为了解乌鲁木齐市宠物源粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌对临床常用抗菌药物的耐药性及其耐药基因携带情况,在乌鲁木齐市多家宠物医院、警犬基地、犬养殖基地采集宠物(犬和猫)直肠粪样449份进行粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌的分离鉴定,通过琼脂稀释法测定10种抗菌药物的最小抑菌浓度,利用PCR方法检测11种耐药基因。结果分离鉴定出宠物源粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌共计123株,其中粪肠球菌81株,屎肠球菌42株。宠物源粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌对四环素和庆大霉素的耐药率较高,对阿米卡星、恩诺沙星和环丙沙星呈不同程度耐药,对阿莫西林/克拉维酸、氨苄西林、万古霉素以及利奈唑胺高度敏感,仅部分屎肠球菌对亚胺培南表现耐药。检出aac(6′)/aph(2″)、aph(3′)-Ⅲ、tetM、tetA和optrA耐药基因;其余被检耐药基因未检出。耐药粪肠球菌以同时携带aac(6′)/aph(2″)+aph(3′)-Ⅲ+tetM耐药基因为主;耐药屎肠球菌以携带tetM耐药基因为主。宠物源粪肠球菌与屎肠球菌对被检抗菌药物存在不同程度耐药,均对四环素类药物耐药最严重、对应耐药基因检出率也最高。建议临床治疗应根据细菌耐药性结果进行合理用药,并持续加强对宠物源肠球菌耐药性监测。  相似文献

旨在掌握河南省猪源粪肠球菌的耐药情况。从规模化猪场抽取样品300批,采用常规方法进行粪肠球菌分离、培养、纯化,应用全自动细菌鉴定/药敏系统和PCR技术对分离菌株进行种水平鉴定,利用微量肉汤稀释法对分离菌株进行药物敏感性分析。结果表明,有154株分离菌被鉴定为粪肠球菌,总体分离率为51.33%;分离菌株对头孢西丁、克林霉素、泰妙菌素、头孢噻呋、磺胺异噁唑、红霉素、替米考星等抗菌药物耐药严重,耐药率均在90%以上,对强力霉素(多西环素)、氟苯尼考、青霉素、复方新诺明耐药性相对较强,耐药率在60%~90%。综上提示,河南省猪源粪肠球菌耐药情况严重。  相似文献

为了解上海地区奶牛乳房炎主要致病菌种类、分布及药物敏感特性,为奶牛乳房炎治疗选用敏感性药物提供依据。采集该地区奶牛场71份临床型奶牛乳房炎奶样进行细菌分离鉴定,并对主要病原菌进行药敏试验。结果显示,71份奶样共检出金黄色葡萄球菌12株,分离率最高,为16.9%,大肠杆菌11株,占15.5%,克雷伯氏菌8株,占11.3%,粪肠球菌5株,占7.0%。药敏试验显示,4种主要病原菌主要对头孢噻吩、氨苄西林、磺胺异唑抗菌药物表现不同程度的耐药,耐药率在75.0%~100.0%,对头孢噻呋、环丙沙星、阿莫西林-克拉维酸抗菌药物较敏感,敏感率在60.0%~100.0%;多重耐药菌株共16株,占22.5%,大肠杆菌和克雷伯氏菌存在同时对9种和10种抗菌药物耐药现象,多重耐药较严重。说明引起该地区奶牛乳房炎的关键致病菌为金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、粪肠球菌、克雷伯氏菌。细菌药敏试验结果显示:分离菌株对氨苄西林、磺胺异唑、庆大霉素具有较强耐药性;对头孢噻呋、环丙沙星、阿莫西林-克拉维酸抗菌药物敏感,上述研究结果可为该地区奶牛乳房炎的防制提供可靠的理论依据。  相似文献

