采用二因子多水平有重复的试验设计,选取16只3月龄断奶并已去势的苏尼特羊公羔,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,试验前各组体重差异不显著(P>0.05)。分别于试验羊活重达10.79±0.49、20.73±0.70、28.54±0.57、(38.19±2.85)kg时屠宰,采集背最长肌(LD)和股二头肌(BF)样品后测定肌内脂肪(IMF)含量、肌肉组织LPL和HSL活性,并分析不同体重阶段酶活的变化及其与肌内脂肪沉积的关系。结果表明:①随着体重的增加,IMF含量逐渐增加,并存在极显著差异(P<0.01);不同部位肌肉间的IMF含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。②不同肌肉组织LPL和HSL活性均随体重增加逐渐降低,不同发育阶段存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。LPL11kg时酶活显著高于后三个体重阶段(P<0.01),但LD表现出先降低后升高的趋势,29kg体重时酶活降到最低,极显著低于前两个体重阶段(P<0.01),38kg时又开始升高,但与29kg时差异不显著(P>0.05)。LD中HSL酶活最低值出现于21kg体重阶段,而BF在29kg时HSL酶活性最低,二者都极显著低于11kg时的酶活(P<0.01)。不同肌肉部位间LPL活性在11kg时BF显著低于LD(P<0.05),29kg时极显著高于LD(P<0.01),其它两个阶段差异不显著(P>0.05)。11~29kg不同肌肉部位HSL变化差异不显著(P>0.05),38kg体重时BF中HSL活性极显著高于LD(P<0.01)。③BF和LD中LPL酶活在11~38kg期间与IMF含量均呈负相关,相关系数分别为-0.782(P=0.003)、-0.864(P<0.001)。BF中HSL与IMF含量无显著的相关性(P>0.05);LD中HSL与IMF含量呈负相关(-0.850,P<0.0001)。结论:LPL和HSL是IMF沉积的重要参与者,对IMF的沉积有显著的影响。HSL活性的发育性变化趋势与肌内脂肪沉积基本一致。11~38kg体重阶段肥羔LD和BF中肌内脂肪合成与分解代谢达动态平衡。  相似文献

选取体重接近的鄂尔多斯细毛羊与昭乌达肉羊各5只,屠宰后取背最长肌检测肌内脂肪含量,用荧光实时定量PCR法检测肌肉PRKAG3和LPL基因mRNA表达水平,分析其与肌内脂肪含量的关系.结果表明,鄂尔多斯细毛羊背最长肌IMF含量显著高于昭乌达肉羊(P<0.01);鄂尔多斯细毛羊LPL基因mRNA的表达量与鄂尔多斯细毛羊的IMF含量呈负相关(-0.44);PRKAG3基因mRNA的表达量与昭乌达肉羊的IMF含量呈负相关(-0.42),但差异均不显著;鄂尔多斯细毛羊和昭乌达肉羊背最长肌PRKAG3基因mRNA的表达量差异不显著,而鄂尔多斯细毛羊LPL基因mRNA的表达量显著高于昭乌达肉羊(P<0.01).  相似文献

试验选用84头体重接近10kg杜洛克×长白×大约克(DLY)三元杂交阉公猪,随机分成2组,组内设6个重复,每个重复7头猪.研究在NRC(1998)标准(对照组)、荣昌猪(GB 7223-1987)饲养标准(试验组)两种饲粮条件下,营养水平对DLY生长肥育猪血液生化指标、背最长肌肌内脂肪(IMF)含量及LPLmRNA表达量的影响.结果表明(1)对照组及试验组生长肥育猪血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量、背最长肌肌内脂肪及LPL mRNA表达量含量随体重增加均呈上升趋势,35~80kg阶段血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)呈上升趋势,而后下降,而低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值(LDL-C/HDL-C)呈下降趋势;(2)各阶段试验组背最长肌肌内脂肪含量均高于对照组,体重50kg时达到显著水平(P<0.05);体重110kg时,试验组背最长肌LPL mRNA表达量高于对照组(P>0.05);降低饲粮营养水平可降低35~110kg阶段血清胆固醇(TC)、HDL-C和FFA含量,降低了50~80kg阶段血清甘油三酯(TG)、LDL-C和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)含量(P>0.05).  相似文献

