为探讨纤维蛋白粘合剂(FG)在犬小肠端端吻合术中对吻合口处羟脯氨酸(Hyp)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)含量的影响,将30只试验犬随机分为试验组和对照组两组,试验组采用简易缝合配合纤维蛋白粘合剂,对照组采用常规手术肠线缝合;分别于术后第3、5、7、14和28天每组随机选取3只测定吻合口处Hyp、VEGF与bFGF的含量。术后试验组Hyp含量在第5天显著高于对照组(P0.05),bFGF的含量在第3天、第5天、第7天显著高于对照组(P0.05),VEGF含量在第3天和第5天高于对照组(P0.01),在第14天和第28天显著低于对照组(P0.01)。结果表明,应用简易缝合配合纤维蛋白粘合剂吻合肠管,可促进吻合口处小肠组织内羟脯氨酸、血管内皮因子和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的分泌,从而加速吻合口的愈合。 相似文献

为了证明内窥镜在犬肠管切除吻合术中应用的可行性,本试验将12只实验犬分为两组,分别进行了常规开腹和内窥镜辅助的肠管切除吻合术,在手术过程中对完成手术时间、动物生理指标及术后恢复情况进行监测和记录。结果表明,开腹组和内窥镜组所需手术时间分别为120.53±24.45min和125.34±14.65min,术中两组各时间点生理指标与麻醉前有显著差异(P<0.05),但两组相同时间点数据比较差异不显著(P>0.05),均在生理承受范围内;内窥镜组在术后恢复各项指标总体优于开腹组。内窥镜辅助肠管切除术相对于开腹手术具有创口小、炎性反应轻微,恢复时间快及粘连少等优点,本实验为其在动物临床上推广应用奠定理论基础。 相似文献

在犬小肠两断端肠腔内,置入一条状支撑物以固定肠管进行单层缝合吻合肠管的方法。通过实验手术,对肠管端端吻合术的单层、双层两种缝合方法进行临床、病理解剖学、X线摄片、组织学观察与比较。结果证明,单层缝合法吻合小肠是安全的、可行的,值得推广使用。 相似文献

猪的肠管吻合术术主要适用于嵌闭性阴囊疝、脐疝,其次是肠阻塞、肠套叠、肠扭转及阉割后引起的夹肠。我们以前是按传统方法,将坏死肠管切除后,再把健康的肠断对齐缝合,这样往往因肠腔空虚,肠壁靠扰(尤其是15公斤以下的小猪),缝合困难,而吻合不好,术后容易发生漏屎或肠管狭窄,甚至造成手术失败。近几年我们试用丝瓜、萝卜、窝苣等制成肠管支撑物,进行猪肠管吻合术,1986年以来用此法共治42头,全部成功,效果满意,现将具体操作方法及 相似文献

为了探索犬前列腺摘除术的不同通路及其关键技术,选择3~5月龄、3~5 kg体重的4只杂交犬,分成1、2组,分别采用翻开耻骨片和经腹底部正中切口牵拉膀胱以暴露前列腺的手术通路,对前列腺进行完整摘除后作尿道断端吻合,术后观察犬的精神、食欲、饮欲、排便、排尿等情况,并于术后第3周进行剖检,观察膀胱及尿道断端的愈合情况。结果显示,采用上述2种手术通路进行前列腺摘除后,试验犬的精神、食欲、饮欲、排便、排尿等一切正常,膀胱有少量出血点,尿道吻合处愈合良好。试验结果表明,采用6-0单丝尼龙线和结节缝合法是吻合尿道断端的可靠方法,而使用盆腔脂肪组织覆盖尿道吻合处能够有效地预防吻合处漏尿且与周围组织黏连,是保证吻合处良好愈合的有利因素。 相似文献

抗菌肽NZ2114对多重耐药2型猪链球菌感染小鼠的治疗效果评价 总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0
为探究抗菌肽NZ2114对猪链球菌感染小鼠模型的体内治疗效果,本试验以NZ2114和2型猪链球菌CVCC 3928为研究对象,利用小鼠模型评价NZ2114治疗猪链球菌感染的效果。36只ICR雌鼠随机均分为6组:空白对照组(不感染,腹腔注射0.2mL PBS)、阴性对照组(感染,腹腔注射0.2mL PBS)、试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组(感染,分别腹腔注射0.2mL 2.5和5.0mg/kg NZ2114)、阳性对照Ⅰ和Ⅱ组(感染,分别腹腔注射0.2mL 7.5和15.0mg/kg头孢曲松钠)。结果显示,空白对照组和5.0mg/kg NZ2114试验组小鼠存活率均为100%,而15.0mg/kg头孢曲松钠阳性对照组小鼠存活率仅为50%。治疗1d后,5.0mg/kg NZ2114试验组小鼠肺脏和肝脏荷菌量分别下降59.41%(P0.01)和69.19%(P0.01);而15.0mg/kg头孢曲松钠阳性对照组中小鼠肺脏和肝脏荷菌量分别下降43.94%(P0.01)和19.60%(P0.05)。与阴性对照组相比,2.5 mg/kg NZ2114治疗组中抑制炎性因子TNF-α和IL-1β的释放分别下降85.83%(P0.01)和56.20%(P0.05),5.0 mg/kgNZ2114试验组分别降低84.02%(P0.01)和43.86%(P0.05),而15.0mg/kg头孢曲松钠阳性对照组TNF-α及IL-1β的下降率均不显著,分别为24.49%和8.82%。另外,5.0mg/kg NZ2114试验组1d后即可明显减轻小鼠肺组织间质弥漫性炎细胞浸润等炎症症状,抑制肝细胞产生肿胀及空泡性变化,促进脾小结恢复正常;治疗7d后各器官组织临床症状评分基本恢复正常。上述结果表明,NZ2114能有效提高猪链球菌感染小鼠的存活率,显著降低病原菌在小鼠肺脏和肝脏的移位及血清中TNF-α和IL-1β的水平,并有效缓解肝脏、脾脏和肺脏的急性损伤,治疗效果优于头孢曲松钠,具有作为治疗临床猪链球菌病抗生素替代品的潜力。 相似文献