旨在调查和分析广东省养禽场肠球菌的亚型屎肠球菌和粪肠球菌耐药性及其毒力因子流行分布特征,为控制禽源肠球菌耐药性传播、保障公共卫生安全提供理论依据。作者于2018年从广东省4个养禽场采集肠道样品493份,进行屎肠球菌和粪肠球菌的分离鉴定;采用琼脂二倍稀释法测定肠球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC);PCR方法检测肠球菌的耐药基因和毒力基因。结果显示:1)共分离到125株肠球菌,其中粪肠球菌84株(鸡源66株,鸭源18株);屎肠球菌41株,均来自鸡肠道样本。2)菌株对四环素、多西环素、红霉素几乎全部耐药,对氟苯尼考和氯霉素的耐药率高达89.60%和74.40%。屎肠球菌耐药率普遍高于粪肠球菌,而粪肠球菌对环丙沙星和利奈唑胺的耐药率高于屎肠球菌;鸭源粪肠球菌对利奈唑胺的耐药率(94%)显著高于鸡源粪肠球菌(39.4%),屎肠球菌对利奈唑胺均敏感。从鸡分离的1株粪肠球菌对万古霉素耐药。3)耐药基因在屎肠球菌中的检出率高于粪肠球菌,鸭源分离株检出率高于鸡源。耐药基因tetL、fexA、ermB最为流行,检出率均高于90%。其次是optrA基因,检出率为73.60%,poxtAfexB的检出率均低于20%。在3株鸭源粪肠球菌中检测出cfr基因。4)已检测的毒力基因中efaA的携带率最高,为63.04%(58/92),其他依次为gelE(54.35%,50/92)、ace(47.83%,44/92)、asa1(44.57%,41/92)。对环丙沙星及高浓度氨基糖苷类耐药的菌株及携带cfr基因的菌株,大多携带agg、asal、gelEace。本研究显示养殖场禽源肠球菌耐药严重,鸭源肠球菌对利奈唑胺耐药率高,耐药基因和毒力基因流行且多样,且检测出人医临床重要抗生素耐药基因,应加强对养禽场肠球菌耐药性监测。  相似文献

为研究我国猪源肠球菌的耐药情况,本研究采集18个省市猪养殖场的粪便样品836份进行了肠球菌的分离鉴定,并通过琼脂稀释法测定11种抗菌药物的最小抑菌浓度。结果显示:从836份样品中共分离出225株肠球菌,其中屎肠球菌106株,粪肠球菌56株,小肠肠球菌34株,鹑鸡肠球菌17株,铅黄肠球菌7株,坚忍肠球菌4株,Enterococcus thailandicus 1株。所有的肠球菌对被检抗菌药物耐药程度由高到低依次是四环素(98.2%)、阿米卡星(94.7%)、多西环素(89.3%)、米诺环素(88.9%)、氟苯尼考(88.4%)、红霉素(86.2%)、环丙沙星(63.1%)、氨苄西林(33.8%)、氯霉素(29.8%),未检测到万古霉素和利奈唑胺耐药菌株。除氨苄西林、万古霉素、利奈唑胺外,粪肠球菌对其余8种被检抗菌药物耐药率均高于屎肠球菌。小肠肠球菌对阿米卡星、红霉素、四环素、多西环素、米诺环素5种抗菌药物的耐药率高于屎肠球菌。肠球菌的多重耐药情况集中在6耐、7耐和8耐,占肠球菌总数的72.9%。本研究表明我国猪源肠球菌对常见抗菌药物耐药率较高,应引起更多关注。  相似文献

本研究将2012—2017年分离自山东等6省份的194株鸡源和89株猪源沙门氏菌进行了血清型鉴定和9大类13种药物的药敏试验。血清型鉴定结果显示:鸡源沙门氏菌血清型以肠炎(59.69%)、婴儿(13.61%)和鸡白痢(8.90%)为主,猪源沙门氏菌血清型以鼠伤寒(58.43%)、肠炎(12.36%)、印第安纳(11.24%)和德尔卑(7.87%)为主,两者优势血清型差异极显著(P0.01)。最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分布结果显示:沙门氏菌对氨苄西林、头孢噻呋、庆大霉素、大观霉素、四环素、多西环素、氟苯尼考、磺胺甲基异噁唑、复方新诺明、恩诺沙星和氧氟沙星耐药的问题较为突出,对黏菌素E的耐药率相对较低;猪源菌株比鸡源菌株耐药严重,对11种药物的耐药率均高于鸡源菌株。2种来源的分离菌株对阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾、头孢噻呋、庆大霉素、大观霉素、四环素、多西环素、氟苯尼考、恩诺沙星、氧氟沙星的耐药率差异均极显著(P0.01),对黏菌素E的耐药率差异显著(P0.05);猪源分离菌株的耐药问题较欧盟国家突出,与鸡源菌株5耐以上的菌株比例差异极显著(P0.01)。肠炎和鼠伤寒沙门氏菌对阿莫西林/克拉维酸、庆大霉素、大观霉素、四环素、氟苯尼考、磺胺异噁唑和黏菌素E的耐药率差异极显著(P0.01),对氨苄西林耐药率差异显著(P0.05)。不同年份间沙门氏菌分离株对氨苄西林、阿莫西林/克拉维酸、头孢噻呋、庆大霉素、大观霉素、四环素、氟苯尼考、复方新诺明、恩诺沙星和黏菌素E的耐药率差异极显著(P0.01),对多西环素和氧氟沙星耐药率差异显著(P0.05)。结果表明:肠炎、鼠伤寒分别是我国部分地区鸡、猪源沙门氏菌的优势血清型;沙门氏菌耐药性与动物来源、血清型和分离年份相关,且鸡、猪源沙门氏菌耐药情况比欧盟国家严重。  相似文献

