研究表明，液体培养条件下，茯苓经0～48h的适应期，48～144h的增殖期后进入稳定期，发酵液pH骤降。经检测，发酵液中含有包括十六烷酸和十八烷酸在内的有机酸；发酵罐培养120h，生物量≥30g/l00mL(鲜重)。茯苓营养浓缩液多糖含量≥5．0mg/mL，氨基酸含量≥480mg/100mL。动物实验证明，茯苓营养浓缩液具有显著的抗疲劳和提高机体免疫力作用，其重金属和微生物指标均符合国家标准。  相似文献   

Preliminary results of using in vitro axillary and adventitious buds in mutation breeding of Chinese gooseberry

Summary Aseptically cultured shoots of Chinese gooseberry exhibited growth disorder and morphological aberrances, and some died after being exposed to sufficient gamma-ray irradiation. The death rate was dose dependant and the LD₅₀ was 80–90 Gy and 50–60 Gy respectively for cv. Hayward and clone 4. All petiole explants irradiated with gamma-ray could form calli as the control, but the rate of differentiation of adventitious shoots of the petiole explants decreased and was dependant on dose. Sensitivity of the shoot or petiole explants to gamma-ray irradiation varied with species. Gamma-ray irradiation did not deter either the 2-node segments from producing axillary shoots M₁, M₂, and M₃ or the advantitious shoots originating in the petiole explants and the M₃ shoots from forming advantitious roots. Therefore, using aseptically cultured axillary or adventitious buds for mutation breeding of Chinese gooseberry is feasible. 在甘肃省民勤治沙站 ,用 Li- 62 0 0便携式光合仪分别测定人工栽植的 4龄、9龄和 2 0龄樟子松的净光合速率日进程 ,其结果表明 :在干旱沙区 ,9龄以上樟子松的光合速率在午前随光强和气温而上升 ,午后下降。其 4龄、9龄和 2 0龄樟子松的最大净光合速率分别为 8.7μmol· m- 2 · s- 1、62 .3μmol· m- 2 · s- 1、1 9.7μmol· m- 2 · s- 1。  相似文献

为了阐明新一代杀虫剂氟虫腈(锐劲特)对二化螟、三化螟、稻纵卷叶螟的防治效果及应用前景,进行了水稻盆栽试验、田间防效试验,并对施用锐劲特后水稻叶绿素含量、功能叶叶面积和产量进行了测定。结果表明,锐劲特施药后13天接虫的三化螟幼虫死亡率仍高达94.44％。在田间防效试验中,每公顷施用锐劲特80％WG有效成分24g防治二化螟,防止枯心效果达97.62％,防止白穗效果达94.44％,害虫死亡率达96.15％;每公顷施用锐劲特5％SC有效成分22.5g防治晚稻三化螟,保苗效果可达95.91％,害虫死亡率达99.04％;每公顷施用锐劲特5％SC有效成分30g防治稻纵卷叶螟,保叶效果达97.88％。叶绿素含量比对照增加32.4％;每公顷施用锐劲特80％WG有效成分36g时,功能叶叶面积增加16％～27.5％,并且杂交稻博优湛19比常规稻早糯3321和早熟早籼815对锐劲特更敏感。每公顷施用锐劲特5％SC有效成分22.5～37.5g时,水稻株高增加4.0～6.1cm,每稻丛穗数增加2.6％～31.18％,结实率提高19.43％～33.97％,水稻产量增加21.58％～28.19％。  相似文献

Effects of angiotensin II-induced hypertension chemotherapy on the activity of interleukin-1β converting enzyme in transplanted intracerebral rat gliomas

AIM: To investigate the activity of interleukin-1β converting enzyme in transplanted intracerebral rat gliomas under angiotensin II-induced hypertension chemotherapy. METHODS: The brain tumor model was produced in Wistar rats by stereotaxic inoculation of C6 glioma cells (1×10¹² /L). Tumor-bearing rats were treated with carmustine, teniposide and lisplatin (chemotherapy) during angiotensin II-induced hypertension. Then, the survival time of tumor-bearing rats, tumor blood flow, the concentration of drug, volume of gliomas and the activity of interleukin-1β converting enzyme in glioma were examined.RESULTS: The survival time of tumor-bearing rats was significantly longer in chemotherapy with angiotensin II-induced hypertension group than that of chemotherapy alone. In addition, regional tumor blood flow, the concentration of chemotherapeutic drug and the activity of interleukin -1β converting enzyme in transplanted rat gliomas were increased, while the volume of gliomas was decreased in hypertention chemotherapy group compared with chemotherapy alone. CONCLUSION: Chemotherapy with angiotensin II-induced hypertension has a enhancing effect on chemotherapy for improving the drug delivery to tumor tissue by a increased tumor blood flow and enhancing activity of interleukin -1β converting enzyme.  相似文献

 研究了不同温度对GF₄₃李( ^{_{Prunus domestica}} L. ) 试管苗生长及老化过程的影响。结果表明在16 ℃保存条件下GF₄₃试管苗的营养生长缓慢, 8 ℃保存GF₄₃试管苗的营养生长极缓慢, SOD、CAT 和POD 等保护酶系统的活性维持较高水平, 体内O₂ 自由基、丙二醛(MDA) 含量较低, 细胞膜结构相对稳定, 从而延缓了试管苗的衰老, 延长了两次继代之间的时间, 对试管苗的保存十分有利。  相似文献

 用AFLP方法对来自中国和墨西哥的23个小麦叶锈菌生理小种进行分析,共筛选了64对引物,获得一对引物(M₀₅/E₀₃)可在MFR小种中扩增出一条特异性DNA片段,进行回收、克隆、测序,结果表明该片段具有325个碱基。根据特异性片段序列设计出SCAR标记引物,对60个叶锈菌生理小种分离物进行回检结果表明,研制的SCAR标记能够准确区分MFR生理小种。本实验结果为小麦锈菌生理小种分子检测体系的建立奠定了基础  相似文献

“动物福利”这一概念的提出，标志着人们惯有的对待动物甚至对待生命的态度已经转变。“动物福利”不仅要求善待所有的生命，而且也关系到人类的公共道德和环境保护。早在19世纪初，欧洲的一些有识之士就开始了他们捍卫动物的征程。1822年世界上第一部反对虐待动物的法律在英国诞生，许多国家和地区出于对人类健康、环境保护和“动物福利”的考虑，也都相继制定了相关法律来保护动物的基本福利，禁止虐待和伤害动物。近20年来，特别是欧洲发生震惊世界的疯牛病和二恶英污染事件后，发达国家纷纷出台和制订“动物福利”法和饲料添加剂使用法来加强对动物的保护。“动物福利”国家间的差距正在成为农产品国际贸易中的新壁垒形式。  相似文献
