随机抽取214日龄的引入品种矮脚麻鸡与河北本地品种太行鸡种鸡鸡蛋各100枚,分别测定蛋重、蛋形指数、蛋比重、蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位、蛋黄比率、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、血肉斑比率。结果表明:二品种鸡蛋品质在蛋重、蛋比重、蛋黄颜色、蛋壳厚度方面无显著性差异(P>0.05);哈氏单位、蛋黄比率差异极显著(P<0.01);蛋形指数、蛋壳强度差异显著(P<0.05)。  相似文献

通过对不同蛋壳颜色蛋品质的比较研究,探讨蛋壳颜色与蛋品质的关系。连续3 d收集新扬州鸡蛋,从中随机选取120只,测定其蛋壳颜色、蛋重、蛋形指数、蛋壳强度、蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色、蛋白重、蛋黄重、蛋壳重和蛋壳厚度,分析蛋壳颜色与蛋品质各指标的关系。结果表明,不同蛋壳颜色的蛋品质间存在着一定差异。不同蛋壳颜色组间蛋重、蛋白重、蛋黄重、蛋形指数、哈氏单位和蛋黄颜色之间差异不显著(P〉0.05),蛋壳颜色为30~34.9的蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度与其他各组存在显著差异(P〈0.05);蛋壳颜色与蛋壳强度、蛋壳重呈显著负相关(P〈0.05),与蛋壳厚度呈极显著负相关(P〈0.01)。  相似文献

为了解美国七彩雉鸡的蛋品质性状特点,测定了43周龄美国七彩雉鸡、农大3号和汶上芦花鸡的蛋品质并分析了蛋品质性状的相关性.结果表明,3种蛋的蛋形指数、蛋白高度和哈氏单位差异不显著(P>0.05).与家鸡相比,美国七彩雉鸡蛋最小,蛋壳最薄,蛋壳强度最小,蛋黄比率最大,蛋白比率最低.美国七彩雉鸡蛋品质相关分析表明,蛋黄比率与蛋白比率呈很强的负相关(r=-0.93);蛋壳强度与蛋壳比率、蛋壳厚度和蛋形指数的相关系数分别为0.45、0.51和-0.53;蛋白高度与哈氏单位、蛋白比率、蛋形指数、蛋黄比率的相关系数分别为0.9867、0.49、-0.72和-0.58.美国七彩雉鸡蛋在蛋形指数、蛋黄色泽、蛋白品质和新鲜度上符合生产和育种要求,但蛋壳薄且强度低,应该作为今后遗传改良的重点.  相似文献

试验比较了矮小型鸡30周龄笼养、30周龄放养和60周龄笼养3种饲养方式下的蛋重、哈氏单位、蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度等蛋品质指标。试验结果表明:3组鸡蛋的蛋形指数无显著差异;笼养组随着产蛋周龄增加,蛋重显著增加,其他指标下降;放养组的蛋重、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度显著低于同周龄笼养组,哈氏单位则显著提高。  相似文献

随机抽取40周龄尼克粉鸡、仿草鸡、苏禽黄鸡、青壳蛋鸡的蛋各100个,进行蛋品质测定。结果表明不同品种鸡蛋的蛋品质存在着差异,除蛋形指数差异不显著外,4种鸡蛋的蛋壳颜色和蛋黄颜色相互间存在极显著差异(P<0.01);尼克粉鸡蛋、苏禽黄鸡蛋与仿草鸡蛋及青壳蛋鸡蛋的蛋重相互间存在极显著差异;尼克粉鸡蛋、青壳蛋鸡蛋与仿草鸡蛋、苏禽黄鸡蛋的蛋黄比率存在极显著差异;尼克粉鸡蛋与仿草鸡蛋、苏禽黄鸡蛋、青壳蛋鸡蛋的蛋壳厚度存在极显著差异;4种鸡蛋的哈氏单位相互间表现出显著(P<0.05)或极显著的差异;蛋壳强度只在尼克粉鸡与仿草鸡之间有显著差异。  相似文献

试验比较了20周龄笼养、30周龄笼养和30周龄放养三种饲养方式下的岭南黄鸡鸡蛋品质指标:蛋重、哈夫单位、全蛋胆固醇、蛋黄指数、蛋形指数、蛋壳相对重和蛋壳厚度。试验结果表明,三组蛋形指数无显著差异;笼养条件下岭南黄鸡随着产蛋周龄的增加,蛋重增加、其他指数下降;30周龄放养鸡鸡蛋的蛋重接近20周龄笼养鸡蛋,蛋壳显著增厚,全蛋胆固醇含量高于其他两组。  相似文献