为了解河北省规模猪场大肠埃希菌耐药情况,从河北省9个地区规模化猪场采集肠拭子,通过分离鉴定获得240株大肠埃希菌。采用微量肉汤稀释法测定了13种常用抗菌药物对分离菌株的最小抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC),以美国临床检验标准委员会(NCCLS)临界浓度作为判定标准,并统计耐药率。结果表明,多数菌株对氨苄西林、阿莫西林/克拉维酸、头孢噻呋、丁胺卡那霉素、左氧氟沙星不敏感,耐药率分别为99.58%、98.75%、90.08%、78.75%及98.33%;全部菌株对大观霉素、多西环素、氟苯尼考、磺胺六甲氧嘧啶、恩诺沙星、乙酰甲喹、黏菌素耐药;对美罗培南的耐药率为3.81%。  相似文献

该试验旨在测定牛至油及其与5种抗生素联合应用的抗菌活性。用两倍稀释法测定牛至油对16株临床分离大肠杆菌,包括8株产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)菌和8株不产ESBLs菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值.挑选几株耐药菌株用棋盘法测定牛至油与头孢噻呋、左旋氧氟沙星、阿奇霉素、多西环素、氟苯尼考联用的抗菌活性。结果表明:牛至油对产ESBLs和不产ESBLs菌的MIC值均为0.25mg/ml;牛至油与左旋氧氟沙星和氟苯尼考之间存在协同作用.与头孢噻呋、阿奇霉素、多西环素存在相加作用或无关作用。  相似文献

为了解河南省某地区社区健康人源及动物(鸡、猪)源肠球菌种属分布及对多种抗菌药物的耐受情况,以及研究不同来源肠球菌的流行分布和抗菌药物耐药表型特点,本试验应用肠球菌选择性培养基对220份人源及动物源粪便样本进行肠球菌的分离培养,并对分离菌株采用16S rDNA序列分析结合API生化板条进行种属鉴定,纸片扩散法对分离肠球菌进行9种抗菌药物的敏感性检测.肠球菌分离及鉴定结果显示肠球菌总分离率、粪肠球菌分离率及屎肠球菌分离率在人源、鸡源、猪源3种来源间均差异显著(P<0.05):肠球菌总分离率为70.91%(156/220),猪源肠球菌分离率最高(86.00%),人源肠球菌分离率最低(62.63%),且人源与猪源肠球菌分离率差异显著(P<0.018);人源粪便样本中分离率最高的为屎肠球菌(31.36%),鸡源、猪源肠球菌中粪肠球菌分离率最高,分别为28.17%和32.00%.抗菌药物敏感性结果显示肠球菌对多种药物的耐药率在人源、鸡源、猪源3种来源间差异显著(P<0.05),且3种来源肠球菌的多药耐药率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).人源肠球菌对红霉素(69.35%)、环丙沙星(37.10%)、氨苄西林(19.35%)等抗菌药物耐药率较其他来源的肠球菌要高;鸡源肠球菌对四环素(88.24%)、氟苯尼考(11.76%)、氯霉素(21.57%)等抗菌药物耐药率较其他来源的肠球菌要高;猪源肠球菌对抗菌药物耐药率总体较低,且其多药耐药率(7.84%)也低于人源(35.48%)及鸡源肠球菌(30.19%).提示,健康人及动物粪便样本中肠球菌种属分布不同及对抗菌药物耐药率有差别,并对多种常见抗菌药物耐药率较高,有关部门应加强社区人群及动物等非临床来源肠球菌耐药检查、监测,进而更好的了解中国耐药肠球菌的流行现状,更有效的控制耐药肠球菌的传播.  相似文献

本文从辽宁某鸡场100份肉鸡盲肠拭子中分离获得粪肠球菌24株,通过ATB细菌鉴定仪进行鉴定确认为粪肠球菌,并对这24株粪肠球菌进行了14种抗生素的药敏试验。结果显示,粪肠球菌对青霉素、万古霉素、氨苄西林和替拉考宁敏感;对红霉素、氯霉素、环丙沙星、四环素、左氧氟沙星和奎奴普汀/达福普汀耐药,耐药率均达到100.0%,养殖场抗菌药物耐药严重。  相似文献

