阿尔巴斯白绒山羊胚胎移植技术推广研究与应用   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
通过对阿尔巴斯白绒山羊供体选择、同期发情、超数排卵、手术采卵、受体羊同期发情处理、手术移植等技术应用,探索了规模化阿尔巴斯白绒山羊胚胎移植技术的组装配套,以加快胚胎移植在养羊业生产中的推广与应用.总结了供体羊选择标准、供体羊同期发情海绵栓法应用经验.供体发情率达100%、利用率为98.33%、输卵管法平均回收胚胎13.9枚、平均可用胚胎10.2枚:受体发情率81.66%、鲜胚移植受胎率77.92%、产羔率105.78%、繁殖率79.28%.结果表明,使用配套技术进行绒山羊胚胎移植较适合目前养羊业种羊改良的生产实际,技术较成熟、稳定,可在农村牧区广泛推广应用.  相似文献

选取37只优质阿尔巴斯型白绒山羊母羊作为供体,300只普通山羊为受体,采用递减法注射FSH进行超排。经同期发情、超数排卵、人工授精等过程后,采用手术法子宫角回收胚胎,经鉴定后移植。结果表明:37只供体共获得345枚胚胎,可用胚胎308枚,只均获得胚胎9.32枚、可用胚胎8.32枚,胚胎合格率高达89.28%。285只受体羊发情,发情率95%。将308枚胚胎移入273只受体,妊娠183只,受胎率67.03%,产羔197只,产羔率107.65%,繁殖率71.06%。  相似文献

为开展西藏自治区绒山羊腹腔镜胚胎移植研究工作,2020年8月23日,于西藏自治区农牧科学院畜牧兽医研究所实验室内开羊胚胎移植试验。本次试验选用健康经产空怀供体羊6只,其中藏西北紫绒山羊4只,高产藏西北白绒山羊2只;受体羊为32只健康经产空怀藏西北白绒山羊。经供体超数排卵和供、受体羊同期发情处理后,供体使用常规手术方法收集胚胎,受体使用腹腔镜技术进行胚胎移植,于术后45 d对移植受体进行B超妊娠诊断。试验结果表明,6只供体羊均超数排卵,共收集56枚可用胚胎,超排率100%(6/6),其中最少黄体个数为4,最多黄体个数为23,平均有效胚胎为9.3枚/只;受体发情29只,受体发情率为90.6%(29/32),移植29只,移植率为100%(29/29),其中27只移植双胚,2只移植单胚;B超妊娠诊断中,妊娠羊13只,受胎率为44.8%(13/29);产羔统计中,共8只受体生产9只羔羊,产羔率112.5%(9/8),羔羊成活8只,成活率88.9%(8/9)。本研究系西藏自治区首次使用腹腔镜开展藏西北绒山羊胚胎移植试验,对于高原地区绒山羊高效繁殖技术的研究应用具有重要参考意义。  相似文献

为了解决细毛羊优质种源短缺的问题,选用鄂尔多斯细毛羊种羊作为供体羊,蒙古羊作为受体羊,进行胚胎移植试验,以期通过胚胎移植技术进行优质种源快速扩繁。试验选取55只(其中36只进行二次冲胚)鄂尔多斯细毛羊母羊作为供体,以蒙古羊作为受体,采用递减法注射FSH进行超排处理。经同期发情、超数排卵、人工授精等过程后,采用手术法子宫角回收供体的胚胎,经鉴定后移植。结果表明:91只供体共获得胚胎788枚,可利用胚胎479枚,供体平均冲胚8.66枚/只,供体平均可利用胚胎5.26枚/只,胚胎可利用率60.79%。将479枚胚胎移入469只受体,妊娠290只,受胎率为61.83%,产羔253只,繁殖率为53.94%。  相似文献

选取12只纯种特克塞尔羊作为供体,并采用递减法注射FSH进行超数排卵,发情后采用人工授精方式进行配种,手术法回收胚胎,鉴定后移植.164只右玉绵羊作为受体,采用两次PG注射法进行同期发情.结果表明12只供体获得胚胎共129枚,可用胚胎109枚,每只供体羊获得9.1枚可用胚胎,胚胎合格率为84.50%.134只受体表现发情,发情率为81.70%,其中同期发情的羊108只,同期发情率65.85%.109枚胚胎移入97只受体,其中12只移植双胚.61只受体被确认为妊娠,产下52只羔羊,产羔率为53.60%.12只供体手术后产下17羔羊.  相似文献

选取24只内蒙古细毛羊作为供体,300只小尾寒羊作为受体,用FSH CIDR法对供体进行超排,采用人工授精对供体进行配种;采用两次PGF2α注射法对受体进行同期发情;采用手术法子宫角回收供体的胚胎,经过鉴定后移植给受体。结果表明:24只供体获得胚胎共275枚,可用胚胎236枚,每只供体羊获得9.83枚可用胚胎,胚胎合格率为85.82%。287只受体表现发情,发情率为95.70%,其中同期发情的羊219只,同期发情率73.00%。236枚胚胎移入214只受体,其中22只移植双胚,143只受体被确认为妊娠,产下羔羊121只,产羔率为56.54%。  相似文献

