母鸡(P<0.05)。腹脂、皮脂、肌肉的LPL mRNA表达量有性别差异性,而且也存在肝、腹脂、皮脂、肌肉等组织差异性。综上所述,兴义矮脚鸡公鸡产肉性能较好;母鸡的风味和营养价值较高,LPL基因mRNA的表达有组织和性别差异性。  相似文献

培育适合屠宰加工的早熟、青脚、优质肉鸡新品系,通过比较63日龄ABC、ABD和AEB杂交组合鸡群的屠宰性能和肉品质,初步筛选最优杂交组合。结果表明:3个杂交组合63日龄母鸡体重均超过1.8 kg,公鸡体重均超过2.2 kg;公母鸡的屠宰率均超过86%,全净膛率均超过68%;ABC母鸡的全净膛率、胸肌率均显著高于其他杂交组合(P0.05);ABC组合母鸡的腹脂率显著低于其他2个组合(P0.05);ABC和ABD组合公母鸡胸肌肌苷酸含量显著高于AEB母鸡肌苷酸含量(P0.05);ABC公母鸡肌内脂肪含量显著高于ABD母鸡、AEB公鸡(P0.05);3个杂交组合组合间、组合内及公母间屠宰性能(失水率、剪切力和p H)均差异不显著。ABC公母鸡胸肌肉色L值显著高于其他2个杂交组合(P0.05);ABC母鸡肉色a值显著低于AEB(P0.05)。通过对3个杂交组合屠宰性能和肉品质的比较,发现ABC组合的屠宰率、全净膛率、胸肌率、肌苷酸含量、肌内脂肪含量和肉色相对较好,初步确定ABC组合最佳,为下一步优质冷鲜鸡的新品系培育奠定基础。  相似文献

本试验对青藏高原海东鸡的屠宰性能、肉质特性及营养成分进行了测定,结果表明,海东鸡活重、屠体率、全半净膛率、半净膛率、胸肌率在两性别之间差异不显著(P〉0.05),但腿肌率公鸡显著高于母鸡(P〈0.05);腹脂率母鸡极显著高于公鸡(P〈0.01)。失水率、胸肌嫩度、熟肉率、屠宰后45min内72-24h后的pH值在公、母鸡不同部位的肌肉间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。鸡肉中初水分、蛋白质含量在两性别间无显著差异(P〉0.05),而脂肪含量公鸡明显低于母鸡,差异显著(P〈0.05)。  相似文献

选择在果园中散放饲养条件下饲养的154日龄的凉山岩鹰鸡20只,公母各10只进行屠宰性能测定和肉制品质分析。结果表明,活重公鸡极显著地高于母鸡(P<0.01);公母鸡屠宰率分别为86.64%和83.70%,半净膛率分别为81.30%和78.25%,全净膛率分别为68.45%和65.65%,公鸡都显著地大于母鸡(P<0.05);在胸肌率、腿肌率指标中,公鸡略大于母鸡,但差异不显著(P>0.05);公鸡的腹脂率极显著地小于母鸡(P<0.01);在肉色、pH值、失水率、嫩度等多数指标优于优质型崇仁麻鸡和大型白羽肉鸡(科宝)、粤禽快大黄鸡2003的物理性状。  相似文献

为保护贵州地区倒毛鸡的种质资源和遗传多样性,研究其生长性能和肉用价值,试验对倒毛鸡的生物学特性、屠宰性能及肉品质进行了测定。结果表明:倒毛鸡的蛋重为(42.75±2.18)g,孵化率约为75%。倒毛鸡在0日龄时,公、母鸡之间的体重差异不显著(P0.05),30日龄后差异达显著水平(P0.05),180日龄平均体重公鸡为1 776.12 g、母鸡为1 455.68 g,差异显著(P0.05)。180日龄腹脂率母鸡高于公鸡,而活重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、胸肌重、腿肌重、屠宰率、全净膛率、腿肌率等性状指标公鸡优于母鸡,差异均显著(P0.05);其他性状指标在性别间差异不显著。公、母鸡腿肌p H值和剪切力均高于胸肌,失水率低于胸肌,公、母鸡之间差异均不显著(P0.05)。品尝实验显示,倒毛鸡肉质细嫩、味道鲜美,比普通土鸡更受欢迎。结论:倒毛鸡具有较好的肉用性能,有较大开发价值和发展前景。  相似文献

