为了探讨鸡粪沼液复合微生物有机肥在樱桃番茄上的田间应用效果,在滴灌施肥的条件下,设置化肥和液体复合微生物有机肥两个处理进行对比应用,结果表明施用液体复合微生物有机肥的处理其单果重可提高39.69%,含糖量可提高11.94%,茎粗可提高8.76%,Vc含量可提高5.72%,产量可提高30.95%,节约成本1.32%,可有效促进作物生长,提高果实着色均匀度,提高作物抗病性。同时,土壤速效氮提高6.87%,土壤速效磷46.23%,土壤速效钾提高16.86%,有机质含量提高12.64%,为作物提供了良好的生长环境。说明液体复合微生物有机肥对作物产量、品质以及土壤改良均有显著的提升作用,具有一定的应用前景。 相似文献

The incidence of damage caused by grey squirrels in the Turinplain was studied to assess the impact this alien species ishaving on the highly fragmented Piedmont environment, in particularon profitable cereals, poplar plantations and semi-natural woodlands.The survey of damage was conducted both by interviews to localfarmers and growers and by direct assessment using the NearestNeighbour Method on plantations and woodlands, studying randomlychosen plots in the Turin plain to gain a general overview ofthe situation. The results show a low incidence of damage causedby grey squirrels in the area: little or none was found in semi-naturalwoodlands and in agricultural crops, apart from maize whereless than 1 per cent of fields showed damage, and poplar plantationswhere 5 per cent had signs of bark stripping. Damage on maizecrops was random across the plain, but debarking damage to poplarswas mostly concentrated on the western side of the plain, andtended to occur only in particular years. Damage was concentratedclose to streams and rivers surrounding fields and plantations.The introduction of the grey squirrel in Italy has already causedecological damage such as the extinction of the red squirrelin some areas. Time series diagnosis of tree hydraulic characteristics 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
An in vivo method for diagnosing hydraulic characteristics of branches and whole trees is described. The method imposes short-lived perturbations of transpiration and traces the propagation of the hydraulic response through trees. The water uptake response contains the integrated signature of hydraulic resistance and capacitance within trees. The method produces large signal to noise ratios for analysis, but does not cause damage or destruction to tree stems or branches. Based on results with two conifer tree species, we show that the method allows for the simple parameterization of bulk hydraulic resistance and capacitance of trees. Bulk tree parameterization of resistance and capacitance predicted the overall diel shape of water uptake, but did not predict the overshoot water uptake response in trees to shorter-term variations in transpiration, created by step changes in transpiration rate. Stomatal dynamics likely complicated the use of simple resistance-capacitance models of tree water transport on these short time scales. The results provide insight into dominant hydraulic and physiological factors controlling tree water flux on varying time scales, and allow for the practical assessment of necessary tree hydraulic model complexity in relation to the time step of soil- vegetation-atmosphere transport models. 相似文献

Water use and carbon exchange of a red oak-dominated (Quercus rubra L.) forest and an eastern hemlock-dominated (Tsuga canadensis L.) forest, each located within the Harvard Forest in north-central Massachusetts, were measured for 2 years by the eddy flux method. Water use by the red oak forest reached 4 mm day(-1), compared to a maximum of 2 mm day(-1) by the eastern hemlock forest. Maximal carbon (C) uptake rate was also higher in the red oak forest than in the eastern hemlock forest (about 25 versus 15 micromol m(-2) s(-1)). Sap flux measurements indicated that transpiration of red oak, and also of black birch (Betula lenta L.), which frequently replaces eastern hemlock killed by hemlock woolly adelgid (Adelges tsugae Annand.), were almost twice that of eastern hemlock. Despite the difference between species in maximum summertime C assimilation rate, annual C storage of the eastern hemlock forest almost equaled that of the red oak forest because of net C uptake by eastern hemlock during unusually warm fall and spring weather, and a near-zero C balance during the winter. Thus, the effect on C storage of replacing eastern hemlock forest with a forest dominated by deciduous species is unclear. Carbon storage by eastern hemlock forests during fall, winter and spring is likely to increase in the event of climate warming, although this may be offset by C loss during hotter summers. Our results indicate that, although forest water use will decrease immediately following eastern hemlock mortality due to the hemlock woolly adelgid, the replacement of eastern hemlock by deciduous species such as red oak will likely increase summertime water use over current rates in areas where hemlock is a major forest species. 相似文献

A metabolomics based approach has been used to study the infection of the Hwacheong rice cultivar (Oryza sativa L. cv. Hwacheong) with compatible (KJ201) and incompatible (KJ401) strains of the rice blast fungal pathogen Magnaporthe grisea. The metabolic response of the rice plants to each strain was assessed 0, 6, 12, 24, 36, and 48 h post inoculation. Nuclear

study both aqueous and organic phase metabolites, collectively resulting in the identification of 93 compounds. Clear metabolic
profiles were observed at each time point but there were no significant differences in the metabolic response elicited by
each pathogen strain until 24 h post inoculation. The largest change was found to be in alanine, which was ~30% (±9%) higher
in the leaves from the compatible, compared to the resistant, plants. Together with several other metabolites (malate, glutamine,
proline, cinnamate and an unknown sugar) alanine exhibited a good correlation between time of fungal penetration into the
leaf and the divergence of metabolite profiles in each interaction. The results indicate both that a wide range of metabolites
can be identified in rice leaves and that metabolomics has potential for the study of biochemical changes in plant-pathogen