为了研究季节对杜泊羊体内胚胎生产效率及胚胎移植妊娠率的影响,于2016年选取内蒙古赛诺草原羊业有限公司种羊场经产纯种杜泊母羊作为供体,采用同期发情、超数排卵及腹腔镜人工输精等方法对供体羊进行处理后,利用手术冲胚的方法获得纯种杜泊羊胚胎,同时对受体羊进行同期发情处理和胚胎移植。经统计分析,2016年全年该公司共有放栓供体4 241只,超排处理4 180只,配种供体4 131只,冲胚供体3 987只,供体可用率为94.01%;冲出胚胎总数为23 516枚,可用胚胎18 002枚,胚胎可利用率为76.55%,平均每只供体能获得可用胚胎4.52枚。供体在10月、11月、12月冲胚所获得的平均冲胚数和平均可用胚数明显高于4月、5月、6月(P<0.05),其中10月的平均冲胚数和平均可用胚数最高(P<0.01),分别为7.04枚和5.62枚。将获得的部分胚胎用于胚胎移植,移植单胚怀孕受体数为4 446只,妊娠率为53.67%;移植双胚怀孕受体数805只,妊娠率65.02%。此外,受体在1月、3月、6月、12月受胎率较其他月份高(P<0.05)。该研究可为杜泊种羊超数排卵、胚胎移植和肉羊的产业化生产提供一定的数据参考。  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱法测定癸氧喹酯干混悬剂的含量,在2-250μg/mL范围内,峰面积的常用对数与进样量浓度的常用对数呈良好的线性关系,R^2=1(n=5),平均回收率为99.24%~99.51%,RSD在0.05%~0.28%。此方法分析时间短,样品前处理简便、定量结果准确,重现性好,结果满意,为其质量控制提供了依据。  相似文献

以国际标准强毒R株人工感染非免疫产蛋鸡,定时扑杀,分别从鼻窦、眶下孔、气管、肺、气囊、卵巢和输卵管分离MG,并收集感染鸡所产蛋分离MG。结果表明,人工感染48小时后上、下呼吸道及肺已被全面感染,96小时气囊已被感染,120小时输卵管已能分离到MG,卵巢始终分离不到MG。人工感染鸡自144小时便能在其所产蛋中分离出MG。药物治疗能在72小时内消除感染,油乳剂苗则需24天后逐渐降低蛋内MG分离率,药物卵内注射、种蛋药浴、高温处理均能杀死卵内MG,但以研制的种蛋浸泡剂药浴效果为最好。  相似文献

Ingestively masticated fragments were collected and sized via sieving. Different sizes of esophageal masticate and ruminal digesta fragments, and ground fragments of larger masticated pieces were incubated in vitro, and undigested NDF remaining at intervals of up to 168 h of incubation was determined. The ruminal age-dependent time delay (tau) for onset of digestion of NDF was positively correlated (P < 0.004) with the mean sieve aperture estimated to retain 50% of the fragments between successive sieve apertures (MRA). Degradation rate of potentially degradable NDF (PDF) and level of indigestible NDF were not related (P > 0.10) to MRA of masticated and ground fragments. Estimates of tau were positively related to MRA, with slopes of bermudagrass < corn silage < ruminal fragments of corn silage. It was concluded that fragment size-, and consequently, ruminal age-dependent onset of PDF degradation of a mixture of different fragment sizes results in an age-dependent rate of degradation of the more rapidly degrading of two subentities of PDF. Models are proposed that assume a tau before onset of simultaneous degradation of PDF from two pools characterized as having gamma-modeled age-dependency and age-constant rates. The ruminal age-dependent pool seems to be associated with the faster-degrading pool, and its rate parameter increases with range in MRA in the population of fragments. Conceptually, the ruminal age-dependent rate parameter for PDF degradation seems to represent a composite of several effects: 1) effects of the size-dependent tau; 2) range in MRA of the population of ingestively masticated fragments; and 3) subentities of PDF that degrade via more rapid age-dependent rates compared with subentities of PDF that degrade via age-constant rates. The estimated fractional rates of ruminative comminution of ingestively masticated fragments (0.060 to 0.075/h) were of a magnitude similar to the mean fractional rates of PDF digestion (0.030 to 0.085/h), which implies that ruminative comminution may be first-limiting to fractional rate of PDF digestion. The in vivo roles of ingestive and ruminative mastication of fragments on PDF degradation must be considered in any kinetic system for estimating PDF digestion in the rumen. These results and others in the literature suggest that the rate of surface area exposure rather than intrinsic chemical attributes of PDF may be first-limiting to degradation rate of PDF in vivo.  相似文献

REASONS FOR PERFORMING STUDY: Centesis of the bicipital bursa using an 8.9 cm long spinal needle has been reported but the alternative of employing a 3.8 cm long hypodermic needle requires validation. OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy of 2 different methods of centesis of the bicipital bursa and to evaluate the usefulness of ultrasonographic imaging to determine the location of solution administered when centesis of the bursa is attempted. METHODS: For Trial 1, 6 clinicians, who had no previous experience of centesis of the bicipital bursa, attempted to inject a solution composed of an aqueous radiopaque contrast medium and physiological saline solution (PSS) into the bicipital bursae of 2/12 horses using the previously described distal approach to inject one bursa and a proximal approach to inject the contralateral bursa. The bicipital tendon and bursa were examined ultrasonographically before and after injection; and both shoulders were examined radiographically to identify the location of the medium. In Trial 2, another 6 clinicians, also with no previous experience of centesis, repeated Trial 1, using 6 horses, but the radiopaque contrast medium was mixed with air instead of PSS. RESULTS: Accuracy of centesis using the proximal approach was 39% and that of the distal approach 28%. Ultrasonographic examination of the shoulder allowed the location of solution and air to be accurately predicted in all 12 shoulders examined. CONCLUSIONS: Clinicians who have had no previous experience performing centesis of the bicipital bursa are unlikely to be successful in centesis using either approach. Radiographic examination after injecting a radiopaque contrast medium may be necessary to assess the success of centesis especially if bursal fluid is not obtained during centesis. Injecting air along with the radiopaque contrast medium provides more accurate ultrasonographic confirmation of centesis and better radiographic definition than does injection without air.  相似文献