测定了青海海东鸡蛋(41枚)和罗曼鸡蛋(31枚)的蛋重、蛋形指数、蛋的密度、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳重量、哈氏单位、浓蛋白高度、蛋黄比率和血斑肉斑率等9项蛋品质指标。结果表明:两品种鸡蛋的密度、蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、和血斑肉斑率无显著差异(P〉0.05);罗曼鸡蛋的蛋重显著高于海东鸡,海东鸡蛋的浓蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋黄比率均显著高于罗曼鸡(P〈0.05)。  相似文献

为了研究广西地方鸡品种东兰乌鸡不同周龄蛋品质及其变化规律,试验在饲养条件相同的条件下,测定了东兰乌鸡不同周龄(28,32,36,40,44,48,52,56,60周龄)的蛋品质指标,检测指标包括蛋重、蛋形指数、蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位、蛋壳比率、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄比率。结果表明:蛋重随着产蛋周龄的增加而增大,产蛋后期显著高于产蛋前、中期(P0.05),蛋形指数和蛋黄比率随着产蛋周龄的增加呈上升趋势,蛋壳强度和蛋壳比率随着产蛋周龄的增加呈下降趋势,蛋壳厚度、哈氏单位和蛋黄颜色在整个产蛋周期内无明显的变化规律。总体而言,东兰乌鸡蛋蛋重较小、蛋壳较薄、蛋形规则、蛋白浓稠、蛋黄比率高、蛋黄颜色适中。说明东兰乌鸡作为广西地方鸡品种具有较好的蛋品质,且在不同产蛋期的蛋品质具有一定的变化规律。  相似文献

为比较沔阳麻鸭青壳蛋和白壳蛋蛋品质的差异,选取300日龄沔阳麻鸭鸭蛋80个(青壳蛋40个、白壳蛋40个),对蛋重、蛋黄重、蛋黄比率、蛋黄色泽、蛋壳强度、蛋形指数、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋比重、蛋壳厚度进行测定分析。结果显示:沔阳麻鸭青壳蛋蛋形指数极显著低于白壳蛋(P0.01),蛋黄色泽显著高于白壳蛋(P0.05);青壳蛋蛋重、蛋黄重、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋比重有低于白壳蛋的趋势(P0.05)。青壳蛋蛋重与蛋黄重、蛋黄色泽与蛋形指数、蛋壳强度与蛋壳厚度呈极显著正相关(P0.01),蛋壳强度与蛋白高度、哈氏单位呈显著正相关(P0.05);而蛋重与蛋形指数、蛋形指数与蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋壳厚度呈显著负相关(P0.05)。白壳蛋蛋重与蛋黄重、蛋白高度,蛋黄重与蛋白高度、哈氏单位呈极显著正相关(P0.01)。研究表明,青壳蛋和白壳蛋蛋品质的改善可通过蛋重、蛋形指数、蛋壳强度等指标进行选育。  相似文献

为研究缠丝鸭蛋和普通鸭蛋在蛋品质及营养成分之间的差异,本试验随机选取300日龄左右鸭产的缠丝鸭蛋和普通鸭蛋各50枚,分别测定其蛋重、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、蛋壳颜色、蛋白高度、蛋形指数、蛋黄色泽和哈氏单位等蛋品质性状及粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙、磷、锌和铁等营养成分含量。结果表明,与普通鸭蛋相比,缠丝鸭蛋的蛋重、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳颜色、蛋壳强度和蛋形指数差异均不显著(P>0.05),而蛋白高度、蛋黄色泽和哈氏单位极显著高于普通鸭蛋(P<0.01);蛋白质、钙、锌、铁含量较高,脂肪、磷含量较低。提示,缠丝鸭蛋蛋品质优于普通鸭蛋,营养物质含量比普通鸭蛋更丰富。  相似文献

[目的]研究鸡蛋暗斑对蛋品质及其抗氧化能力的影响。[方法]从饲喂同种日粮、饲养环境相同、同日龄褐壳蛋鸡同一批次所产的褐壳蛋中,用灯光照射法挑选出24枚典型正常蛋、24枚典型暗斑蛋进行试验,并分别对正常蛋和暗斑蛋进行蛋品质、蛋黄抗氧化指标的测定及比较。[结果]蛋品质比较:暗斑蛋与正常蛋相比,其蛋形指数、蛋壳强度、蛋重、哈氏单位、蛋白高度、鸡蛋等级、蛋黄颜色、蛋黄重、蛋壳重、蛋清重、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄比重、蛋壳比重、蛋清比重均差异不显著(P>0.05);暗斑蛋蛋壳颜色极显著深于正常蛋(P<0.01)。抗氧化指标比较:暗斑蛋蛋黄的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著低于正常蛋蛋黄的总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),暗斑蛋蛋黄的丙二醛(MDA)含量与正常蛋蛋黄的丙二醛含量相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]与正常蛋相比,暗斑蛋的蛋壳颜色较深,总抗氧化能力较差。  相似文献

