分别用CIDR(孕酮阴道栓)+PMSG(处理1)和CIDR+PMSG+LH(处理2)两种处理方法对山羊进行同期发情处理。结果发现,两种处理均以撤栓后第1d发情率最高。撒栓后0-24h和24h-48h的发情率,处理1和处理2(61.4%,13.6%和48%,20%)之间差异不显著;撤栓后48h-72h的发情率,处理1(4.59,6)显著低于处理2(24%)(P〈0.05);撤栓后0~72h发情率,两种处理(79.5%,92%)无显著差异(P〉0.05)。从手术时对卵巢的观察可以看出,有大卵泡或排卵的发情羊,处理1为91.2%,处理2为100%,二者无显著差异;排卵的发情羊,处理1为(58.8%)显著低于处理2为(91.2%)(P〈0.05)。  相似文献

在湖北、山东、陕西等地区,对当地的土种山羊采用不同同期发情方法处理,并进行了胚胎移植。移植受体羊359只,产羔218只,产羔率为60.72%。(1)采用PG、CIDR+PMSG、孕酮海绵栓+PMSG等方法进行处理时发情率无显著差异;(2)氯前列烯醇组黄体合格率77.78%,显著低于CIDR+PMSG组黄体合格率(97.70%)、孕酮海绵栓+PMSG组黄体合格率(97.08%);氯前列稀醇组移植利用率70%,显著低于CIDR+PMSG组移植利用率(91.43%)、孕酮少绵栓+PMSG组移植利用率(97.86%);(3)氯前列烯醇组受体羊产羔率48.99%,显著低于CIDR+PMSG组产羔率(67.97%)、孕酮海绵栓+PMSG组产羔率(62.41%)。  相似文献

为了优化绵羊同期发情技术,本试验分析了不同外源激素对小尾寒羊的同期发情效果,并进行生殖激素测定。将80只健康、空怀的经产小尾寒羊随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只。采用单因素设计,分别用CIDR+PMSG、PG+PMSG进行同期发情处理,并在处理期间每组随机抽取4只小尾寒羊空腹颈静脉采血,采用放射免疫法测定血清中雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P4)、促黄体素(LH)、促卵泡素(FSH)的浓度。结果表明:CIDR+PMSG组小尾寒羊同期发情率、受胎率分别为82.50%、75.00%,均显著高于PG+PMSG处理组(P0.05);CIDR+PMSG组小尾寒羊颈静脉血液中E2浓度在撤栓24 h上升至峰值(8.64±0.13)pg/m L,显著高于撤栓时、撤栓48 h的浓度(P0.05),P4浓度在撤栓7d显著高于撤栓24 h、撤栓48 h(P0.05),LH、FSH浓度变化曲线与E2相似,都是在撤栓24 h显著升高;PG+PMSG组除LH在二次注射后的第2天、第3天显著升高(P0.05),其余3种激素浓度差异不显著(P0.05)。总之,与PG+PMSG相比,CIDR+PMSG可以显著提高小尾寒羊同期发情效率,并且发情高峰期在撤栓后的24 h前后,因此,人工输精选择在撤栓后12h~36h之间进行为佳。  相似文献

利用氯前列烯醇(PG)、孕酮栓对山羊进行同期发情处理,0-72小时同期发情率平均为88.0%,其中PGF2a组为88.9%,孕酮栓组为87.5%,PG组与孕酮栓组无显著差异(P>0.05);处理羊发情时间,PG组主要集中于注射后的24-48小时,发情率为80.6%,孕酮栓组主要集中于撤栓后的0-48小时,发情率为84.7%;孕酮栓处理方法对处于非繁殖季节和繁殖季节的羊均可获得很好的同期效果,而PG处理方法只对处于繁殖季节的羊有效。  相似文献

采用一次肌注PG法、孕酮栓+PMSG+PG法(分为一次埋栓组和二次埋栓组)对波尔山羊与本地山羊的杂交后代进行同期发情处理,0.72小时同期发情率平均为62.37%(58/93).其中PG组为32.00%(8/25).一次埋栓组为77.14%(27/35),二次埋栓组为84.85%(28/33),PG组与一次埋栓组和二次埋栓组间差异均极显著(P〈0.01),一次埋栓组与二次埋栓组间差异不显著。处理羊发情时间.PG组主要集中于注射后的24-72小时,一次埋栓组和二次埋栓组均主要集中于撤栓后的0~48小时.对受体羊的妊娠率和分娩率进行统计,各组间差异均不显著。  相似文献