17 feces samples of yak which were collected in Hongyuan county were measured with Gram staining method and 16S rRNA molecular identification in this study.8 suspected Enterococcus were separate from feces samples by bacteria purification and PCR amplification with 1 500 bp specific band. 6Enterococcus faecalis and 2Enterococcus faecium were identified through 16S rRNA sequencing.The homology analysis of the strains revealed that the homology between Enterococcus faecalis and reference strains sequence were 99.7% to 100%,that of Enterococcus faecium and reference sequence were 98.2% to 99.2%,indicating that the yak Enterococcus was highly conserved in the process of genetic evolution.The drug sensitive test results showed that the isolated strains were highly resistance to aminoglycoside antibiotics.Enterococcus faecium 11-1-2 strain was not only 5 multi-resistant,but also showed resistence to vancomycin.Enterococcus faecalis strains was most 3 multi-resistant.The antibiotics resistance results revealed that the resistance of yak Enterococcus was serious and should be taken seriously.  相似文献

试验结合革兰氏染色及16S rRNA分子鉴定,对分离自红原县的17份牦牛粪便样中的肠球菌进行鉴定。结果显示,通过细菌分离纯化及PCR扩增,从牦牛粪便样品中分离出8株疑似肠球菌,分离菌的扩增产物经凝胶电泳后均产生1 500 bp特异性条带。16S rRNA测序结果显示,8株疑似肠球菌中,6株为粪肠球菌,2株为屎肠球菌。同源性比对分析显示,粪肠球菌与参考序列同源性为99.7%~100.0%,屎肠球菌与参考序列同源性为98.2%~99.2%,说明牦牛源肠球菌在遗传进化过程中高度保守。运用K-B纸片法进行药敏试验,结果显示,分离株对氨基糖苷类抗生素耐受性较高,2株屎肠球菌中,11-1-2菌株表现为5重耐药,且该菌株耐万古霉素,粪肠球菌主要表现为3重耐药,药敏结果提示牦牛源肠球菌耐药较严重,应引起高度重视。  相似文献

为了解北京市宠物源细菌的抗菌药物耐药情况,2022年,笔者对北京市四个城区的四家宠物医院的犬、猫共计50份样本的肛拭子进行了研究。试验对样品中的大肠杆菌和肠球菌首先进行了分离培养和质谱鉴定,然后采用微量肉汤稀释法分析分离菌株的耐药表型。结果共分离出大肠杆菌25株、肠球菌25株(屎肠球菌14株、粪肠球菌11株)。大肠杆菌耐药率最高的2种抗菌药为四环素和氨苄西林,多重耐药菌占44%;肠球菌耐药情况较严重,粪肠球菌耐药率最高的抗菌药物为磺胺异噁唑,屎肠球菌耐药率最高的抗菌药物为磺胺异噁唑、头孢西丁和红霉素,二者多重耐药菌占分离株总数的100%。综上,北京地区宠物源大肠杆菌、肠球菌的耐药情况较为严峻,且多重耐药现象突出,需要加强对宠物抗菌药使用的监督与管理。  相似文献

Results of susceptibility tests of clinical isolates of animal pathogens are periodically summarized and reported by the Animal Health Service. However, these results are based upon qualitative test methods. In the present paper results of quantitative susceptibility tests of twelve antibacterial agents against Mannheimia haemolytica (MHA) and Pasteurella multocida (PMU) isolated from Dutch calves in 1996 and 1997 are presented. Minimum inhibitory concentrations of amoxicillin, ceftiofur, tetracycline, trimethoprim-sulphamethoxazole, tilmicosin, neomycin, gentamicin, spectinomycin, flumequine, enrofloxacin, chloramphenicol and florfenicol were determined. No resistance was detected for ceftiofur and florfenicol. Three strains had an intermediate susceptibility to tilmicosin. The resistance percentages of MHA and PMU for neomycin, gentamicin, spectinomycin, flumequine, enrofloxacin, and chloramphenicol varied from 2% to 16%. Higher resistance percentages (16%-53%) were observed for amoxicillin, tetracycline, and trimethoprim-sulphamethoxazole. The MIC breakpoints used to determine whether a strain is susceptible, intermediate, or resistant are arbitrary and discussed in this paper.  相似文献