为研究拉萨白鸡蛋品质的相关物理性状,对43周龄拉萨白鸡所产的30枚新鲜鸡蛋进行了蛋品质测定及相关分析。结果表明,蛋壳重量与蛋壳颜色呈显著正相关(P〈0.05);蛋壳强度与蛋重呈显著正相关(P〈0.05);蛋白重量与蛋壳颜色呈显著正相关(P〈0.05),与蛋壳重量呈极显著正相关(P〈0.01),与蛋壳率呈显著负相关(P〈0.05);蛋白率与蛋壳率呈显著负相关(P〈0.05),与蛋白重量呈极显著正相关(P〈0.01);蛋黄重量与蛋壳重量、蛋白重量呈极显著正相关(P〈0.01),与蛋壳率呈显著负相关(P〈0.05),与蛋白率呈极显著负相关(P〈0.01);蛋黄率与蛋形指数、蛋黄重量呈极显著正相关(P〈0.01),与蛋壳重量、蛋白重量、蛋白率呈极显著负相关(P〈0.01);蛋黄比色与蛋壳强度呈显著负相关(P〈0.05);哈氏单位与蛋壳颜色呈显著负相关(P〈0.05),与蛋白高度呈极显著正相关(P〈0.01);蛋壳厚度与蛋壳强度呈极显著正相关(P〈0.01);血肉斑与蛋壳强度呈极显著正相关(P〈0.01),与哈氏单位呈显著负相关(P〈0.05),与蛋壳厚度呈显著正相关(P〈0.05)。其他性状间也有相关性,但差异不显著。该研究为拉萨白鸡今后的选育提供了理论依据。  相似文献

The current research was conducted to determine the comparison of hatchability and some egg quality characteristics in spotted and unspotted partridge (Alectoris chukar) eggs. The research was carried out on 51 male and 102 female chukar partridges (Alectoris chukar) aged 50 wk, which were raised at the Research and Application Farm of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Selcuk University. In total, 244 spotted and 261 unspotted eggs were used in the research. The hatching eggs were stored at 75% RH and 13°C for 14 d. Thirty spotted and 30 unspotted eggs laid on the same day were used for the evaluation of egg quality characteristics. Egg weight, chick weight, egg weight loss during the hatching period, shape index, hatchability, and some egg quality characteristics were evaluated at the end of the research. Spotted eggs exhibited a higher fertility and hatchability, as well as a lower percentage egg weight loss and embryonic mortality when compared with unspotted eggs. No significant differences were observed between spotted and unspotted eggs for egg weight, chick weight, shape index, specific gravity, albumen height, Haugh unit, yolk color green-red chromaticity (a*), albumen pH, and yolk pH. Spotted eggs had higher eggshell color a*, eggshell color blue-yellow chromaticity (b*), and eggshell strength, as well as a lower eggshell color light-dark chromaticity (L*), yolk color L*, and yolk color b* scores when compared with unspotted eggs. It was demonstrated that spots on the eggshells of chukar partridges (Alectoris chukar) improved their hatchability by affecting various quality characteristics of their eggs. It was concluded that spotted eggs are more suitable for hatching.  相似文献

通过对100个缙云麻鸭500日龄蛋的重量、蛋黄重、蛋壳重、蛋壳颜色、蛋型指数、蛋壳厚度的相关性分析,结果显示:蛋重与蛋白重、蛋黄重呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别是0.765、0.707(P<0.01);蛋白重与蛋黄重的相关系数为0.363(P<0.01);蛋白重和蛋壳重呈极显著负相关,相关系数是-0.442(P<0.01);蛋壳厚度与蛋型指数的相关系数为-0.308(P<0.01);其他参数间的相关不显著。并建立了蛋重多元线性回归方程,为缙云麻鸭的蛋品质研究提供数据模型。  相似文献