将99只辽宁绒山羊分2批、4组,于春、秋两季进行同期发情试验。在秋季采用A组CIDR+PMSG+PG(埋栓14 d)和B组CIDR+PG(埋栓14 d),春季采用C组CIDR+PMSG+PG(埋栓19 d)和D组CIDR+PMSG(埋栓19 d)。结果表明:①秋季撤栓前加注250 u PMSG,同期发情率极明显高于单注PG组(P<0.01),且发情集中在撤栓后的0~24 h。②春季撤栓时加注PG,可显著提高发情率(P<0.01)。③用同一组激素处理,秋季与春季的同期发情率差异显著(P<0.05)。两季节假发情率春季高于秋季,差异极显著(P<0.01)。  相似文献

试验在水牛的繁殖季节,在农户散放的饲养条件下对摩本杂、尼本杂两种杂交水牛应用CIDR+PG法进行同期发情试验。结果摩本杂水牛在撤栓后24—72h45头水牛发情43头,同期发情率达95.56%,尼本杂水牛在撤栓后24—72h40头水牛发情39头,同期发情率达97.50%,两者同期发情率差异不显著(P〉0.05);对发情水牛在撒栓后36h和60h各输精1次,配种后60—90d妊娠检查,摩本杂水牛怀孕23头,情期受胎率51.11%;尼本杂水牛怀孕20头,情期受胎率50%,摩本杂情期受胎率略高于尼本杂,但两者差异不显著(P〉0.05)。  相似文献

实验旨在探究不同同期发情处理方法对疆南绒山羊同期发情效果和繁殖性能的影响。选择健康、空怀的经产疆南绒山羊母羊272只,随机分为3组,埋置阴道孕酮海绵栓,并记为第0天,第14天时撤栓,撤栓时分别向3个实验组的每只羊肌肉注射孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)200 IU(n=90)、PMSG 240 IU(n=97)、前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)1 mg(n=85),在撤栓后的第24、48、72小时观察3组母羊的发情表现,对发情母羊即时人工授精,同时肌肉注射A312.5μg,在45d后使用兽用B超机进行妊娠诊断,并记录产羔数据。结果表明:240 IU PMSG组的总发情率(92.78%)、产羔率(152.22%)均高于PGF2α 1 mg组(80.00%、123.53%)(P<0.01),与200 IU PMSG组(88.89%、147.50%)无显著差异;各组间撤栓后24~48 h的发情率高于0~24 h和48~72 h(P<0.01);各组海绵栓丢失率、阴道感染率、受胎率、单羔率、双羔率、多羔率、流产率均无显著差异。综上,考虑到发情率、产羔率、双羔率和药品成本,建议在疆南绒山羊...  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱法测定癸氧喹酯干混悬剂的含量,在2-250μg/mL范围内,峰面积的常用对数与进样量浓度的常用对数呈良好的线性关系,R^2=1(n=5),平均回收率为99.24%~99.51%,RSD在0.05%~0.28%。此方法分析时间短,样品前处理简便、定量结果准确,重现性好,结果满意,为其质量控制提供了依据。  相似文献

REASONS FOR PERFORMING STUDY: Centesis of the bicipital bursa using an 8.9 cm long spinal needle has been reported but the alternative of employing a 3.8 cm long hypodermic needle requires validation. OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy of 2 different methods of centesis of the bicipital bursa and to evaluate the usefulness of ultrasonographic imaging to determine the location of solution administered when centesis of the bursa is attempted. METHODS: For Trial 1, 6 clinicians, who had no previous experience of centesis of the bicipital bursa, attempted to inject a solution composed of an aqueous radiopaque contrast medium and physiological saline solution (PSS) into the bicipital bursae of 2/12 horses using the previously described distal approach to inject one bursa and a proximal approach to inject the contralateral bursa. The bicipital tendon and bursa were examined ultrasonographically before and after injection; and both shoulders were examined radiographically to identify the location of the medium. In Trial 2, another 6 clinicians, also with no previous experience of centesis, repeated Trial 1, using 6 horses, but the radiopaque contrast medium was mixed with air instead of PSS. RESULTS: Accuracy of centesis using the proximal approach was 39% and that of the distal approach 28%. Ultrasonographic examination of the shoulder allowed the location of solution and air to be accurately predicted in all 12 shoulders examined. CONCLUSIONS: Clinicians who have had no previous experience performing centesis of the bicipital bursa are unlikely to be successful in centesis using either approach. Radiographic examination after injecting a radiopaque contrast medium may be necessary to assess the success of centesis especially if bursal fluid is not obtained during centesis. Injecting air along with the radiopaque contrast medium provides more accurate ultrasonographic confirmation of centesis and better radiographic definition than does injection without air.  相似文献