以40-90 kg 6个体重组的莱芜猪和鲁莱黑猪共72头去势公猪为试验对象(每组6头),采用相对定量RT-PCR方法,以-βactin基因为内标,分析肌肉组织LPL基因表达的发育性变化及其与肌内脂肪沉积的关系。结果表明:莱芜猪与鲁莱黑猪肌肉组织中LPL基因表达的发育性变化趋势基本相似,随体重的增长,莱芜猪50-70kg阶段LPLmRNA表达丰度逐渐下降(P<0.05),80 kg阶段迅速回升出现一个峰值后再次下降;鲁莱黑猪LPLmRNA表达丰度随体重的增加呈缓慢下降趋势,70 kg以后变化不大并维持较低水平,其前期(40-60 kg)与后期(70-90 kg)的表达量差异显著(P<0.05)。总体上莱芜猪肌肉组织LPL基因表达量略高于鲁莱黑猪(P>0.05)。相关分析表明,莱芜猪和鲁莱黑猪肌内脂肪相对含量与肌肉组织LPLmRNA表达的发育性变化分别呈显著(P<0.05)和极显著(P<0.01)的正相关。研究结果提示:猪肌肉组织LPL是肌内脂肪沉积的重要参与者,其编码基因的表达具有明显的体重发育特征,并对肌内脂肪的沉积具有一定程度影响。  相似文献

选择西杂、利杂、利草杂交肉牛共42头为研究对象,以品种为单位,随机分为3组,饲喂相同营养水平的日粮,在饲养的第90、180、270天按比例屠宰,研究不同杂交品种肉牛背最长肌和半腱肌IMF含量随时间的变化规律;采用荧光RT-PCR技术,检测不同杂交品种肉牛背最长肌LPL mRNA表达量的变化规律。结果表明:IMF含量品种间存在差异,利杂牛含量最高;屠宰部位间存在差异,背最长肌IMF含量高于半腱含量。背最长肌LPL表达量对肌内脂肪沉积有显著的影响,并且存在品种的特异性,利杂牛和利草杂牛LPL表达量和IMF含量存在显著的正相关。  相似文献

本研究主要探讨不同品种肉鸡PRKAA基因表达的规律及其与MyHC基因表达和肌内脂肪沉积的关系。选择体重一致的1日龄AA鸡、BJY鸡各90只,每品种随机分为6个处理,每处理15只,在相同营养标准和管理条件下饲养至1、56日龄进行屠宰,测定腿肌MyHC、PRKAA基因表达水平与肌内脂肪(IMF)的含量。结果表明:AA鸡和BJY鸡1日龄和56日龄的PRKAA1基因表达水平差异不显著(P>0.05),而PRKAA2、MYHC基因表达水平及IMF沉积差异显著(P<0.05)。1日龄AA鸡MYHC_IIA基因、PRKAA2基因表达水平显著高于56日龄(P<0.05),IMF含量都是1日龄显著高于56日龄含量(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明,PRKAA1基因表达与MYHC_IIB基因表达呈显著负相关,  相似文献

以40~90 kg 6个体重阶段莱芜猪和新莱芜猪共72头为试验对象,研究了不同组织中脂肪代谢酶活性的发育性变化规律及其与肌内脂肪含量、背膘厚的关系。结果表明:(1)在生长期随着体重的增大,肌肉组织中脂肪合成酶异柠檬酸脱氢酶(ICDH)活性显著高于苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)活性(P<0.01);ICDH活性在60~70 kg时达到峰值,而后开始下降,MDH活性规律不明显;脂肪分解酶激素敏感脂酶(HSL)的活性先降后升,70~80 kg时活性最高。(2)背膘中合成酶MDH活性显著高于ICDH活性(P<0.01);MDH和ICDH活性都是先降后升,但总体升降幅度不大;HSL活性40~50 kg基本稳定,而后逐步增强。(3)肝脏组织中合成酶ICDH活性显著高于MDH活性(P<0.01);ICDH、MDH活性逐渐升高,至60 kg以后其活性趋于稳定,脂肪分解酶HSL活性的发育性变化规律不明显。(4)肌肉组织中的MDH、HSL活性与肌内脂肪含量呈极显著相关(P<0.01);肝脏组织中的MDHI、CDH与肌内脂肪含量呈显著正相关,ICDH还与背膘厚呈极显著正相关;背膘组织中的MDH、HSL与背膘厚呈极显著相关(P<0.01)。研究结果提示:肌内脂肪的沉积与背膘脂肪的沉积既存在一定的内在联系(通过肝脏),又具有一定的独立性,通过选择肌肉组织中脂肪代谢酶活性,在不显著影响皮下脂肪沉积量的前提下可望提高肌内脂肪的沉积量。  相似文献