REASONS FOR PERFORMING STUDY: Centesis of the bicipital bursa using an 8.9 cm long spinal needle has been reported but the alternative of employing a 3.8 cm long hypodermic needle requires validation. OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy of 2 different methods of centesis of the bicipital bursa and to evaluate the usefulness of ultrasonographic imaging to determine the location of solution administered when centesis of the bursa is attempted. METHODS: For Trial 1, 6 clinicians, who had no previous experience of centesis of the bicipital bursa, attempted to inject a solution composed of an aqueous radiopaque contrast medium and physiological saline solution (PSS) into the bicipital bursae of 2/12 horses using the previously described distal approach to inject one bursa and a proximal approach to inject the contralateral bursa. The bicipital tendon and bursa were examined ultrasonographically before and after injection; and both shoulders were examined radiographically to identify the location of the medium. In Trial 2, another 6 clinicians, also with no previous experience of centesis, repeated Trial 1, using 6 horses, but the radiopaque contrast medium was mixed with air instead of PSS. RESULTS: Accuracy of centesis using the proximal approach was 39% and that of the distal approach 28%. Ultrasonographic examination of the shoulder allowed the location of solution and air to be accurately predicted in all 12 shoulders examined. CONCLUSIONS: Clinicians who have had no previous experience performing centesis of the bicipital bursa are unlikely to be successful in centesis using either approach. Radiographic examination after injecting a radiopaque contrast medium may be necessary to assess the success of centesis especially if bursal fluid is not obtained during centesis. Injecting air along with the radiopaque contrast medium provides more accurate ultrasonographic confirmation of centesis and better radiographic definition than does injection without air. 相似文献

以国际标准强毒R株人工感染非免疫产蛋鸡,定时扑杀,分别从鼻窦、眶下孔、气管、肺、气囊、卵巢和输卵管分离MG,并收集感染鸡所产蛋分离MG。结果表明,人工感染48小时后上、下呼吸道及肺已被全面感染,96小时气囊已被感染,120小时输卵管已能分离到MG,卵巢始终分离不到MG。人工感染鸡自144小时便能在其所产蛋中分离出MG。药物治疗能在72小时内消除感染,油乳剂苗则需24天后逐渐降低蛋内MG分离率,药物卵内注射、种蛋药浴、高温处理均能杀死卵内MG,但以研制的种蛋浸泡剂药浴效果为最好。 相似文献

Effects of size of ingestively masticated fragments of plant tissues on kinetics of digestion of NDF
Ingestively masticated fragments were collected and sized via sieving. Different sizes of esophageal masticate and ruminal digesta fragments, and ground fragments of larger masticated pieces were incubated in vitro, and undigested NDF remaining at intervals of up to 168 h of incubation was determined. The ruminal age-dependent time delay (tau) for onset of digestion of NDF was positively correlated (P < 0.004) with the mean sieve aperture estimated to retain 50% of the fragments between successive sieve apertures (MRA). Degradation rate of potentially degradable NDF (PDF) and level of indigestible NDF were not related (P > 0.10) to MRA of masticated and ground fragments. Estimates of tau were positively related to MRA, with slopes of bermudagrass < corn silage < ruminal fragments of corn silage. It was concluded that fragment size-, and consequently, ruminal age-dependent onset of PDF degradation of a mixture of different fragment sizes results in an age-dependent rate of degradation of the more rapidly degrading of two subentities of PDF. Models are proposed that assume a tau before onset of simultaneous degradation of PDF from two pools characterized as having gamma-modeled age-dependency and age-constant rates. The ruminal age-dependent pool seems to be associated with the faster-degrading pool, and its rate parameter increases with range in MRA in the population of fragments. Conceptually, the ruminal age-dependent rate parameter for PDF degradation seems to represent a composite of several effects: 1) effects of the size-dependent tau; 2) range in MRA of the population of ingestively masticated fragments; and 3) subentities of PDF that degrade via more rapid age-dependent rates compared with subentities of PDF that degrade via age-constant rates. The estimated fractional rates of ruminative comminution of ingestively masticated fragments (0.060 to 0.075/h) were of a magnitude similar to the mean fractional rates of PDF digestion (0.030 to 0.085/h), which implies that ruminative comminution may be first-limiting to fractional rate of PDF digestion. The in vivo roles of ingestive and ruminative mastication of fragments on PDF degradation must be considered in any kinetic system for estimating PDF digestion in the rumen. These results and others in the literature suggest that the rate of surface area exposure rather than intrinsic chemical attributes of PDF may be first-limiting to degradation rate of PDF in vivo. 相似文献
