对已封闭饲养40多年的AMS封闭群大鼠的正常核型,G带核型和生化金矿民性进行了研究。结果表明:该群大鼠染色体数目为42条,其中第2和第4-10条常染色体,Y染色体为末端着丝粒,第14条常染色体为中着丝粒,第1,3,11-13,15-20条染色体为亚中着丝粒,X染色体缺乏多形性,为单一的Xt型;染色体G带带型基本上与标准模式图相符。  相似文献

采用外周血淋巴细胞培养及常规染色体标本制备技术,研究了青海细毛羊染色体的核型和畸变,并以GTG,CBG,硝酸银等方法对染色体标本进行分带处理,分别显示了青海细毛羊染色体的G-带,C-带和Ag-NORs带型,结果表明;(1)青海细毛羊二倍体细胞的染色体数目为2n=54,公羊核型式为54,XY,NF=62。母羊核型式为54,XX;NF=62。(2)染色体畸变类型主要为断裂和四倍体,频率分别为1.530  相似文献

本文研究了云南昭通、德钦、腾冲绵羊染色体的核型,G带C带、Ag-NOR,结果表明:云南绵羊染色体众数2n=54;染色体G带基本相似;C带显示三个绵羊品种染色体亚中着丝粒区均为淡染,近端着丝粒区均为深染,X和Y性染色体整个都为淡染,产在三个地区的棉羊其染色体异染色质的大小,强弱个地区的绵羊其染色体异染色质的大小、强弱存在差异;Ag-NORs的数目分布在2 ̄10之间,众数为7,腾冲绵羊Ag-NORs较  相似文献

分析了15头(10♂5♀)蒙古牛的核型,C带、G带和Ag-NORs.结果发现,蒙古牛的核型,C带和G带与普通牛(Bostaurus)相同,其公平核型为60,xy母牛为60,xx.y染色体为一小的中着丝粒染色体,认为蒙古牛为普通牛型黄牛.观察统计了596个细胞的Ag-NORs数目,每细胞平均Ag—NORs数为5.818±0.513,变化范围为3~10个.  相似文献

采用外周血淋巴细胞培养方法,结合G,C分带技术,比较研究了九龙牦牛和麦洼牦牛的染色体核型,G带,C带。结果发现:牦毛常染色体均具有小短臂,应为近端着丝粒染色体,G带带型两品种间无大的差异,C带大小和强弱在品种,个体及同源染色体对间有差异,存在多态性。这些新的发现为牦牛染色体的识别和进一步研究提供了科学依据。  相似文献

We conducted a phylogenetic study through karyological data, by standard staining and Ag-NOR banding, and molecular analysis (by 12S and 16S mitochondrial rRNA genes and nuclear gene C-mos) on 11 species of Malagasy geckos, genus Paroedura, and two relatives (Ebenavia inunguis and Uroplatus phantasticus). Ebenavia inunguis and U. phantasticus had 2n = 36 telocentric elements, NORs on the first chromosome pair in E. inunguis, and on the third chromosome pair in U. phantasticus. All examined Paroedura showed NORs on the smallest chromosome pair; moreover, six of the eleven examined species show a 2n = 36 karyotype, with a pair of metacentrics and 17 telocentric pair. The remaining species exhibited karyotypes with a diploid chromosome number ranging from 2n = 31 to 2n = 38. We assume that these karyotype assemblages derived from the 2n=36 karyotype by cryptic and/or simple rearrangements, such as inversions, fissions and fusions. Furthermore, molecular and/or chromosomal data indicate that Paroedura is a monophyletic genus, in which chromosome rearrangements occurred repeatedly and independently during the specific diversification. Moreover both P. bastardi and P. gracilis in current definitions are paraphyletic assemblages of several related species, since their population proves more closely related to P. ibityensis or P. oviceps than co-specific populations.  相似文献