为了解河南郑州市常见宠物携带菌株组成以及耐药情况,本试验采集了郑州地区不同宠物医院患病及健康犬、猫共计76个样本的肛拭子、眼拭子、耳拭子。试验通过细菌分离培养、形态学观察、生化试验、16s rRNA基因测序完成细菌鉴定,确定分离菌株种类,采用微量肉汤稀释法测定分离菌株耐药表型。结果共分离得到大肠杆菌50株、肠球菌27株、奇异变形杆菌24株、葡萄球菌46株、绿脓杆菌4株。奇异变形杆菌耐药最为严重,对多西环素、替米考星两种药物耐药率高于90.0%;大肠杆菌对替米考星的耐药率高达94.0%,对阿莫西林耐药率为62.0%,对多西环素、多粘菌素E、庆大霉素、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、头孢噻呋的耐药率在4.0%~24.0%之间。肠球菌对多西环素、庆大霉素、头孢噻呋三种药物的耐药率在29.6%~40.7%之间;对阿莫西林、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星三种药物的耐药率在7.4%~14.8%之间,对替米考星的耐药率为66.7%。葡萄球菌对替米考星的耐药率为39.1%,对阿莫西林、多西环素、庆大霉素、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、头孢噻呋的耐药率均低于20.0%。上述试验结果表明:大肠杆菌和葡萄球菌在宠物菌群组成中占比较大;大肠杆菌和奇异变形杆菌的耐药情况较为严重。  相似文献

为了解猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌对达氟沙星的敏感性和达氟沙星的杀菌效果,收集和分离48株猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌,采用微量肉汤稀释法和菌落计数法对体外药物敏感性试验和生长曲线、杀菌曲线进行了研究。猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌对氨苄西林、磺胺异恶唑、头孢噻呋、大观霉素、黏菌素耐药率高,对阿莫西林/克拉维酸、复方新诺明、氟苯尼考、多西环素、庆大霉素、四环素、恩诺沙星、氧氟沙星、达氟沙星敏感。达氟沙星最小抑菌浓度(MIC)集中在0.0078μg/m L。达氟沙星浓度在MIC及以上时,随浓度升高,杀菌时间缩短,为典型的浓度依赖型抗生素。该试验结果可用于指导猪传染性胸膜肺炎的临床预防和治疗。  相似文献

随着对畜产品需求的增加,人们越来越重视畜产品的安全性。屎肠球菌为常见乳酸菌,是近年来研究较多的益生菌,其代谢产物对病原菌的抑制、肠道菌群稳定和家畜生长具有重要意义,已广泛应用于畜牧生产中,但耐药性和致病性屎肠球菌的相继发现,引发了公众的担忧。因此,如何合理、规范应用屎肠球菌是其在畜牧生产中应用的关键。本文综述了屎肠球菌的生物学特性及其在畜牧生产中的应用研究进展,但抗生素耐药性屎肠球菌的发现,使得屎肠球菌的应用更为谨慎。  相似文献

The prevalence of strains of Staphylococcus aureus, coagulase-negative (CN) staphylococci, Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis, E. faecium and Bacillus cereus, was investigated in 111 bulk milk samples. Staphylococcus aureus was isolated from 38 samples, CN staphylococci from 63 samples, E. coli from 49 samples, E. faecalis or E. faecium from 107 samples, and L. monocytogenes from two samples. Bacillus cereus was not found in any of the samples and three samples were free of any of the selected species. Sensitivity to the anti-microbial drugs amikacin, ampicillin, ampicillin + sulbactam, cephalothin (CLT), cephotaxime, clindamycin, chloramphenicol (CMP), co-trimoxazole, erythromycin (ERY), gentamicin, neomycin, norfloxacin, oxacillin, penicillin, streptomycin (STR), tetracycline (TTC) and vancomycin was tested using the standard dilution technique. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) characteristics (MIC50, MIC90, MIC range) were determined for each microbial species. Resistance against one or more anti-microbial drugs was found in 93% of S. aureus, 40% of CN staphylococci, 73% of E. coli, 88% of E.faecalis, 55% of E.faecium, and one L. monocytogenes strain. Most of the strains, particularly enterococci, were resistant to STR, TTC, and ERY (MIC50 4 microg/ml). A high percentage of staphylococci were resistant to beta-lactam antibiotics. High resistance to CLT was found in 11 strains of E. coli (MIC 256 microg/ml) and strains resistant to CMP (MIC90 16 microg/ml) were detected. The highest numbers of resistance phenotypes were found in E. coil (16) and CN staphylococci (12). Eighteen identical resistance phenotypes were demonstrated in indicator bacteria (E. coli, E. faecalis, E. faecium) and pathogens (S. aureus, CN staphylococci) isolated from the same bulk milk sample. The obtained resistance data were matched against the herd owners' information on therapeutic use of the drugs. This confrontation could not explain the findings of strains resistant to ERY or CMP. Our findings are evidence of selection of resistant strains among not only pathogenic agents, but also among indicator bacteria which can become significant carriers of transmissible resistance genes.  相似文献