Immobile element-based weathering estimation methods assume that Zr (or Ti) is an immobile element, and that weathering rates of other elements can be estimated according to the enrichment of Zr in weathered horizons relative to an unweathered parent material. This approach was used to estimate base cation weathering rates for 33 soil profiles on acid-sensitive terrain in north-eastern Alberta. Zirconium generally showed enrichment within the rooting zone, but the deepest (subsoil) samples were not always associated with the lowest Zr concentrations. Weathering rates estimated with the Zr depletion and Pedological Mass Balance (PMB) methods were generally low (ranges: 0-51 and 0-58 mmolc m− 2 yr− 1, respectively); however, low base cation oxide concentrations and heterogeneity within soil profiles complicated weathering rate calculations and net base cation gains were calculated for several (six) sites. Evaluation of the Zr depletion and PMB weathering estimates against those calculated with the process-oriented PROFILE model at a subset (n = 9) of the sites indicated the estimates were poorly related, with PROFILE rates typically being higher. The effects-based emissions management strategy for acid precursors in this region requires spatial coverage of soil properties (including weathering rates) across a large area, but the apparent limitations associated with the immobile element based methods in this region: identifying representative parent soils and deriving weathering rate estimates comparable to more robust methods are arguments against their candidacy for future use. 相似文献

Role of continuous phase protein on the oxidative stability of fish oil-in-water emulsions 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
Whey protein isolate (WPI), soy protein isolate (SPI), and sodium caseinate (CAS) can inhibit lipid oxidation when they produce a positive charge at the interface of emulsion droplets. However, when proteins are used to stabilize oil-in-water emulsions, only a fraction of them actually absorb to the emulsion droplets, with the rest remaining in the continuous phase. The impact of these continuous phase proteins on the oxidative stability of protein-stabilized emulsions is not well understood. WPI-stabilized menhaden oil-in-water emulsions were prepared by high-pressure homogenization. In some experiments WPI was removed from the continuous phase of the emulsions through repeated centrifugation and resuspension of the emulsion droplets (washed emulsion). Unwashed emulsions were more oxidatively stable than washed emulsions at pH 7.0, suggesting that continuous phase proteins were antioxidative. The oxidative stability of emulsions containing different kinds of protein in the continuous phase decreased in the order SPI > CAS > WPI, as determined by both hydroperoxide and headspace propanal formation. Iron-binding studies showed that the chelating ability of the proteins decreased in the order CAS > SPI > WPI. The free sulfhydryls of both WPI and SPI were involved in their antioxidant activity. Fish muscle proteins can be isolated from a variety of low-value raw materials by solubilization in either acid or base. If the consistency of the resulting solution is sufficiently low, it is possible to recover most of the solubilized proteins and remove most of the lipids by centrifugation. Lipid removal should greatly stabilize the isolated proteins. In a previous investigation into the use of herring for production of these protein isolates, it was observed that this species had particularly high consistency values when the proteins were solubilized. This study was undertaken to determine the consistencies obtained with herring light muscle tissue over the pH range covered by the two processes, from about pH 2.7 to 10.8. Protein solubility was compared to consistency of the resultant solutions. Maximum consistencies of the homogenates, approximately 220 and approximately 175 mPa.s, were obtained at pH values of approximately 3.5 and 10.5, respectively. Consistency began to increase approximately when solubilization began. Storage of homogenates at pH 2.7 decreased the consistency over a 10 min time period. The magnitude of the consistency peaks at both acid and alkaline pH values increased when using ice-stored as well as frozen-stored herring, especially in the acid range. Protein solubility at pH <4 and pH >/=10.8 slightly decreased after post-mortem storage of the herring muscle. It is suggested that the observed changes in consistency result from the expansion and solvation of protein aggregates which eventually dissociate into smaller units, perhaps even monomers. 相似文献

Oil-in-water emulsions containing droplets stabilized by beta-lactoglobulin (beta-Lg)-pectin membranes were produced using a two-stage process. A primary emulsion containing small droplets (d(32) approximately 0.3 microm) was prepared by homogenizing 10 wt % corn oil with 90 wt % aqueous solution (1 wt % beta-Lg, 5 mM imidazole/acetate buffer, pH 3.0) using a high-pressure valve homogenizer. The primary emulsion was then diluted with pectin solutions to produce secondary emulsions with a range of pectin concentrations (5 wt % corn oil, 0.45 wt % beta-Lg, 5 mM imidazole/acetate buffer, 0-0.22 wt % pectin, pH 3.0). The electrical charge on the droplets in the secondary emulsions decreased from +33 +/- 3 to -19 +/- 1 mV as the pectin concentration was increased from 0 to 0.22 wt %, which indicated that pectin adsorbed to the droplet surfaces. The mean particle diameter of the secondary emulsions was small (d(32) < 1 microm) at relatively low pectin concentrations (<0.04 wt %), but increased dramatically at higher pectin concentrations (e.g., d(32) approximately 13 microm at 0.1 wt % pectin), which was attributed to charge neutralization and bridging flocculation effects. Emulsions with relatively small mean particle diameters (d(32) approximately 1.2 microm at 0.1 wt % pectin) could be produced by disrupting flocs formed in secondary emulsions containing highly negatively charged droplets, for example, by sonication, blending, or homogenization. The particles in these emulsions probably consisted of small flocs containing a number of protein-coated droplets bound together by pectin molecules. These emulsions had good stability to further particle aggregation up to relatively high ionic strengths (< or =500 mM NaCl) and low pH (pH 3). The interfacial engineering technology used in this study could lead to the creation of food emulsions with improved physicochemical properties or stability. 相似文献