以12月龄海门山羊公羊、母羊和波尔山羊×海门山羊F1代公羊3个群体为素材,分别取颊肌、斜方肌、臂三头肌、背最长肌、股二头肌、股四头肌和腓肠肌7个部位肌肉,采用高效液相色谱法测定肌肉中的肌苷酸(IMP)含量,研究肌苷酸与肌内脂肪(IMF)的沉积规律。结果表明:海门山羊(♂)及波尔山羊×海门山羊F(1♂)7个部位肌肉间IMP的含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。海门山羊(♀)的颊肌和斜方肌的IMP含量显著高于背最长肌和股二头肌(P<0.05);海门山羊(♂)IMP含量高于海门山羊(♀)和波尔山羊×海门山羊F(1♂)。3个群体中,背最长肌的IMF含量最高,且在海门山羊(♂)和波尔山羊×海门山羊F(1♂)中,背最长肌的IMF显著大于其他部位(P<0.05);海门山羊(♀)颊肌、斜方肌和臂三头肌中的IMF含量高于另外2个群体。由结果可知,IMP和IMF在不同群体和部位含量不同,海门山羊(♂)鲜味优于其他群体,而海门山羊(♀)肌内脂肪较丰富,风味较好。  相似文献

试验比较2个不同基因型猪肌糖原含量、生长性能、胴体品质和肉质的差异,并分析肌糖原含量与生长性能、胴体品质及肉质之间的相关关系。将7头纯种汉普夏阉公猪体重为(19.48±1.1)kg和6头长撒公猪体重为(20.5±1.5)kg在相同条件下进行单圈饲养,到体重达100kg左右时屠宰,并测定肌糖原、胴体品质和肉质。结果表明:汉普夏猪比长撒猪有较高的日增重(P>0.05),较高的肌糖原含量(P<0.05);长撒猪有较高的背膘厚(P<0.01),较低的屠宰率(P<0.05)、眼肌面积和瘦肉率(P<0.01);汉普夏猪有较低的pH2(P<0.05)、剪切力(P<0.05)和b值(P<0.01),但滴水损失和失水率(P<0.05)高于长撒猪。相关分析结果表明:肌糖原含量与眼肌面积和瘦肉率呈正相关,与剪切力、滴水损失、平均日增重、b值、pH1和pH2呈负相关,而与平均日增重、屠宰率和胴体长相关性不大。这表明肌糖原含量是影响猪胴体品质和肉质的一个重要因素。  相似文献

为研究不同饲养条件对地方猪种宗地花猪心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白(heart fatty acid binding protein,H-FABP)基因表达及肌内脂肪(intramuscular fat,IMF)含量的影响,试验利用实时荧光定量PCR技术,分别测定放养型和圈养型宗地花猪背最长肌中H-FABP基因的表达水平,并测定背最长肌的IMF、大理石纹、嫩度.结果发现,圈养型宗地花猪的IMF、大理石纹、嫩度均高于放养型宗地花猪(P >0.05),pH、肉色极显著高于放养型宗地花猪(P <0.01);放养型宗地花猪背最长肌中H-FABP mRNA 水平显著高于圈养型宗地花猪(P <0.05);放养型、圈养型宗地花猪H-FABP基因表达与IMF均无显著相关性(P >0.05).以上结果表明,不同饲养条件影响H-FABP基因表达并在一定程度上影响IMF,但影响不显著.  相似文献

