为准确评价斜螺钉连接钢 木节点的剪切性能,探明其受力机理,以云杉胶合木、钢板和自攻螺钉作为研究材料,测试不同荷载方向与受力情况下斜螺钉连接节点的承载性能,将试验数据与国外规范中的计算模型进行对比,提高了侧边钢板 胶合木(钢 木)斜螺钉连接节点承载性能的预测能力。结果表明:自攻螺钉与剪切面之间的角度变化对其在钢 木节点承受剪 压复合应力的承载力影响不明显,当偏转为剪 拉复合应力时,节点承载力明显增大,并在30°~45°获得最大值;剪 压复合应力时,现行EC5公式计算剪 压节点的极限承载力非常不安全;EC5的刚度预测结果在剪 压复合应力区和垂直剪切面钉入时,与试验值吻合度很高,但对剪 拉区节点的滑移模量没有预测性;将Tomasi模型应用于斜螺钉连接钢 木节点滑移模量理论计算时,在45°~90°时与试验值吻合度极高。单颗自攻螺钉的抗拔刚度计算节点滑移模量的方法极为有效,具有较高的借鉴意义。 相似文献

For monorail systems, it is very important to ensure the safety of the ground structure. We developed a tram car for slopes
that utilizes the mechanism of the monorail and analyzed the stress of the ground structure that had double rails. First,
we divided the ground structure into seven components, and formulated a procedure for calculating the stress of the ground
structure. As a result, the stress that acts upon the main rail and the main rail connecting part was near the allowable stress,
and each calculated value was within the allowable stress. We measured the stress by running the vehicle, and compared the
measured values with the calculated values. As a result, some measured values were larger than the calculated values. However,
the ratio of measured value to allowable stress was 90% or less. Finally, we calculated the static loading coefficient for
each part, results of which were as follows: main and subrail: 1.1; rail connection part and prop foundation part: 1.0; rail
installation part: 1.3. In the recalculations, it became clear that the recalculated values exceeded the allowable stresses.
These results suggest that we need to review the ground structure materials. 相似文献

To clarify the nutrient status in momi fir (Abies firma Sieb. et Zucc.) seedlings under complex stress conditions of acid fog with soil acidification or nitrogen loading, we exposed seedling shoots to simulated acid fog (pH 3) and simultaneously loaded the soil with acid or excess nitrogen for 17 months. Proton and nitrogen loading reduced K concentration in soil, but these treatments had little effect on the nutrient status of fine roots in momi fir seedlings. Acid fog exposure resulted in reduced concentrations of Mg, Al, and Fe in current-year needles and Mg, Al, Cu, Fe, and Zn in 1-year-old needles. The complex effects of acid fog exposure with proton or nitrogen loading on nutrient status were relatively slight. However, elements such as Al and Cu notably reflect the effects of proton loading. These results show that the nutrient status of trace elements, rather than major elements, in needles of momi fir seedlings is sensitive to exposure to acid fog or proton loading. 相似文献

The mechanical behavior of steamed spruce wood changes dramatically with compression along the grain, the change being much more moderate perpendicular to the grain. The stiffness decrement due to increased temperature is greatest in the tangential material direction. The stiffness decrement due to compression is greatest along the grain. Compression to 80% compressive strain at 131°C inverts the order of the material directions regarding stiffness, the stiffness being the least along the grain. Plastic strain due to compression is greater at higher temperatures. The compression-induced decrement of stiffness along the grain is greater at higher temperatures, but the off-axis decrement of stiffness is less at higher temperatures. 相似文献

以某款车身为研究对象,对已有焊点布置进行拓扑优化,在保证车身综合性能条件下进一步减少焊点数量。首先建立弯曲工况、扭转工况和模态工况,分析其刚度、强度以及模态,然后利用拓扑优化对焊点进行优化布置。焊点拓扑优化以车身焊点体积最小为优化目标,以保证原有弯曲、扭转以及模态工况下的性能为约束条件,设计变量为焊点单元密度。最后,通过仿真对比验证基于拓扑优化车身焊点的优越性。结果表明,车身焊点数量由3841降到3786,减少了55个焊点,基于拓扑优化后的车身综合性能基本保持不变,有效降低了成本。 相似文献
