四倍体、三倍体及二倍体桑杂交结实性及种子质量的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
用89份人工四倍体桑,38份二倍体桑及某三倍体桑人工授粉杂交,研究三倍体杂交组合、四倍体杂交组合及三倍体桑与二倍体、四倍体桑杂交的结实性和种子的粒重、发芽率。结果表明:三倍体组合中。2n×4n有77%的组合、4n×2n有60%的组合,其每椹种子达15粒以上,极大部分(90%)的三倍体组合的种子发芽率达到85%以上,四倍体杂交组合(4n×4n)中,有71.9%的组合每椹种子15粒以上,有69.6%的组合其种子发芽率达到85%以上,每棋种子15粒以上,且种子发芽率85%以上的组合占56.1%。证明选配到繁殖系数达到二倍体杂交组合水平的四倍体杂交组合是可能的。多数4n×4n的种子较大、较重;同一母本,与四倍体父本杂交的种子稍重,大部分三倍体桑有一定的可孕性,但结实粒数很少;三倍体桑“9446-7”与四倍体、二倍体父本杂交共6个组合,平均每椹种子为2.7-8.6粒,种子成苗率最高达59.8%。 相似文献

利用矮小型种母鸡生产肉用仔鸡具有许多优点,正受到越来越多国家的重视。本次测试的主要目的是寻找具有较高繁殖性能和一定生长速度的矮小型杂交组合,供二级杂文测试作亲本。共有八个矮小型杂交组合和四个亲本参与了测试。结果表明;育雏期各杂文组合成活率较高,均在90%以上;各杂交组合66周龄入舍母鸡产蛋量达到较高水平(147.5~170.0枚),其中BC组最高,JH组最低,依次为BC、JC、JS、JR、BS、BR、BH、JH。0~61周龄耗料36.0~43.1千克,料蛋比233.2~329.0克/枚,种鸡保存率均达到89.1%以上。哪些组合可供配套使用,还要根据二级杂交商品肉鸡早期增重和饲料报酬等经济指标来确定。 相似文献

以国际标准强毒R株人工感染非免疫产蛋鸡,定时扑杀,分别从鼻窦、眶下孔、气管、肺、气囊、卵巢和输卵管分离MG,并收集感染鸡所产蛋分离MG。结果表明,人工感染48小时后上、下呼吸道及肺已被全面感染,96小时气囊已被感染,120小时输卵管已能分离到MG,卵巢始终分离不到MG。人工感染鸡自144小时便能在其所产蛋中分离出MG。药物治疗能在72小时内消除感染,油乳剂苗则需24天后逐渐降低蛋内MG分离率,药物卵内注射、种蛋药浴、高温处理均能杀死卵内MG,但以研制的种蛋浸泡剂药浴效果为最好。 相似文献

REASONS FOR PERFORMING STUDY: Centesis of the bicipital bursa using an 8.9 cm long spinal needle has been reported but the alternative of employing a 3.8 cm long hypodermic needle requires validation. OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy of 2 different methods of centesis of the bicipital bursa and to evaluate the usefulness of ultrasonographic imaging to determine the location of solution administered when centesis of the bursa is attempted. METHODS: For Trial 1, 6 clinicians, who had no previous experience of centesis of the bicipital bursa, attempted to inject a solution composed of an aqueous radiopaque contrast medium and physiological saline solution (PSS) into the bicipital bursae of 2/12 horses using the previously described distal approach to inject one bursa and a proximal approach to inject the contralateral bursa. The bicipital tendon and bursa were examined ultrasonographically before and after injection; and both shoulders were examined radiographically to identify the location of the medium. In Trial 2, another 6 clinicians, also with no previous experience of centesis, repeated Trial 1, using 6 horses, but the radiopaque contrast medium was mixed with air instead of PSS. RESULTS: Accuracy of centesis using the proximal approach was 39% and that of the distal approach 28%. Ultrasonographic examination of the shoulder allowed the location of solution and air to be accurately predicted in all 12 shoulders examined. CONCLUSIONS: Clinicians who have had no previous experience performing centesis of the bicipital bursa are unlikely to be successful in centesis using either approach. Radiographic examination after injecting a radiopaque contrast medium may be necessary to assess the success of centesis especially if bursal fluid is not obtained during centesis. Injecting air along with the radiopaque contrast medium provides more accurate ultrasonographic confirmation of centesis and better radiographic definition than does injection without air. 相似文献