The present study was conducted to elucidate the effect of dietary lysine levels on the intramuscular fat (IMF) content in the Longissimus dorsi (L. dorsi) muscles of finishing gilts. Eleven gilts in total from two litters of pigs aged 110 days were used. The average initial bodyweight of the pigs was 61.7 kg. Six pigs were assigned to the low lysine (LL) diet group (lysine content: 0.43 or 0.40%) and five pigs were assigned to the control group (lysine content: 0.65 or 0.68%). The diets were iso‐energetic and iso‐protein, and contained all essential amino acids (apart from lysine) in the recommended amounts. The pigs were fed these diets until their live weights reached 110 kg. Live weight gain and feed efficiency tended to be lower in the LL group (P = 0.118 and P = 0.052, respectively). Pigs from the LL group took 5 days longer to reach 110 kg (P < 0.01). The IMF content in the L. dorsi of the LL group was twice as high as that of the control group (6.7 vs 3.5%; P < 0.01). The percentage of oleic acid in the L. dorsi of the LL group tended to be higher than that of the control group (P = 0.052), whereas the percentage of linoleic acid and the total percentage of polyunsaturated fatty acids in the L. dorsi were lower (P < 0.05) in the LL group. Free L‐carnitine content in the L. dorsi was lower (P < 0.05) in the LL group. The average abundance of peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptor gamma mRNA in the L. dorsi of the LL group was threefold higher than that of the control group. The leptin mRNA abundance in the L. dorsi of the LL group was 3.3‐fold higher than that of the control group (P < 0.01). These results suggest that a higher activity of adipogenesis may have been involved in the promoted accumulation of IMF in the L. dorsi muscles of pigs, induced by a dietary LL level.  相似文献

This study was designed to estimate dietary energy level on intramuscular fat (IMF) deposition in Simmental × Yellow breed cattle. Results showed that ultimate weight and average daily gain in high and medium energy groups were significantly higher than low‐energy group, yet feed conversion ratio was significantly lower. IMF content was significantly increased by dietary energy increasing, whereas longissimus muscle shear force significantly decreased. Serum‐free fatty acids, triglycerides and glucose significantly increased by dietary energy increasing, whereas growth hormone (GH) significantly decreased. Enzyme activities of lipoprotein lipase (LPL), fatty acid synthase (FAS), and acetyl‐CoA carboxylase (ACC) significantly increased by dietary energy increasing, whereas hormone‐sensitive lipase (HSL) and carnitine palmitoyltransferase‐1 (CPT‐1) significantly diminished. Peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptor γ, sterol regulatory element‐binding protein 1, stearoyl‐CoA desaturase, adipocyte‐fatty acid‐binding proteins, ACC, LPL, and FAS gene or protein expression significantly increased by dietary energy increasing, whereas HSL, CPT‐1, and GH gene or protein expression significantly decreased. These results indicated that high dietary energy promoting IMF deposition is mainly by downregulating pituitary GH gene expression, decreasing serum GH concentration, increasing lipogenic genes levels of mRNA, enzyme activities and protein expression, and decreasing lipolytic genes levels of mRNA, enzyme activities, and protein expression.  相似文献

为了研究紫花苜蓿对猪生长及肉质性能的作用,选用16头长×大外二元育肥猪,在基础饲料中添加4%苜蓿,应用免疫组织化学、酶联免疫吸附试验、实时荧光定量PCR研究脂肪代谢相关因子在mRNA水平和蛋白质水平表达的差异。结果显示:饲料中添加苜蓿后,杂交猪骨骼肌细胞中瘦素(leptin)基因(P<0.05)和蛋白(P>0.05)的表达量下降,与日增重呈轻度负相关(r=-0.314);转录因子C/EBPβ(CCAAT/en-hancer binding proteins,CEBPβ)基因和蛋白的表达量变化不明显;过氧化氢酶体激活增殖受体(peroxisome proliterator actiated receptors,PPARr)基因和蛋白水平高于对照组(P>0.05),与日增重(r=-0.837)、瘦肉率(r=-1.000)、pH1(r=-1.000)呈高度负相关,与脂率(r=1.000)、熟肉率(r=1.000)高度正相关;脂联素(adiponectin)基因(P>0.05)和蛋白(P<0.05)表达量高于对照组,与脂率(r=-1.000)、熟肉率(r=-1.000)、胴体重(r=-0.500)、屠宰率(r=-0.500)、肉色评分(r=-0.500)、pH24(r=-0.500),肌内脂肪含量(r=-0.500)负相关,与日增重(r=0.837)、瘦肉率(r=1.000)、pH1(r=1.000)、眼肌面积(r=0.500)、失水率(r=0.500)正相关;脂肪分化相关蛋白(adiposedifferentiation-related protein,ADFP)基因(P>0.05)和蛋白(P<0.05)表达量上调,但与肉质、体增重等指标相关性不大;脂蛋白脂酶(lipo-protein lipase,LPL)基因和蛋白变化不明显,与各项屠宰指标不相关。这些结果表明一定量的紫花苜蓿下调Leptin、通过CEBPβ上调PPARr、ADFP和Adiponectin 3个基因和蛋白的表达,增加猪的日增重、肌内脂肪,影响肉质性状,对LPL的作用较小。这些研究为紫花苜蓿在养猪业中的开发利用奠定了理论基础。  相似文献