1. This experiment was carried out to determine the effects of dietary iodine supplementation on the performance and egg traits of laying hens. A total of 600 SHSY type brown layers aged 21 weeks of age were chosen at random from a large flock. They were randomly distributed into 30 pens at 20 hens per pen. Each treatment comprised 6 replicates of 20 layers in groups of 5 birds. The diets were supplemented with 0, 3, 6, 12 and 24 mg/kg iodine as calcium iodate. The experimental period lasted 30 weeks. 2. There were no significant differences among the groups in body weight, food consumption, egg production, food consumption per kg eggs, eggshell index, eggshell breaking strength, shell thickness or egg yolk index. 3. Supplementation of the diet with 12 mg/kg iodine increased food consumption per dozen eggs compared to the groups fed on diets supplemented with 0 and 6 mg/kg iodine. 4. Egg weight was less in groups fed on diets supplemented with 12 and 24 mg/kg iodine than in the group receiving no iodine supplementation. 5. Iodine supplementation to provide 12 and 24 mg/kg reduced egg albumen index and egg Haugh units. 6. There were no significant differences among the groups in egg cholesterol and egg yolk cholesterol contents. 7. The iodine concentrations in egg yolk, egg albumen and whole egg increased with increased iodine supplementation. 8. As a result, the 3 and 6 mg/kg iodine supplementation of diet could be used to enrich the eggs with iodine without any adverse effect on performance and egg traits.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究夏季高温环境下在饲粮中添加苜蓿多糖对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响。将540只156日龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分成6组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加250、500、1 000、2 000和4 000 mg/kg苜蓿多糖的试验饲粮。试验期为6周。结果显示:与对照组相比,1)饲粮中添加不同水平苜蓿多糖对平均蛋重、平均日采食量、不合格蛋率和死淘率均无显著影响(P0.05),而添加500、1 000和4 000 mg/kg苜蓿多糖显著提高了蛋鸡的产蛋率(P0.05),添加500、1 000、2 000和4 000 mg/kg苜蓿多糖显著降低了料蛋比(P0.05)。2)饲粮中添加不同水平苜蓿多糖对蛋白高度和哈夫单位均无显著影响(P0.05);250 mg/kg苜蓿多糖添加组第4和6周末的蛋黄颜色显著提高(P0.05);500 mg/kg苜蓿多糖添加组第6周末的蛋形指数显著降低(P0.05),第1、4和6周末的蛋黄颜色显著提高(P0.05);1 000 mg/kg苜蓿多糖添加组第4和6周末的蛋壳颜色显著加深(P0.05),第1、2和4周末的蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度显著提高(P0.05),第1和6周末的蛋形指数显著降低(P0.05),第1、2、4和6周末的蛋黄颜色显著提高(P0.05);2 000 mg/kg苜蓿多糖添加组第1和4周末的蛋壳厚度显著提高(P0.05),第6周末的蛋形指数显著降低(P0.05),第1、4和6周末的蛋黄颜色显著提高(P0.05);4 000 mg/kg苜蓿多糖添加组第4周末的蛋壳颜色显著加深(P0.05)且蛋壳强度显著提高(P0.05),第1和4周末的蛋壳厚度显著提高(P0.05),第6周末的蛋形指数显著降低(P0.05),第1、4和6周末的蛋黄颜色显著提高(P0.05)。结果表明,夏季高温环境下,在饲粮中添加适量的苜蓿多糖可以有效缓解蛋鸡的热应激,提高蛋鸡的生产性能,改善蛋品质,且适宜添加量为1 000 mg/kg。  相似文献

鸡蛋品质是鸡蛋生产者和消费者都非常关注的性状,为分析蛋品质在鸡种内及鸡种间的差异,本试验测定了5个地方鸡种和2个国外蛋鸡品种各30个蛋共12项常规蛋品质指标。分析结果表明:遗传背景对蛋品质影响较大,2个国外鸡种的蛋重、哈氏单位等指标高于地方鸡种,而地方鸡种在蛋形指数、蛋壳质量、蛋黄颜色以及蛋黄比率上占优,国内蛋用鸡种改良可以选择蛋黄性状为重点选育方向。7个鸡种中,海兰白蛋鸡的蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、蛋黄重是最大的,但海兰褐蛋鸡却与之完全相反,两者之间差异显著(P<0.05)。从品种内差异角度来看,商业化鸡种蛋品质变异系数小,国内鸡种整齐度有待进一步提高。  相似文献

Non-feed removal molting programme in commercial brown laying hens and its influence on pre-molting, post-molting and end of cycle egg quality traits were investigated. Overall 54 birds were randomly divided into three treatment groups and each group was fed with one of the following diets during 10 days of molting period: (i) grain barley, (ii) alfalfa meal, or (iii) commercial layer ration (non-molted control group). Eggs obtained from groups in pre-molting, post-molting and end of cycle periods were examined for several quality performance traits such as egg weight, specific gravity, shape index, shell strength, shell thickness, eggshell weight, haugh unit, albumen index, yolk index and yolk color. Results indicated that non-feed removal molting programme based particularly on grain barley had positive effect on egg quality traits in laying hens. Notably, yolk color and haugh unit, which are considered as the most important quality parameters from the consumer point of view, were relatively improved in barley molted group.  相似文献