利用90日龄的邵伯鸡商品代肉鸡进行屠宰性能测定和肌肉品质分析.结果显示,90日龄公母平均活重分别为1552.5克和1230.9克;屠宰率分别为89.71%和88.70%;半净膛率分别为83.31%和79.95%;全净膛率分别为71.36%和68.99%.邵伯鸡的胸肌和腿肌的pH值在宰后45分钟时,接近7,呈弱酸性.腿肌的肉色都较胸肌深(P<0.05).胸肌嫩度显著地优于腿肌(P<0.01),而在性别间胸腿肌的嫩度差异不显著(P>0.05).在肌肉品质的化学性状方面,胸腿肌水分含量差异不显著(P>0.05).胸腿肌的粗脂肪平均含量分别为1.95%和2.49%,胸肌显著低于腿肌(P<0.01)并且在不同性别间表现为母鸡显著地高于公鸡(P<0.01).胸腿肌的粗蛋白含量分别为25.6%和24.2%,差异都不显著(P>0.05).腿肌干物质含量低于胸肌,灰份含量胸肌高于腿肌,但差异均不显著(P>0.05).  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to explore differences of the Beijing-You chicken product quality between different dactyly.Through the production performance,egg quality and meat characteristics comparative analysis research,we could get the correlation between the Beijing-You chicken polydactyly characteristic and its product quality.So this research could provide the reference to characteristic breeding and the development of the product quality of Beijing-You chicken.In this test,we selected Beijing-You chicken (for meat and eggs),and divided into 3 groups (four-toed (4F),single five toes (SF) and double five toes (DF)) with 4 replicates per guoup and 60 hens per replicate, 720 hens totally.Then,the production performance (weight,laying rate and egg weight),egg quality (haugh unit) and muscle quality (pH,waterholding capacity,shear force,TPA,andnucleotide metabolites) were determined,respectively.The results showed that the weight of DF Beijing-You chicken in 120 days and 240 days of age were slightly higher than that of 4F and SF Beijing-You chicken,but no significant difference (P>0.05);The egg weight of DF Beijing-You chicken in 160 days of age was significantly higher than other Beijing-You chicken (P<0.05).As for DF Beijing-You chicken,the waterholding capacity in leg muscles was better than the other types (P<0.05),hardness,conglutination and chewing of leg muscle were significantly lower than other types (P<0.05),while the cohesiveness and elasticity were significantly higher than other toe types (P<0.05).The shear force in leg muscles of DF and SF Beijing-You chickens were significantly higher than other types (P<0.05),the flavor substance shared no difference between different dactyly Beijing-You chicken (P>0.05).The performance of body weight and egg weigh of DF Beijing-You chicken were superior than 4F and SF Beijing-You chicken in the early stage,but had no significant difference.In addition,the muscle quality of different dactyly Beijing-You chicken had their own advantages,overall,the correlation between leg muscle quality and different dactyly was greater than the brisket.  相似文献

试验旨在揭示威宁鸡体尺和屠宰性状的性别差异情况及体尺与屠宰指标间的相关性,参照中国家禽体尺和屠宰性状测定标准对65只(♀:33;♂:32)180日龄公、母威宁鸡的体尺和屠宰性状进行测定和分析。结果发现,威宁鸡体斜长在公、母鸡之间呈现显著差异,公鸡显著高于母鸡(P< 0.05);冠高和胫长公鸡极显著高于母鸡(P< 0.01),体尺和屠宰性状均呈性别差异,较国内其他地方鸡种,威宁鸡表现出了优异的体形外貌特征,体质健壮,肉用性能好,抗逆性强,其中,公鸡较母鸡表现为体形结构大,肉用性能更佳;另外,威宁鸡各体尺性状、多数屠宰性状及多数体尺与屠宰性状间均呈正相关关系,且多数指标间达到了显著或极显著水平(P< 0.05;P< 0.01),这对今后威宁鸡的选育尤其是早期选育具有重要参考意义。  相似文献

It aimed to investigate the sex differences and correlation of body size and slaughter traits in Wei-ning chicken,the research measured the body size and slaughter traits of 65 Wei-ning chicken(♀:33;♂:32 ) at the age of 180 days according to the nation livestock body size and slaughter measurement standards,and analysis on the correlative between body size and slaughter traits.The results showed that the lean body length was significant difference in the different sex chicken groups (P< 0.05 ),and the cocks were higher than hens,the comb hight and keel bone length of cocks were extremely significant higher than hens (P< 0.01 ).All of the body size and slaughter trait showed difference between cocks and hens,moreover,the Wei-ning chicken also showed excellent appearance,hold the strong body constitution character,good meat performance and adaptability for other native chickens,the body constitution and meat performance of cocks were better than hens.Besides,the different body size,most of slaughter traits and between body size and slaughter traits were positively correlaton,and most of indexes showed the significant or extremely significant correlation levels (P< 0.05;P< 0.01),these data would be crucial insight for the breeding,especial early breeding of Wei-ning chicken.  相似文献

In this study, the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) of MSTN gene and its correlation with the production performance was tested, and explored the molecular genetic marker of breeding in Baicheng fatty chicken. 96 Baicheng fatty chicken roosters were selected randomly and divided into 3 groups, there were 32 chicken in each group. The indexes of production performance were measured in 12, 18 and 24 weeks old and the SNP of MSTN gene was detected by PCR-RFLP method, and analyzed the relationship between gene polymorphism and production performance indexes.The results showed that 3 genotypes of AA,GA and GG were found in Baicheng fatty chicken, GA was the dominant genotype, and allele A was the dominant allele, the allele frequency was not in the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P<0.05). At 12 weeks old,AA genotype was significantly higher than GA genotype in body weight, carcass weight,semi-eviscerated weight, eviscerated weight, breast muscle weight and leg muscle weight (P<0.05). At 18 weeks old,GA genotype was significantly higher than GG genotype in body weight, breast muscle weight and leg muscle weight (P<0.05). At 24 weeks old,AA genotype was extremely significantly higher in body weight, carcass weight and semi-eviscerated weight than GG genotype (P<0.01),and AA genotype was significantly higher in eviscerated weight and leg muscle weight than GG genotype (P<0.05). GA genotype was significantly higher in body weight, carcass weight,semi-eviscerated weight and leg muscle weight than GG genotype (P<0.05), there were no significant difference in the other indexes among different genotypes at different ages (P>0.05). MSTN gene polymorphism was closely related to the production performance indexes of Baicheng fatty chicken, it was speculated this gene could be used as one of the molecular genetic markers for the breeding of Baicheng fatty chicken.  相似文献