乳酸杆菌作为益生菌广泛用于人和动物。本文综述了乳酸杆菌改善宿主健康的机制。乳酸杆菌可通过产生抗菌物质如乳酸、过氧化氢、细菌素,或者通过竞争营养或肠道黏附位点来抑制致病菌;通过诱导黏附素的分泌或阻止细胞凋亡而增强肠道的屏障功能,从而保护肠道。文章重点讨论了乳酸杆菌表面成分(表面蛋白、脂磷壁酸和肽聚糖)与肠道受体(C型凝集素受体、Toll样受体和 Nod样受体),阐述了他们结合后启动免疫调节信号,调控肠道免疫功能以发挥改善健康作用的机制。  相似文献

Ingestively masticated fragments were collected and sized via sieving. Different sizes of esophageal masticate and ruminal digesta fragments, and ground fragments of larger masticated pieces were incubated in vitro, and undigested NDF remaining at intervals of up to 168 h of incubation was determined. The ruminal age-dependent time delay (tau) for onset of digestion of NDF was positively correlated (P < 0.004) with the mean sieve aperture estimated to retain 50% of the fragments between successive sieve apertures (MRA). Degradation rate of potentially degradable NDF (PDF) and level of indigestible NDF were not related (P > 0.10) to MRA of masticated and ground fragments. Estimates of tau were positively related to MRA, with slopes of bermudagrass < corn silage < ruminal fragments of corn silage. It was concluded that fragment size-, and consequently, ruminal age-dependent onset of PDF degradation of a mixture of different fragment sizes results in an age-dependent rate of degradation of the more rapidly degrading of two subentities of PDF. Models are proposed that assume a tau before onset of simultaneous degradation of PDF from two pools characterized as having gamma-modeled age-dependency and age-constant rates. The ruminal age-dependent pool seems to be associated with the faster-degrading pool, and its rate parameter increases with range in MRA in the population of fragments. Conceptually, the ruminal age-dependent rate parameter for PDF degradation seems to represent a composite of several effects: 1) effects of the size-dependent tau; 2) range in MRA of the population of ingestively masticated fragments; and 3) subentities of PDF that degrade via more rapid age-dependent rates compared with subentities of PDF that degrade via age-constant rates. The estimated fractional rates of ruminative comminution of ingestively masticated fragments (0.060 to 0.075/h) were of a magnitude similar to the mean fractional rates of PDF digestion (0.030 to 0.085/h), which implies that ruminative comminution may be first-limiting to fractional rate of PDF digestion. The in vivo roles of ingestive and ruminative mastication of fragments on PDF degradation must be considered in any kinetic system for estimating PDF digestion in the rumen. These results and others in the literature suggest that the rate of surface area exposure rather than intrinsic chemical attributes of PDF may be first-limiting to degradation rate of PDF in vivo.  相似文献

以国际标准强毒R株人工感染非免疫产蛋鸡,定时扑杀,分别从鼻窦、眶下孔、气管、肺、气囊、卵巢和输卵管分离MG,并收集感染鸡所产蛋分离MG。结果表明,人工感染48小时后上、下呼吸道及肺已被全面感染,96小时气囊已被感染,120小时输卵管已能分离到MG,卵巢始终分离不到MG。人工感染鸡自144小时便能在其所产蛋中分离出MG。药物治疗能在72小时内消除感染,油乳剂苗则需24天后逐渐降低蛋内MG分离率,药物卵内注射、种蛋药浴、高温处理均能杀死卵内MG,但以研制的种蛋浸泡剂药浴效果为最好。  相似文献