采用外周血淋巴细胞培养方法以及C-显带和G-显带技术,对松辽黑猪进行了染色体组型分析及显带研究,并分析了各号染色体的相对长度、着丝点指数及臂比。结果表明,松辽黑猪的染色体数目为2n=38,公猪为3:8,XY;母猪为3:8,XX。松辽黑猪的C-带具有多态性,G-带带型与其他家猪相比没有明显差异。  相似文献

A 14-year-old German shepherd dog developed an alveolar adenoma of the thyroid. The cytogenetic evaluation of the tumour cells showed two ranges of chromosome numbers. Centric fusions 2/32, 5/26, 6/11, 8/11, 9/23 and 14/31 were G-band identified in this complex change of karyotype.  相似文献

A malformed Ayrshire heifer had one additional autosome in all the lymphocyte metaphases studied. Chromosome banding techniques showed the karyotype of the calf to be 2n = 61, XX, +24.Slight prognathia of the lower jaw and peculiar abbrevations in the structure of the genitals were the most apparent anomalies, in addition to heart abnormalities, a poorly-closed urachus and slow growth rate.  相似文献

The chromosomes of five gaur (Bos gaurus hubbacki) domestic cattle (B indicus cross B taurus) hybrids (three females, two males) were studied using the leucocyte culture method and centromeric (C) banding technique. All the hybrids had a diploid chromosome number of 2n = 58, made up of two submetacentric autosomes (different in size) and 54 acrocentric autosomes, most of which could be arranged in pairs in descending order of size. The sex (X) chromosomes in females were a pair of submetacentric chromosomes smaller than the submetacentric autosomes. The Y chromosome in males was a small submetacentric chromosome. The C banding patterns were useful in identifying the X and Y chromosomes and the inherited submetacentric autosomes from the gaur sire. Phenotypically, the hybrids resembled normal B indicus cross B taurus calves except for the presence of a distinct hump-like dorsal ridge containing the spinous processes of the third to 11th thoracic vertebrae, upright 'deer-like' ears and long lean legs. The potential of these hybrids as important genetic resources for meat production is stressed.  相似文献

This report concerns the cytogenetic analysis, using both C‐banding and fluorescence in situ hybridisation techniques, of a sterile mare. Results obtained revealed a 2n = 65, XXX condition with no sign of mosaicism. The work supports the suggestion that X trisomy, rare in horse, causes infertility in mares and is not associated to other clearly visible phenotypic features.  相似文献

作者采用外周血淋巴细胞培养及染色体分带技术,分析了云南圭山山羊和红骨圭山山羊的染色体核型和C-带带型及G-带带型。结果表明,两种山羊的染色体形态较相似,二倍体染色体众数为2n=60,其中常染色体29对全部为端着丝粒,X染色体相对长度介于1号与2号染色体之间为端着丝粒,Y染色体最小且为唯一的中端着丝粒染色体。两种山羊中都发现一定比例的体细胞染色体多倍体,比例分别为6.8%、9.4%。对2种山羊C-显带及G-显带的带型分析显示没有明显差异。  相似文献

用骨髓细胞染色体制备法研究了豚鼠染色体核型及带型。结果表明:豚鼠染色体核型为2n=64,雄豚鼠为XY,雌豚鼠为XX;在常染色体中,亚中着丝粒或近端着丝粒的染色体有14对、端着丝粒的有17对;X染色体为中着丝粒,Y染色体为端着丝粒。所有染色体均能出现明显的C带带型,其中常染色体和X染色体的着丝粒部位被深染,两个臂均为浅染;Y染色体几乎全部深染,极易识别。染色体标本经G显带技术处理后,豚鼠常染色体和性染色体的着丝粒区均浅染,两臂上显示出清晰的G-带带型。Ag-NOR s位于1、19、20号染色体上,Ag-NOR s的众数为3个,分布范围1~6之间,Ag-NOR s具有多态性,在不同的染色体上银染的颗粒大小、深浅度不同。  相似文献