试验选用84头10 kg左右荣昌阉公猪,随机分成2组,每组6个重复,每个重复7头猪,在参照中国瘦肉型猪饲养标准(高营养水平组)、荣昌猪(GB 7223—1987)饲养标准(低营养水平组)配制的2种日粮饲喂条件下,研究日粮营养水平对生长肥育期荣昌阉公猪肌内脂肪、脂肪酸含量及组成的影响。结果表明:本试验条件下,营养水平对生长育肥阶段荣昌猪肌内脂肪含量无显著影响;高营养水平组显著提高荣昌猪35 kg时硬脂酸含量(P0.05)和20 kg时亚麻酸含量(P0.05);荣昌猪的饱和脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸和必需脂肪酸含量,高低营养水平组在各个体重阶段差异均不显著(P0.05)。  相似文献

This study was conducted to estimate the effect of dietary conjugated linoleic acids (CLA) on intramuscular and subcutaneous fat deposition in Yellow Breed × Simmental cattle. The experiment was conducted for 60 days. The results showed that the average backfat thickness, (testicles + kidney + pelvic) fat percentage and subcutaneous fat percentage in dietary CLA were significantly lower than in the control group, while intramuscular the fat percentage was significantly higher. Compared to the control group, the Longissimus muscle enzyme activities of lipoprotein lipase (LPL), fatty acid synthase (FAS) and acetyl‐coenzyme A carboxylase (ACC) in dietary CLA and the subcutaneous fat enzyme activities of LPL, hormone‐sensitive lipase (HSL) and carnitine palmitoyltransferase‐1 (CPT‐1) were significantly increased. Similarly, compared to the control group, the Longissimus muscle sterol regulatory element binding protein 1 (SREBP‐1), FAS, stearoyl‐coenzyme A desaturase (SCD), ACC, peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptor γ (PPARγ), heart fatty‐acid binding protein (H‐FABP) and LPL gene expression in dietary CLA were significant increased, as were the subcutaneous fat of PPARγ, H‐FABP, LPL, CPT‐1 and HSL in dietary CLA. These results indicated that dietary CLA increases IMF deposition mainly by the up‐regulation of lipogenic gene expression, while decreasing subcutaneous fat deposition mainly by the up‐regulation of lipolytic gene expression.  相似文献

