果蔬型甜玉米新品种京科甜191的选育

京科甜191是以超甜玉米自交系T68为母本,自交系T6302为父本,通过杂交选育而成的果蔬型甜玉米品种。果穗筒型,穗长19.0 cm,穗粗5.3 cm,穗行数16~18行,行粒数36~38粒,粒行整齐。籽粒亮黄色,外观漂亮。平均每667 m2鲜果穗产量900 kg左右,出籽率约67.4%。鲜籽粒含粗蛋白2.98%,粗脂肪1.37%,总糖6.7%,口感甜脆清爽,皮薄无渣。播种至采收平均85.4 d(天),适宜京津冀及类似生态区种植。  相似文献

The objective of the present study was to determine the factors that influenced growth performance of the goat kids of Black Bengal (BB), Saanen (SA), and their crossbred F1 (male Bengal × female Saanen [BBSA] and male Saanen × female Black Bengal [SABB]). Data for 674 kids were analyzed from 316 litters and 134 does. All kids were weekly measured on their characteristics (body weight, length, height at the withers, and chest girth) from birth to 11 weeks old. The kid’s breed and sex, litter size, and season of kidding influenced birth weight and other characteristics through the experiment. The SA and BBSA kids showed similar performance, which were higher than BB and SABB kids. Male kids had higher performance than female kids, and kids from a single litter showed the highest performance. Kids born during rainy season showed lower performance than those born in hot and cool seasons. In conclusion, the crossbred BBSA is superior to SABB or BB to raise in tropical climate Moreover, sex, litter size, and kidding season also affected growth performance during the preweaning period up to 11 weeks old.  相似文献

We developed an H5/H7 trivalent inactivated vaccine by using Re-11, Re-12, and H7-Re2 vaccine seed viruses, which were generated by reverse genetics and derived their HA genes from A/duck/Guizhou/S4184/2017(H5 N6)(DK/GZ/S4184/17)(a clade 2.3.4.4 d virus), A/chicken/Liaoning/SD007/2017(H5 N1)(CK/LN/SD007/17)(a clade 2.3.2.1 d virus), and A/chicken/Guangxi/SD098/2017(H7 N9)(CK/GX/SD098/17), respectively. The protective efficacy of this novel vaccine and that of the recently used H5/H7 bivalent inactivated vaccine against different H5 and H7 N9 viruses was evaluated in chickens. We found that the H5/H7 bivalent vaccine provided solid protection against the H7 N9 virus CK/GX/SD098/17, but only 50–60% protection against different H5 viruses. In contrast, the novel H5/H7 trivalent vaccine provided complete protection against the H5 and H7 viruses tested. Our study underscores the importance of timely updating of vaccines for avian influenza control.  相似文献

通过PCR方法自含NDVZF基因的克隆质粒中扩增NDVF基因 ,将其与真核表达载体pcDNA3..1/V5_His_TOPO重组。经核酸内切酶酶切 ,阳性克隆鉴定准确无误 ,核酸序列测定结果与原始基因比较 ,同源性大于 99% ,启始密码和终止密码未出现变异 ,将该重组质粒命名为pcDNANDVZF。将pcDNANDVZF在脂质体作用下转染CEF细胞 ,用间接免疫荧光试验检测 ,结果证明pcDNANDVZF可在CEF细胞中大量表达F蛋白。  相似文献

在MRS平板上，采用琼脂扩散法测定了Nisin对Lactobacillus acidophilus La-5和Bifidobacterium bifidum Bb-12生长的抑制作用。当Nisin浓度≥50ug/ml时，对Lactobacillus acidophilus La-5表现出强烈的抑制作用，而Bifidobacterium bifidum Bb-12则几乎不生长，即使Nisin的浓度仅为25ug/ml，当L.acidophilus La-5和B.bifidum Bb-12单独或两者共同在37℃发酵10％（w/w)还原脱脂奶时，脱脂奶中添加的50ug/ml Nisin对B.bifidum Bb-12表现出杀菌作用，而对L.acidophilus La-5则为抑菌作用。当延长培养时间后。L.acidophilus La-5的存在可以降低Nisin对B.bifidum Bb-12的致死作用。  相似文献

舍温对猪饲料报酬的刺激效应

互助县丹麻乡泽林、锦州两个行政村地处海拔2800～3000m的河湟高位农作区，气侯较为寒冷。为提高农户养猪的饲料报酬，于1994年1月7日～1995年1月6日，沿用农民传统饲养方式，进行了暖棚与敞圈养猪饲料报酬的对比试验，其结果表明：日增重暖棚比敞圈猪多94．93g,提高饲料报酬50．06％，头均增加收益272．87元；重料比暖棚组与敞圈组分别为1：6．1和1：9．49，每kg增重暖棚组节约饲料3．39kg，节料率为86、72％；育肥一头110kg重的肉猪,可缩短饲养期182d，提高时效49．86％。  相似文献