本试验旨在探究鸡血管生成素样蛋白4(ANGPTL4)重组蛋白对肉鸡肝脏和胸肌脂肪代谢的影响。分体内动物试验和体外细胞试验2部分进行。体内动物试验选用35日龄健康禁食状态下爱拔益加肉公鸡36只,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复1只鸡。对照组翅静脉注射灭菌的生理盐水,试验组分别翅静脉注射20、100、500、2 500、12 500 ng/kg BW鸡ANGPTL4重组蛋白,注射剂量均为550μL,试验期30 min。体外细胞试验设3个组,分别是生理盐水组、组氨酸-小分子泛素样修饰蛋白(His-SUMO)标签组和鸡ANGPTL4重组蛋白组,分别在细胞培养基中添加灭菌的生理盐水、His-SUMO标签蛋白(其含量与鸡ANGPTL4重组蛋白组中标签蛋白含量一致)和鸡ANGPTL4重组蛋白(250 pg/mL),添加剂量均为5μL,5%CO2、37℃孵育24 h。结果发现:1)与对照组相比,20、100、500、2 500 ng/kg BW鸡ANGPTL4重组蛋白组的肝脏脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)mRNA相对表达量和500 ng/kg BW鸡ANGPTL4重组蛋白组的肝脏FAS活性均显著提高(P<0.05)。随着鸡ANGPTL4重组蛋白注射剂量增加,肝脏FAS mRNA相对表达量和活性均呈现一次线性和二次曲线增加的效应(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,100、500、2 500 ng/kg BW鸡ANGPTL4重组蛋白组的肝脏苹果酸酶(ME) mRNA相对表达量和12 500 ng/kg BW鸡ANGPTL4重组蛋白组的肝脏乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC) mRNA相对表达量均显著降低(P<0.05)。随着鸡ANGPTL4重组蛋白注射剂量增加,肝脏ACC mRNA相对表达量呈现一次线性和二次曲线降低的效应(P<0.05)。不同注射剂量的鸡ANGPTL4重组蛋白对肉鸡肝脏ME和ACC活性均无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)与对照组相比,500 ng/kg BW鸡ANGPTL4重组蛋白组的胸肌脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)活性显著增加(P<0.05)。4)鸡ANGPTL4重组蛋白组的成肌细胞甘油三酯(TG)含量显著高于生理盐水组和His-SUMO标签组(P<0.05)。综上所述,鸡ANGPTL4重组蛋白具有调控肉鸡肝脏脂肪合成相关基因mRNA表达和酶活性以及促进肉鸡胸肌脂肪沉积的作用,以500 ng/kg BW注射剂量效果较好。  相似文献

A restriction/realimentation feeding strategy was applied to pigs to increase the age at market weight and final ADG, modify protein and lipid deposition rates at carcass and muscle levels, and thereby improve eating quality of the pork. A total of 126 Duroc x (Large White x Landrace) pigs (females and castrated males) were used. At the average BW of 30 kg, within litter and sex, pairs of littermates (blocked by BW) were randomly assigned to ad libitum (AL) feeding during growing (30 to 70 kg of BW) and finishing (70 to 110 kg of BW) periods (AL, n = 56), or restricted feeding at 65% of the ADFI of the AL pigs, on a BW basis, during the growing period and AL feeding during finishing (compensatory growth, CG; n = 56). In each feeding regimen, 15 pigs were slaughtered at 70 kg of BW, and 41 pigs were slaughtered at 110 kg of BW. Additionally, 14 pigs were slaughtered at 30 kg of BW to calculate tissue deposition rates. The CG pigs showed decreased ADG (-35%, P = 0.001) during growing but increased ADG (+13%, P = 0.001) during finishing (i.e., compensatory growth) due to greater (P = 0.001) ADFI and G:F. Hence, CG pigs were 19 d older at 110 kg of BW than AL pigs. The CG pigs were leaner at 70 kg of BW than AL (e.g., 11.7 vs. 13.5 mm of average backfat thickness for CG and AL pigs, respectively, P = 0.023), whereas the differences were reduced at 110 kg of BW (20.6 vs. 21.0 mm of average backfat thickness for CG and AL pigs, respectively, P = 0.536). At 70 kg of BW, intramuscular fat (IMF) content of LM did not differ between CG and AL pigs (1.25 vs. 1.49%, respectively, P = 0.118), whereas CG pigs had less IMF in LM at 110 kg of BW (2.19 vs. 2.53% for CG and AL pigs, respectively, P = 0.034). Feeding regimen influenced the composition of weight gain. From 30 to 70 kg of BW, feed restriction reduced (P = 0.001) lean and adipose tissue deposition at the carcass level and protein and lipid deposition at the muscle level. From 70 to 110 kg of BW, the CG feeding strategy increased (P = 0.016) deposition of adipose but not of lean tissue at the carcass level. However, lipid and protein deposition at the muscle level were not affected. Thus, realimentation promoted deposition of subcutaneous fat over IMF. Feeding regimen hardly affected technological meat quality at 110 kg of BW. The CG feeding strategy decreased (P = 0.014) the meat juiciness score in relation to the decreased IMF but did not influence other sensory traits. Elevated IMF content and improved pork quality might be achieved by modifying the onset or duration of the restriction and realimentation periods.  相似文献
